I ordered 1 pair of nike shoes. I paid it through sm billing. They chatted that the shoes was not available after i paid so i recommended another shoes for replacement. They did not reply. After few days it was already for delivery. But what i received was just a piece of paper. I chatted with them and they replied that i did not replied soon. But i did after an hour.They said they would refund but i have not received yet.

I ordered 1 pc UPSEE stranger things badge clothes brooch pin jewelry decor, however, what i received is a very light cactus beige made in china ballpen. I was so disappointed and to think that i was my first to shop at shopee. The subject item was the third of the three items i shopped, the other two were okay, i received them as ordered and in condition. I made the order and paid MYR500 for the TV. The seller and I had conversation through WhatsApp. He insisted that transaction using WhatsApp is accepted. I asked why can't use Shopee, he replied, only for advertising. I fear this is a scam and the seller can damage Shopee's reputation. And, I've already made cancellation. Please take necessary action. May inorder akong Romoss Powerbank, 6pcs yun. Almost 1 week na rin hinintay ko sya. Then ngayon tuesday lang naka tanggap ako ng text galing Xpost na idedeliver na daw nila at mag prepare na rin daw ako ng payment kasi COD yun. Syempre ako prepared na okay na, hanggang sa mag gabi nalang wala akong nakitang nag deliver. Ang inisip ko nalang baka bukas pa pero wala pa rin. then ang ginawa ko tinract ko yung item ko ang naka lagay is returned to seller, nagulat ako bakit ibabalik ang naka lagay kasi di daw nila mahanap ang address ko, Sana man lang tumawag sila sakin kasi may number naman ako doon na nakalagay eh. ni pag tawag wala? anong klaseng service naman to? Doon naman sa Cotabato kung hindi nila alam ang address tumatawag talaga sila. Ang pangit lang talaga nv service ng Xpost Davao ngayon lang ako naka encounter ng ganito. Ang seller parang wala lang din sakanya! Mygod! Nakakainis.

I want to provide feedback for Ninjavan's poor service. As a frequent shopper, it is not the first time that I encounter the same bad service as the delivery agents are curt and arrogant. I advised the delivery man recently that I won't be available until 2pm but he never replied. I even texted him that I was already home earlier than the said time. Just today, status of my order is return to sender. This has to stop and if you can just eliminate Ninjavan Integrated to be part of your courier services, it will be great!

I would like to complain about this product. the product does not eliminate/ kill mosquitoes and flies as what its intendeed to do. I complain to the seller, but still im waiting for his/her reply. I was disappointed I bought 10 boxes of the sandalwood incense wood organic.

I tried for many times but I still get the same result, the mosquito is still flying around the area where I ignite the product. its my 3rd time to bought the product but unluckily to this seller I bought a fake one.

I ordered 2 items but only recieved 1, was advised to pay the total amount regardless even if order is inc. I message seller asking how to refund no reply, so i just search on google how to request refund i followed all the instructions stated there but there is no refund option on the page so i message the seller for assistance but no reply. I ordered the book more than 3 weeks ago I was gonna use the book as my reviewer for the upcoming exam on october now I shouldve been reviewing but im not. I contacted the seller and there was no response I did it multiple times.in the acc in shoppe it says the "seller is on vacation" which could either mean I was scammed. I already paid for it through the sm store barcode. Then the company posted in fb that there was a bugged issue those who do not recieve their items will get a refund. But their was no personal conversation. It only says u will recieve the refund in a real time. So how the hell im I suppose to wait not only did it cause troubles it wasted my time. For all I know I shouldve been reviewing for the exam. The seller is not taking action to satisfy the needs and the issues to his/her customers. So please take an action and give me a free book for causing such a fuss or i'll report you directly to bureau and the federal trade commission. There was no specific time of the refund and the seller gave the information 3 weeks after the issue. That long

At first I am very happy to Ninjavan because they deliver very fast. Pero yung nagdedeliver dito samin na personnel ay napakabastos.Taga Brgy.Pansol po ko .2nd time na syang napademanding when it comes to delivery . kaya nga meron tayong 2nd attempt kung hndi marereceive ng 1st delivery .Pero sya putek grabe ang bunganga sa text akala mo siya customer na need mong sundin ang utos. If this is the kind of employees you sill going to hire Ninjavan . Hindi kuna kayo kukunin na carrier. Id rather choose other carries n kahit matagal dumating . Maganda namn ang customer service. I attach the last text we made and you judge if that is the right way to communicate with the customer.

