shipment issue according to tracking
Pls explain the problem with my tracking #[protected].
it says as of nov.14 that there is shipment issue? my customer is waiting for it. pls let me know asap.
Here are her details. to be delivered to arlene jane del rosario at alicia national high school, poblacion, alicia, zamboanga sibugay, mindanao. her contact number is [protected]. the item is called corsage (for wedding). I have paid additional fee for the remote destination.
packet wouldn't´deliver
I had order in Shopee online store, I was able to follow online the packet until "delivery today" at 13th November 2017! (LBC Integrated | Tracking Number. [protected]-AEFG) // [protected] DKGS
But nobody had try to deliver here in the address. This morning I check again and I saw that the delivery was cancelled.
We are 3 Adult person here in the house, and nobody show up from LBC to deliver.
This is not the first time, that the packet would not delivered here.
We was complaining in "Danau / Cebu office" already, but now its happen again.
Sometimes the packet is open or just not delivered

I am complaigning about the items that was picked up on Oct 29 and failed to deliver to my buyer on their first attempt Oct 31. I was waiting for a notification if their 2nd attempt via shopee app. The Status says Nov 2 in transit... so I reached out to shopee support. Nov 2, But they failed to respond to me. And I only got a response this morning. Anyway Nov 4 the shipment status was then updated to Expect delivery within today. So I informed my buyer that it will arrive nov 4. I was surprised that the parcel was returned back to me. And there was no notification on the app that it has been returned to sender so I can refuse. There was no 2nd attempt. Did not attwmpt to deliver to the customer and they failed to tag correctly. all taggings were incorrect. Can you investigate the rider or hub whose responsible for this? Its only last night Nov 5 that I received a return to sender tag on my shopee ship status. But tagging says Nov 4th not 5th. So they are incorrectly tagging it to make it seem like theyre doing their jobs. Frauding customers with incorrect information. This is veey frustrating for both me as a seller and for my client as a buyer. She was expecting the items and even stayed home all day from Nov 1-4 just to wait for her parcel. She also availed of her birthday promocode upon purchasing. Now since it appears to be cancelled items which I was not aware of because I didn't cancel. My buyer even tried to extend shopee guarantee. So I wanted to know what you can do about this. how can you help. Items were returned to sender due to negligence and fraudulent tagging.
Now the Cust. Rep handling this (TCAP Christian) was not helpful, ineffective, and incompetent. Did not provide a resolution instead he was saying that what happened was out of his control. It's like telling me it's out of his hands and can't do nothing about it. According to him they only rely on what their couriers feed them with. They do not investigate incorrect tags on their shipping status. He ignored my messages from Nov 3 when I reached oit 2x to follow uo. I only got a response today. After 3 days. We have no way of finding out the truth. Pls help me out reg. My complaint.
A customer support rep. Named 'Mina' assisted me and patiently listened and resolved it by reactivating the Clients Birthday promo/voucher with 2 dats validity. Thing is they already cannot do anything about the returned parcel whivh is the fault of their partnered courier. They have already escalated the complaint I filed against the Custm rep name TCAP Christian who failed to communicate with the courier the first time I reached out to him. And who ignored my emails and only responded afyer 4 days. By that time the items were already returned to me and I've lost not only my sakes but my client's trust as well. Hope this diesn't happen to any shopee seller. Being the victim of a mishandled ticket requesr and bad cust. service. Hope these agents gets thoroughly and critically coached. I'd like to commend agent Mina for giving me a quick resolutiin and for her patience and attentive listening. Great cust. Service skills.

How many times they did this to me, indicating that my item is out for delivery within the day, but there's no one comes, ang nakakainis dun ung naghintay ka dahil nga nakaindicate sa tracking system nila na its out for delivery, with "please"pa tapos walang dadating?! Wala man lang Silang SMS to confirmed if the items is reaky coming! Nakakaasar! Para saan pa na kinuha nila ang no. Ko?
very rude seller
Hi shopee management. This is with regard to ur very rude seller "akosiailyn" now under the name "affordable and trendy shop". Here's my thing, I ordered 2 items paid thru remittance. Only 1 item delivered. I msg the seller and said 1 item was damaged and they will do refund. Thats fine with me so conversation was closed. After a few days I followed up for my refund saying "hi po kumusta na ang refund ko?. To my dismay seller answered back reiterating na nasa lamesa na ng amo nya ang refund receipt and maghintay na lang ako dahil hindi nya pwede pakialaman ang nasa lamesa ng amo nya. Lahat naman ng refund narrrefund namin. I questioned the seller's behavior but said ako daw ang hindi makaintindi. I rated the seller 1 star and commented how I felt about their service. U can check out how the seller rated back. And attest how rude this seller is. Im hoping that shopee management will pay attention to my concern and give what is due to"affordable and trendy shop" (akosiailyn). I will look forward for an update on this. Thanks

My experienced with her is absolutely a big nightmare. I suggest sa buyers na huwag kayong bumili sa kanya. Ingatan nyo sarili nyo sa walang hiyang hampas lupang babae nato. Hi, my name is Charell Sacramento. I'm a seller of shopee Philippines, I just want to complain about the return of my shipped parcel that is being too delayed.
I shipped the item via shopee COD method, picked up here in my location last March 23, 2017 then they post a status of return to origin by March 30, 2017 after 2 attempt delivery. The last status is "Received at LBC X-logistic" by March 01, 2017 ..
Its been almost 2 weeks since the last status but no updated status by now.
