Support after sales and item faulty
we purchased LG solar done oven from SharafDG ibn batuta and in 2 weeks I seen problem with the item. Contacted customer service SharafDG and explained. They asked us to take the unit to their shop and I claimed this is heavy unit more than 20kg and its sq. We can not carry to mall. We need replacement as per warranty. We called snd followed up many times. They said we call you back and no one showed up till this moment. 1 month passed.
The quality of service, management and customer service is horrible.

Dear concerned department of Sharaf DG writing here because of the unethical way of selling by the staff. I purchased 2 Gopro 11 from the store out of which one i took the same time and for other the sales person placed the order which I collected the next day, i paid Same price for both the Go pro thinking that i will get the same item but to my surprise the one which the sales staff ordered doesn't have the cover, now I asked them to return or give me the cover they refuse to both my request And Mr. Govind (team leader) of mankhool branch said whatever you want you can do you will not get, this is not a professionalism.
Email i got from sharaf DG clearly says that the carrying case is there so I should get the case.

Despite being informed by your team at 1:00 PM today that I would receive a follow-up call from the delivery team, there has been no update or communication. I also contacted your online tele-support team, who were unable to provide any clarity on the delivery timeline.
This delay is not only disappointing—it has caused genuine emotional distress. The mobile phone was intended as an Eid gift for my child, who has been eagerly waiting since this morning. I hope you can understand the frustration and anxiety this has caused for both of us, especially during a festive and meaningful occasion.
Moreover, I am extremely disappointed by the misleading information on your website regarding product availability. It is unacceptable for a reputed brand like Sharaf DG to show items as “in stock” when they clearly are not. Such practices border on false advertising and significantly erode customer trust.
I urge you to take immediate and pragmatic steps to resolve this matter and ensure that the mobile phone is delivered by today, as originally promised. I also request a formal explanation as to how such a lapse occurred and what corrective actions are being taken to prevent this in the future.

Samsung television bought-Old tv tradein-Refund not received
I purchased a SAMSUNG television on August 26, 2024 from Sharaf DG at Mirdif City Center under an exchange offer. According to the offer, the new TV would be installed, my old TV would be collected, and a credit would be issued to my account. My old TV 65 inches-HISENSE had also been originally bought from Sharaf DG. When the team came to install the new TV, they collected my old one, assuring me that I would receive a payment after submitting my bank details through a link in an upcoming email. However, I never received any such email or communication. After following up with Sharaf DG today, I was informed that no payment would be made for my old TV.

Product not delivered
I purchased LG Washer Dryer and Siemens Electric Cooker from Dalma Mall Branch on 14/03/2024. It was due to be delivered on 18th but it is 21st today and they say it’s out of stock !. I contacted customer service more times than I can count and each time I was told the delivery would be today/ next day and so on and finally when they ran out of excuses and lies someone conjured up the courage to speak the truth and they told me it’s out of stock. Then I was told the warehouse team will contact me but they didn’t. And they cannot give me any date at this point which means they haven’t placed the order with supplier. The items I purchased were sold directly by sharafdg that too. When I ask for refund they say it’ll take 2 weeks. So now for 3 weeks I don’t have a gas and washing machine because of incompetent sales people in Dalma Mall branch who told me the items were available in stock.

I was looking to return a product a purchased an hour earlier in exchange for a different model with longer battery capacity, and they flat out refused to take back the product even though it was returned with all its packaging and never even switched on. They used three different excuses, and when each was disproven would just cycle back to the next excuse. Delivered damaged TV
My wife ordered a Samsung UA50CU7000UXZN UHD LED 4K Smart Television 50inch. TV Sharaf DG delivered the TV to me without installation. When git it from the box I found out that it had a crack on the screen. Also, there is no manual or any cables in the box, seems like Sharaf DG sold a used item to me. But the worst thing is that Sharaf doesn't want to return it. They claim that it was us who broke a TV. Maybe we also stole cables, manual and remote from us!? Customer focus is zero. They said that the delivery service said it was ok with delivery. What are they supposed to say? Delivery is not a reason. But Sharaf doesn't want to solve problems with the items that they sell.
Summary:
They sold an item, delivered without installation, I found that there were cracks and there were no items besides the TV, and then Sharaf told me that I broke a TV and they don't want to make a refund.