Bumili ako 50 pcs nrb cream, at kahapon lang dumating. To my surprise the products that i received is napakakunti lang ang laman. Halos lahat ng container same ang laman nila na prang 15g lang. At puro tawas lang content ng cream.i spend 6, 253 para sa order ko na cream but then paano ko ibebenta na napakaliit ang parang fake ang product. I've been a customer of shopee at paulit ulit akong bumibili ng cream nato kc maganda at nakakaputi ng armpit. Pero laging gulat nalang na ganito na ang matatanggap mo. Hnd maliit ang pera na ininvest ko, thousand ang binayad ko sa kanila. Tapos ganito lang.. Attention po sa management ng shopee please pakiaksyon naman ang concerns ko kc baka madami pa silang bibiktimahin.

I have bought the electric brush from the seller namely JOJO B/C Enterprise on 10.07.2019. Unfortunately, the product is unable to charge and subsequently not functioning at all. However, the payment has been released to the seller where I have click the "order received" once I get my parcel cos I tot the product will be ok as there are reviews saying this seller's product is ok and fast delivery. Unfortunately, last saturday (27/7/2019) I wish to try on the electric brush to wash my toilet, found out the product is cannot be charge without any red light indicate as per the instruction book. Thus, I have make complaint immediately to the seller on the same time during afternoon and request whether I can exchange for a new one. However, the seller was reply me " cannot charge or cannot use" then stop reply me. I been waiting for 2 days and decide to make a bad comment on their product and responsivess. Once bad comment on today (29/7/2019), the seller very fast responsive to me and said " we have not reply u, u give we bad comment" and straight away blocked me which I cant contact or send msg to them at all. I feel that the seller is not responsible for the exchange part and once I made bad comment then just ignore my request. I am not first time purchased products on shopee but this is the first time i met unresponsible seller and yet poor customer service. I hoping Shopee will look into this matter and avoid other buyers like me being victim again.

There is no refund yet of the piso used after not winning the shopee piso game, it says they will refund within 48 hrs the game was July 24 an now it's July 27 already. Not just that day only, you didn't also refund the other days money. Kindly refund it. There are already 3 piso not returned to me. It's easy to refund it bro. Are you a scam? I ordered some items on shopee which includes face masks, makeup brush, eye shadow pallets, 15 vaseline lip balms but just 1 piece of lipbalm was delivered. I messaged the seller severally without any response despite the fact that she is online. I need a refund or better still send the remaining products as ordered. They dont deliver my order properly, they dont even call us, we've been waiting for them so long, then I see that my order have been RTS back to the seller.

When I track my parcel yesterday I was so shocked that the shopee express rider in valenzuela city made a delivery details (delivery attempt failed[buyer not on location]). This rider need to find another work... Because I called the rider and asked him why it has a delivery attempt failed and buyer not on location. The rider said its his restday... Then if you are in rest day then don't put that stupid reason that the buyer is not on location because I wait for my parcel since you notify me that you will deliver my parcel.

And a while ago, may nareceived nanaman ako na nag-order ako. To tell you, wala po akong account ng shopee and I didn't order anything. So, as a concern individual, pakiblock nalang po ako. and kung pwede po pakitrace kung sino yung umoorder. Pangalan ko po kasi nakataya. Thank you so much!

We cannot use. We went to Oppo service center in Marikina. They told us that its software is from other country. They cannot do anything about it. They suggested to bring it back to Shopee.
