Ordered February 6th and choose the flex option to deliver the 13th or 14th. Receive an email that they attempted delivery on the 13th but were unable to do so. There was no inclement weather or any reason possible that the delivery failed. Now here we are on the 14th and after talking to customer service, I still have not received my order of this perishable item as of 7:00pm EST. I requested what local shop was delivering these so I could contact them directly and they said they can’t give me that information. Customer service was horrible in giving any information on what is going on or where the product is at or coming from. I recommend that nobody order from Shari’s berries. Check their Facebook page and read the complaints that were written on there posts or check their Facebook page or the complaint boards online about this trash company. Buyer beware!