Siemens bottom refrigerator
Ordered refrigerator. And even checked before hand on the shopfront the procedure to return if we dont like its Color, Size or Installation. When the product was delivered , very bad installation thru third party. Called up SharafDG call centre at the same time but no help. Drove to their shopfront and reached their shop in 30 mins and the manger was of no help. Asked them to return the product but no help. Asked them replace with another piece , no help. Very poor service and looks like sales people are trained by the mangement to give false promises to customers and then after that dont attend to customers.

Delayed delivery
Sharaf DG is the WORST company ive ever dealt with, youd think that since theyre so popular in physical stores that theyd be atleast proper online, THEYRE NOT. Theyre horrible, and the delivery services they work with are 100x worse. I ordered an apple pencil usb-c from them on Dec3, 2023 and today is Dec8 and still not proper update on delivery. My delivery tracker kept saying “out for delivery” and then at night “rescheduled for delivery next day” like what? For 3 days straight that was my entire tracking of my product, 3 times reschedule for what? You cant possibly have 3 times delay right? unless youre that incompetent and disorganized, which they are. Ive been talking to them through whatsapp and through phone getting the same responses and nothing, no progress. I have no hope for my product to come, I wish I never ordered from this company.

Gas cooker
In January of this year I purchased a gas cooker on line from the Sharaf DG website. It was 90 cm Admiral Gas cooker. I used the pits from day 1.
In July i used the gas over for the first time as it is quite big and I used my air fryer for my daily needs.
On the first use in July of this year, on opening the tempered glass door, the inside glass pane shattered in a thousand pieces. Clearly the badly tempered glass plate could not take the thermal shock by being exposed to the oven heat to the air conditioned kitchen air.
I filed a complained and for the last 4 months now I have been discussing with every body involved to get this resolved.
A technician came and left... a report was filed... nothing after that.
First Sharaf DG claims it is a mechanical defect and that that is not covered by warranty. Then they started arguing that it is actually a 3rd party delivery. Than the manufacturer started misrepresenting the facts, stating that it was used intensively for 10 months. It was used only one time and that is the time it broke!. So it seems Sharaf DG can sell you a defected product and can then walk away from its responsibility?
After more than 4 months of arguing I am still stuck with a cooker which oven only functioned once!

During the sales process, I was assured that the S23 Ultra came with a pre-installed screen guard. However, upon receiving the device, it was evident that no such screen guard had been applied. I bought a ps5 controller with 1-2 days delivery terms. On second day I have contacted with whatsapp chat to be sure it will be delivered. They said yes it will be, in the evening I contact again they said there was issue with cash on delivery, tomorrow it will be delivered. Now it passed one more day and still no delivery or any update on information in my orders page.
Non delivery on product purchased online
I bought an expensive product on 24th. It was to be delivered on 26th. There was problem with the contact. I wrote them an email on the same day I purchased the product and even called to have it corrected. 7days down the lane they have not delivered my product and are even not receiving my calls or responding to my mails. I am the most disappointed customer and it is not right. They must be held accountable for their actions. The inconvenience caused. And money is involved. They already took my money including the delivery fees. I have all their data including emails, WhatsApp messages to show how incompetent and cheat they are.
ipad pro 12.9 inch-5th generation
I Purchased Apple I pad Pro 12.9 inch & apple Pencil from Online Sharaf DG. Order No. W4361797 on 22nd October 2023.
When I received the delivery of the Ipad on 25th October 2023, I checked the warranty information of the device on apple website. Pleae refer to the attached screenshot which says that the purchase date is December 2022.
When I contacted apple, they asked me for a copy of the Invoice to check, since I did not receive an invoice copy I contacted Sharaf DG helpline and they informed me that the ipad does not have apple warranty but has seller warranty only. This was not informed to me while placing the order & I am not agreeable to buy a product which doesnt provide apple warranty.
Desired outcome: I want to return both- the I pad and the pencil. Though the pencil has apple warranty, it is of no use without the ipad and hence want to return both the items and provide refund for the full amount- AED 4828.

