breakfast sourdough
I ordered a bacon egg and cheese sourdough sandwich this morning and was missing the bacon. Also the egg whites tasted horrible as if they were expired or were once frozen and thawed and frozen again. I called the store several times to try to inform them because I was on my way to work but no one answered. The other items i ordered (fries and chicken tenders) had no issues.
Tacos, quesarito steak meat
I eat lunch at Sheetz every day. Used to love to eat here. But now I'm about to switch to get go. The quality of the food has plummeted and prices raised. The steak on the pic for the quesarita was chunks of steak. But instead you get some bottom grade shredded up meat. If you can call it that.
Number 2 I tried the regular tacos instead. I get them and they are deep-fried with all the stuff in the taco. Which made it so greasy that it's inedible.
The French fries are also so expensive! Really 299 for a cup of fries. Your not Arby's and don't have a great French fry so don't rob your customers.
Whoever that is in charge of the food at Sheetz needs fired and someone that cares about the customers and quality needs to be hired.
Step your game up. I'm no longer eating at your Sheetz and instead going to get go. Where at least the food quality is good. And will advise all friends the same

Bitting into the sub I chipped my tooth on the seed of an olive. I am in extreme pain and now will have to see a dentist and possibly the emergency room. Sheetz should have precautions to prevent this eventuality. I am appalled and in too much pain to finish my sub. I will never eat at sheetz again unless this is addressed immediately. I love Sheetz with all my heart and I believe am on year three of being a Sheetz Freak. The breakfast pizza is by far my favorite and I know you can't order it off of the computer anymore but they always let me do it at the register. At the mile level Sheetz in Bedford I ordered my pizza no problem. I went back Friday night and was told that they can't do it and the it's off the menu too bad. The other employees were fine with it and the lady working the register said she was sorry but it was the manager guy who told me so I promptly put my Gatorade back and myself and the two people with me left for Denny's. We don't like going to the Mile Level Sheetz anyways because majority of the time the service just isn't as good as the interchange Sheetz, but that Sheetz is under construction so we had no choice. I love Sheetz. I go multiple times a week. And this is the only problem I've ever had but it was a bit ridiculous.

Back doors were locked with no reference that the store was still open, when I approach the shift manager he said well too bad we don't have signs to say go to the front but for the folks that live behind the store they would believe that the store was closed. Then I said oh I'm sorry I just want you to be aware or some store say this door locks nightly at such and such a time so you don't lose business and he said I don't have time for this . In the meantime I was just interrupting him from a funny conversation with him and a coworker. I found it very rude and he did not even listen to the example of other stores that have it labeled this door locks please come to the front
always awesome service
I just wanted to say that Sally at 1503 N Fredericksburg pike in Winchester is always so friendly. I travel through on Fridays and usually stop at this location. Even when lines are to the middle of store and people grumpy she always is friendly and personable. The bathrooms are dirty and garbage overflowing outside but I stop because she puts the customer first.

Today I ordered 2 3pks of chicken tortilla wrap and only received one pack. This is the 2nd time now I've driven all the way home which is my fault for not checking. Anyway I can get a credit or something. Other then that though food is always delicious and the people are always nice as well. The womanly looking guy that was asked to the counter for my exchange, which I then told him it wasn't bought @ this sheetz, he abruptly refused to take & exchange the vuse (unopened) w/receipt for the correct one I needed! I have been in retail for 45 years - you do not argue w/a customer nor inconvenience one by sending them clear across the opposite direction! I did lose my cool because a sheetz is a sheetz, which this one is the one I normally go to! So I said quitte a few choice expletives & I went clear across town to the sheetz where I bought the vuse to exchange & that manager cindy on beale avenue stateed, because it was not opened & I had the receipt he should have exchanged it! Exactly customer courtesy! This is something many of your sheetz employees lately lack! Perhaps you should think of doing training on customer service as I know personally when your sheetz family was a customer of mine in the past - you were always given very good service by me personally no exceptions! I stopped at sheetz on may 15th at 5 pm to get a sub for lunch. Got a cheese sub what i though was oil and viniger was just oil. This isnt the first time i have had problams with the sheetz on state route 46 in austintown ohio. I will make sure i never return to this sheetz . iam a diabetic and cant take my meds because i cant eat a dry sub . this sheetz is a screw up.

I just recently went to the building #425 in Spring Mills, WV on 5715 Hammonds Mill Rd. I had my order already paid for and there were 3 other workers prepping it up. One worker named Allison Fournier was complaining and acting very rude, cussing at customers because their orders were too big or taking too long to make. After finishing other customers orders, she went to finish mine. When my order was done and she had sat it on the counter and let me wait almost 30 minutes for it. She never took it up front to see if it was paid for nor did she say my number. When I asked numerous times during the period of time where my drink was and said my number, she said she was not finished. She had said this over two different times. When I asked a third time where was my stuff at, she handed it to me in a push and said I needed to get out of her store with a bunch of cuss words.

I ordered an appetizer sampler. I ordered Mac & cheese bites, two orders of them and popcorn chicken. I only got popcorn chicken crumbs and ONE order of mac and cheese bites and an order of mozzarella sticks. It's ridiculous I paid full price for an order than was only 1/3 acceptable. The order was ready really fast and it usually isn't it was obviously rushed through, it wasn't even busy we were the only ones in the establishment. If they are out of something they should have told us not replaced it with whatever they thought would suffice.
packaged grapes
Even though the outside of the safety sealed packaged said best by May 15, the purple grapes inside were very wet, soggy and some completely rotten. I have attached 2 photos. We stopped at the sheetz store off of 79s towards Pittsburgh yesterday in Albion, PA. The grapes cost around $2 and were a big disappointment once we got back on the highway and were not able to return to the store for an exchange or refund. A coupon for free coffee or other food as reimbursement would be greatly appreciated

This is like the 20th time I received food prepared sloppy, they need to slow down and service customer correctly. There is no other excuse, the store was not busy, even if it was, the toppings on the food should be "on top of the food", I'm done purchasing food at Sheet, tired of food being served in this manor. Look at the photo, I sent photos before, but does not seem to improve. Always hear, give someone a second chance, well I did over and over, still will not correct it. Done.

at the Sheetz in Morgantown West Virginia behind the stadium I used the ATM to get my last $20 for gas money for the 10-mile journey home. The ATM charge my account and gave me no money. The manager and cashier we're very rude and acted as though I was being offencive by insinuating they should do something more then give me the PNC Bank number. Which even the PNC Bank operator was surprised they did not give me the vendor number. I have wasted my entire break at work on the phone and will have to walk the 10 miles home with an extra detour to file paperwork at the bank. I must definitely will never shop at Sheetz again, the place where I went everyday.

I ordered some boneless chicken and I received 5 pieces for 5 dollars in a box. I spoke to the manager and asked did he feel this was $5 worth of chicken? (the quantity is always a bigger portion and you can clearly see that my box of food was empty.) he kept talking in circles around the direct question. I stated that it was a direct question that deserved a yes or no answer. He walked away from me while saying he can't answer that. not because he did not know the answer but because he knew what was given to me was wrong for the money I paid. He could have fixed the problem just by simply accommodating me. However he chose to walk away and ignore me instead. I told him he was very rude and what he did was uncalled for. Went to Sheetz on my lunch break today on 05/05/2019 and waited over 20 minutes for an order of Mozzarella sticks ...worst service I've ever had at a Sheetz. I understand you are short staffed but Atleast offer a free drink or something. My whole lunch break i waited on mozzarella sticks. Very disappointed because this Sheetz is right down the street from my job.
