Shopee mall 100% authenticity guarantee is a scam
❌ SHOPEE MALL IS A SCAM AND SELLS COUNTERFEIT GOODS, DO NOT BUY FROM SHOPEE MALL ❌
• Placed a large order of $1,100.00 SGD worth of supposedly AUTHENTIC Rebecca Minkoff 100% genuine leather bags from a VERIFIED SHOPEE MALL SELLER "Mia Maia Luxury Fashion Shop"
• Received counterfeits and verified this by bringing the bags to the flagship store, checking with the staff and physically comparing the authentic goods to the counterfeit goods I received.
• DOCUMENTED ALL EVIDENCE and provided the obviously telling proof that the bags are counterfeit including but not limited to:
1. Bags arrived with "YKK" zippers when Rebecca Minkoff bags come with their signature zipper. 😂
2. Differences in the brand’s signature hardware logo.
3. Bags were either fully unlined or lined with plain black lining, authentic ones come lined with Rebecca Minkoff’s signature lining.
4. Missing compartments, eg. authentic website states bag should come with 5 card slots, bag only came with 2. Undo the front clasp of a bag to find an entire zipper compartment to be non-existent and missing.
5. Authentic bags come with inner lining branded sewn-in label declaring the bag’s material composition, genuine leather, and import declaration with branding. The bags I received came with OEM "Made in Italy" / "Made in Bosnia" label. Seller listing states Made in China. Seller doesn’t even know where his own goods come from. 🤡
6. The signature chain straps I own of the genuine bags weigh 260g, while the ones sent to me by the seller are half of that, empty and hollow.
7. White bag I purchased came yellowing from cheap glue underneath the "leather"
8. One bag couldn’t even survive the shipment and had the under flap of the bag detached
Shopee’s response: ruled in favor of seller, released my payment to seller, denied my return / refund, denied liability, refused to honor their guarantee and simply decided the outcome of the "investigation" based on seller’s ability to produce easily manipulated digital documents "proving" seller transacted with the brand directly once, hence all goods sold are deemed genuine. Rebecca Minkoff does not have authorized resellers besides Lazada where they have their e-flagship store. Now I know why they choose Lazada over Shopee, bless them.

How did Shopee determine that the goods detailed in this "invoice" matches what was delivered to me?
It is that simple to get away with fraud on Shopee! Attain a legitimate invoice once, or if you have basic editing skills just create one yourself. Then you can sell as many counterfeit goods as you like and simply produce this as proof whenever because the logic applied by Shopee is if the seller is able to produce a digital document stating there was a transaction with the brand before, ALL bags sold by the seller are deemed authentic hence #shopeemallguaranteed! 🤡
Evidence provided by buyer of physical goods received, no matter how compelling is not taken into consideration because seller has digital document to prove, while I only have… erm, the actual counterfeit goods. 😂
Many other buyers experience the same. THE 100% AUTHENTICITY GUARANTEE IS FAKE. The real fraud is Shopee, who works with fraudsters to enable them to continue victimizing innocent people. DO NOT BUY FROM SHOPEE MALL, they will not honor their guarantee and it’s just for show to appear risk-free. They will pretend to do due diligence of asking the seller for proof of authenticity and seller just needs to whip open Microsoft Word real quick and BAM your money is released to the seller, your case will be closed against all reason logic or evidence you provide in an attempt to shed accountability for their 2x money back guarantee, especially when you can prove the item is unauthentic.
I had 5 orders, and the best part is when I first reported and raised a refund request for counterfeit they replied, acknowledging my claim saying they reviewed my evidence and have deemed it valid, further going on to say I don’t need to return the goods and they will refund me. Then they send another message awhile later saying to disregard what was said. 🤡 I screen and video recorded all. #mothershipSG #MustShareNewsSG
After that, they pretended to review my other 4 cases and ruled in favor of seller for 4 out of 5 orders for the SAME products from the SAME seller, but cannot escape that 1 order where they previously acknowledged it was counterfeit. So they approve the return and refund for 1 out of 5 orders. Miraculously they can guarantee 4 out of 5 orders of the same product from same seller is 100% authentic. #okcan
Seller might as well have shipped me rubber ducks and saved himself the trouble of producing counterfeits, he got the all-mighty documents and that’s literally all Shopee needs to determine and guarantee the #authenticity of the items you buy from Shopee Mall.

Unprofessional Courier and Delivery
Courier tagged my parcel as delivery failed even they did not attempt to deliver it. The next day They sent me a text message that they're going to attep delivery within the day. I waited from morning until 5:00PM but nody came. I called the assigned Courier and just making excuses that really doesn't make sense. Courier should deliver the parcel at the convenience of the customer, not at their own convenience!
Desired outcome: Deliver my parcel and refund the shipping fee.
15 days return policy
The customer service team are incompetent, ineffective, useless, lazy [censored]. Couldn't even resolve a simple issue for 4 weeks. No one bother to reply my emails or enquires. When i started live chat hoping to follow up on my enquiry & unreplied email, it's always different agents. And all 5 live chat agents is unable to assist me nor are they able to make the in-charge reply me on time. All they can say is i will revert to the relevant team to reply but 3 weeks still no updates. Empty promises.
Now after 4 weeks of delaying replies and they have the audacity to tell me it's too late to process refund because of deadline is over when they are the one who intentionally delay all my requests and questions for that long. A whole team of customer service officers trying to screw me up. And expect me to give up. This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered in my life.