On October 01, I went to Burjuman SharafDG. I was looking for an Apple Watch. I inquired about the Apple Watch SE 2. Before anything else I asked the staff regarding this if it is compatible with Iphone X IOS 16.7. One Indian staff checked it using google and he confirmed that it is compatible. Another Filipino guy checked it and he confirmed it as well. From Iphone 8 and Up models. So I purchased it. When I reached home, I opened and paired the Apple Watch SE 2 with my Iphone X IOS 16.7. It failed because it was asking for IOS 17. I returned to SharafDG and asked for refunds. The Filipino guy who checked last time said that "Sorry sir, our staff made a mistake. Maybe they were confused with Iphone X and XS. And we need you to pay 15% for the Restocking fee - as per the Filipino guy" . I am paying for their mistake. It is not right. I dont recommend sharaf dg at all! No action!

I have bought the subject TV online from Sharaf DG. The deal included basic installation.
I received the delivery on 5th Oct 2023 wherein to was delivered by a courier company who just left the TV box on the door. No one turned up for installation.
I installed the TV myself but was unable to connect to the Wifi. After several attempts of trying, i called the customer care for help. They just raised a request and gave a timeline of 2-3 working days for the technician to come and check.
This is the third day and no one has contacted me. in the meanwhile i contacted the customer care again to follow up and i they are helpless.
For a silly silly issue like connecting to WIFI, i am waiting for the past 5 days. I have the TV but i cannot use it. My service is not being attended despite raise it on URGENT basis. SR no 7218389

Delivered of gas hob purchased
I am very disappointed in the lack of service provided by Sharaf DG with delivering the gas job Ref: SIDM101040923272 bought on Monday 4th Sept 2023 in Dubai Mall. I have attached the receipt of the purchase. I have been lied too about being called to confirm delivery.
I have called numerous times and it’s now Friday and I still don’t have the gas hob delivered to me. I received a call at 4pm on 7th Sept 2023 tell me the job will be delivered on Friday 8th Sept 2023 and said it should be delivered today 7th Sept 2023z I’m still waiting for the call back.
I would appreciate action taken on the lack of responsiveness from the delivery team.
I have waited too long already. Please ensure delivery today, once timing has been confirmed I don’t want any delays and should be on time.
I would like know what compensation I would receive for the hassle I have had to deal with no confirmation of delivery.

siemens washing machine
i want to file a complaint againts my washing machine. reported last aug 9. till now its not yet fixed. i called better life. they said they order the parts that will take 15 to 18working days.
its not fix for almost a month. how can we wash our clothes without the machine. i can understand 1week or 10days. but this is way too long. better life and sharaf is not even sending a back up washing machine. i want to resolve this issue asap

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding a recent purchase at your store, Sherf D.G Al Ain Mall. On 08/08/2023, I purchased a mobile device, Samsung S21 FE, based on the assurances provided by your salesperson. Unfortunately, the experience I have had since then has been nothing short of disheartening and disconcerting.
During my visit to your store, the sales representative presented this device as a remarkable product with excellent battery life lasting up to 2 days (48 hours), boasting exceptional functionality. Furthermore, I was told that the device was part of an enticing offer that I should not miss. Trusting in the credibility of your store and the salesperson, I went ahead with the purchase, hoping to enjoy the benefits of this supposedly high-quality device.
However, upon using the mobile device, I quickly realized that the information provided to me was misleading and grossly inaccurate. The battery life fell far short of the promised 2-day duration, and the device's functionality was nowhere near as impressive as described. Feeling cheated and dissatisfied, I promptly visited your store within a week of the purchase to raise my concerns and request an exchange for a better-suited device.
To my astonishment, the solution offered by your staff was both disappointing and unethical. I was informed that I could exchange the device for an additional payment of 150 AED. Feeling cornered and wanting to have a functional mobile device, I reluctantly agreed to the extra charges. However, to my dismay, the "new" device offered no discernible improvement over the original one, despite the additional payment made.
In light of these circumstances, I kindly requested a refund for the purchase, as I believe I have been subject to deceptive practices and substandard products. I visited your store again today, and while the staff received the device back from me, I was not provided with any receipt or assurance of the process (As you could see by CCV Camera). This lack of transparency only deepens my concerns and frustration.
