Ordered 4"cake and 6 strawberries to be delivered to LaPlata, MD to my sister for her 70th birthday
Box was delivered containing only the strawberries. Both of phone numbers for help disconnect as soon as call goes through. AI chat offered $20 credit and redelivery. I won't be ordering from them so I don't need a credit. Transferred to a live agent and told she was reviewing my AI chat. I added that I want a refund and I'm still waiting for a response.
Claimed loss: $65

From now on, try not to buy anything else from those guys!