I have talked to several agents already yet they always kept me waiting telling me to wait for 24 to 48 hours. Your customer service is the worst I've ever encountered! I canceled my order last may 6, 2022 and I still haven't got it! It's already may 21, 2022. I bet you don't have any plans to return my money!
Product not received
I purchased an item from shopee, through indomart and the product never arrived.
I have called shopee twice, however they are unable to locate my purchase.

Last April 17, 2022 I ordered & paid for 6 pcs head rest for my van (ORDER ID 220417S8H9W97A). Supplier name — yq95_t23_c. What I received on April 24, was a small pouch with 1 face mask!. I wrote Shopee to to complain and asked for a refund. Supplier disputed my complaint and replied to Shopee as follows:
“I have shipped the item(s) and have proof of shipment. I am sorry for the delay of your package. We will send two packages, one is a small gift and the other is the goods you bought. If you receive the gift, the goods will arrive soon.”
After a few days, Shopee communicated to me that their investigation has shown that the goods I ordered and paid for was not delivered. They advised me to return what I received — one face mask - so that the refund could be made.
I replied that, since the item I received was not anything significant, it will just be a waste of their time and mine to return it. I then requested that the refund be made without waiting for the 1 face mask.
Shopee did not reply anymore. The next thing I knew, the amount I paid — P2,123.00 was already reflected in my credit card bill. Obviously, Shopee did not effect the refund to me.
As of May 20, 2022 I’ve not yet received the headrests I paid for.
In the meantime, the supplier — yq95_t23_c — does not reply to my chats in the Shopee chat box.
Don’t trust Shopee and their cheating suppliers.

Enrolled seller in cashback program without seller's agreement
1. I am seller in shopee.
Shopee enrolled me in Shopee's cashback program without my consent.
(First two weeks, free of charge, after two weeks, they sent three push notifications inform seller they can apply to terminate. if no reply. shopee will take it as agree to continue).
2. Shopee sent many advertisers notification in the app. you can't stop it by changing settings.
3. I found it and asked Shopee to terminate immediately. I was told I have to fill in the form to apply to terminate it.
4. I contacted shopee support. I was told the same cases also happened before. But there is no improvement so far. the customer support also told me the way shopee did is not reasonable.
5. I have never encountered this kind of cheating marketing strategy. it is very innovative.
Desired outcome: 1. I went to filled the form to apply to terminate the program by myself today.2. My loss due the cashback program should be compensate by shopee.

Your banning system is so buggy. A user who abides by the policies would even get his account banned. Do you ever think of improving your banning system? It sucks, really. I'm sure you have gotten a lot of complaints about this issue, but I don't think you are going to do anything. If you want all users to verify their accounts, just say the words. Don't just ban the accounts out of a sudden and tell the users they violated policies. And yeah, you know what? Lazada is better. Believe it or not, Lazada does better than you do, it's a fact, and it's undeniable.

Access blocked to ShopeePay and cannot login to app anymore since 9 May 2022
Shopee has abruptly blocked access to my account and the money held in the ShopeePay is not visible anymore. There is no clear reason provided by Shopee on this action taken at their end except stating that there were unauthorized actions performed without divulging any details to understand the matter in depth.
Am aware of 4 other folks who are facing exactly same issue with Shopee and there is no help or relevant and meaningful response received so far from Shopee customer care.
Limited ng account and froze it due to multiple use of whatever voucher as they say
First and foremost I am a platinum client with 5 star ratings and as I may say high spay credit limit (meaning I am a good payer) all of a sudden they froze my account and when I inquired they said thay I violated their terms and conditions specifically multiple use of voucher of what because they cant specify exactly what it is...
Looking at it why give vouchers if it is not allowed to be use? Might as well not give it away if it could violate their t&c. Knowing so I would have not use it at all. Secondly why did they allow my transaction to push through if it is not allowed?!? They could have blocked the transaction right then and there right? Why do they allow it to push through? Are they just waiting for us to make mistakes just so they can say we violated something and permanently suspend my account? I worked hard for that account, nothing but 5 stars so I guess it meant everything.
Desired outcome: I would very much appreciate if they would return my account as I've worked hard for it. I am a Person with Disability and having it would mean a lot to me.

Stupid shopee management has zero brains and probably stuffed all their remaining of what's left of a brain in their [censored]. Been telling these idiots to stop using ninja courier as it's the worst courier service there is. But they don't listen. Not at all. Why? Shopee Express failed to pick up my customers' orders from us for more than 1 week (since 4 May 2022; after the long Public Holidays). We have a huge pile of parcels still waiting for Shopee Express to pick up See attached picture.
Their negligence has resulted in us:

I ordered the Sealant Fix on 02/03/22. Due to the minimum quantity purchase, I had to order at least 5 of them. Received the order on 17/03/22 and when I tried to use the sealant, I could not squeeze it out. Informed seller who told me to try all the tubes. None of them worked. Seller promised to send a new batch while disingenuously requesting to provide a rating. It's been 2 months yet they still failed to deliver

Delayed of parcel delivery
My parcel status had been stopped to update for 3 days. The parcel stuck at u10 sorting center for 3 days already and didn't update the parcel status, I don't know what happened. I chat with the live agent,they also ask me to wait only. How am I supposed to wait if I need the parcel urgently? That's why I keep chat with live agent to ask help from them but it ended up asking me to wait. I'm very disappointed to the shopee customer service and also shopee express courier. Please solve the problem immediately.
