Shari's Berries / Berries.com review: Customer service is not helpful at all. J McCann would be very unhappy if he knew.

This company has many brands. I placed an order to be delivered on Oct 4( special occasion) through Shari Berries. Shari Berries processed the charge on my credit card and the confirmation email was sent by Shari Berries. The order was not delivered. I was told after calling to inquire about tracking that it could not be delivered into the state ( unique wine rule). NO ONE CALLED ME. The order was canceled - but my refund was not processed. I called weeks later to inquire about the refund - Shari Berries told me they could not help since it was a Harry and David product - I had to call them . They need to NOT process products from sister companies if they can not fulfill and deal with all customers concersn

I doubt this is what Jim McCann pictured when he tried to make gift-giving easy with all brands being under one umbrella.
