Select Home Warranty review: Refund

please be aware of this company.

I filed with Select home warranty for a washer repair. They got a tech who

had no experience he came to my home there was a service fee of $70.00

which I had no problem with how ever he said it had to be cash. When I asked fora receipt he said he forgot his receipt book. After txting him 3 times I finally got a receipt how ever he never came cack to repair the washer. I tried calling him he hung the phone on me. I called select they said they would get another tech a week went by no tech I kept calling. Finally after 2 weeks of no washer and an 87year old husband I tend to I realized I had to find my own repair person. I ended up paying out of pocket for repair and I am out $70.00 every time I call they keep saying a supervisor will call me almost a week later and no phone call. I asked what the supervisors name was he said Adam but he did not know his last name. I am tired of being lied to and want my refund!
