I would like to file a formal complaint about my unpleasant experience for 11.11.
I was making payments with Apple Pay and in my wallet it showed it’s already paid but in shopee it showed unpaid. I contacted the shopee live agent on the spot to confirm if I need to reorder the products and got confirmation that I do not need to cancel my order and reorder. However, those orders appeared to be cancelled. This is really ridiculous! I have waited for 1hr+ to confirm with the live agent do I need to reorder and they confirmed no need to reorder but yet those orders got cancelled.
See, the issue here is I contacted your agent to confirm do I need to reorder, your agent confirmed no need. But orders got cancelled. This is definitely your responsibility, right? I made 10 orders+ in Lazada and none have issue. I made 3 orders in shopee and 2 got issue. Yet, understood 11.11 is big events and it’s ok to have system issue. So, confirmed if I need to reorder and still, it is not happens as advised. Shopee, can you please be ready for your big events? I preferred lazada over shopee for 11.11 is causes of the payment issue during 11.11 last time but still given chance to shopee again but it is again a disappointment!
Secondly, 11.11 12am+ when I contacted shopee live agent, I waited 1 hr +/- to reach your agent even though I was #9 in the line.. I am speechless.
I believe all these could be traced from your chat system and verifiable. Please do your job properly.
