Strap ring broken
I recently purchased this bag on 29/5/2023 at JPO Senai Johor. I have been using it regularly, but today, on 12/6/2023 at 12:34 pm, while I was wearing the bag, it suddenly fell and I noticed that the clip on the strap was broken. I was wearing it with the strap on my shoulder, and inside the bag, I had my purse, iPhone, and pens. I am extremely frustrated with the quality of the bag, especially considering that I paid 197.00 Malaysian Ringgit for it. I have only been using it for less than 2 weeks.
Desired outcome: I hope you can replace my bag or at least fix the defect

Outlet - Sembonia Mesra Mall, Kertih, Terengganu. The outlet personnel also did not know on the changing of telephone number Sembonia.

Damaged handbag by its own material
I bought this Sembonia handbag at Sembonia Batu Pahat Mall, Batu Pahat Johor Malaysia last year before my wedding day on Dec/21 but I lost the receipt. But the handbag is damaged by its own material. I keep the handbag in the dust bag provided but it seems that the problem keep occurs as Sembonia material handbag is the main problem. I made a complaint through @sembonia_official on Instagram from 5th March 2022 till 8th March 2022 but I haven't received any call from Sembonia and no action were taken since then from Sembonia.
Desired outcome: I want a refund. I'd appreciate a response. Thank you.

Pada 4 JAN 2022 saya telah kembali ke butik dan mahu claim warranty. Staff butik telah memberikan Repair Service Memo dan memaklumkan beg mungkin akan siap dalam tempoh 6 bulan atau lebih. Paling menyakitkan hati, staff tersebut membuat catitan pada Repair Service Memo bahawa kerosakan adalah disebabkan jahitan terbuka. Untuk makluman, kerosakan adalah KOYAK di bahagian penyangkut tali dan bukan jahitan terbuka. Saya bertanya staff tersebut mengapa catit jahitan terbuka sedangkan beg tersebut koyak? Staff tersebut memaklumkan dia hanya cari makan dan takut dimarahi oleh SEMBONIA sekiranya menulis beg tersebut koyak. Mohon penjelasan SEMBONIA mengapa beg yang dijual tidak berkualiti dan mudah koyak. Mohon penjelasan juga mengapa baik pulih beg mengambil masa terlalu lama. Sepatutnya beg yang koyak diganti dengan beg yang baharu dan bukan dibaiki. Sehingga kini belum ada jawapan bila beg tersebut siap dibaiki.

Sembonia Navy Blue Wallet- skin peel off
Dear Customer Service
My sister-in-law bought her first Sembonia wallet on 8 Mar 2021 at Parkson Square One Batu Pahat. The navy skin was peel off or discolouration on few areas as per photo attached. She tried to sent it back to the promoter for repair but the promoter told her not cover under warranty. She ask her to file complaint to the HQ.
She was very disappointed with her first experience with expensive Sembonia wallet with such poor quality. Furthermore during covid period, she carry less than 5 times.
We seek your kind understanding and help look into this issues and appreciate able to do 1 to 1 replacement or repair.

I brought sembonia shoe from parkson outlet at gurney plaza.

On 8/8/2018, I purchased a handbag (Article [protected]) from Parkson Mahkota, Purchase outlet is CG660.
The hook snapped just a week after purchase. Granted it was a Sale item but surely customers should be forewarned that the bag was put on sale because of defect?
On 20/8/2018 I visited Parkson Mahkota to complain and was referred to your Sembonia Outlet CF51 Mahkota Parade Melaka. A, Ms. Poh attended to my complain and agreed to send my handbag sling with the broken hook for repair. I visited your outlet on 4/10/2018 afternoon around 3 p.m. and was informed that they have not received my handbag sling from your Company. The Malay salesperson informed me that I would be informed if my handbag sling reaches their outlet.
I shall be pleased to know when can I have the my repaired handbag sling. Frankly I did not expect to find such defect from a Sembonia product and is very disappointed that your after service is also poor.

I bought my sembonia handbag on 9/2/2018 at Parkson Metro Plaza Kajang. The sewing on a part of the bag opens up. I tried to sent it back to the promoter for repair but the promoter in charge didn't except it. She ask me to send it to the HQ. My curiosity is why couldn't Sembonia has a procedure where the customers can send for repair where we purchase the bag. It's a hassle to go to the HQ. Please look into this matter. Tq
