Delayed refund
Hi Sir Martin,
I've been calling your hotline several time but they still can’t advise when will the refund be and emailing them several screenshots of the transactions which should be available on their system but no clear resolutions of when the refund be. I also received several notification on my app with a promise to send the refund the next day and also with an email to wait for 24 hrs, since Nov 22 but to date I haven't received my refund of 29K.

But still no refund took place, I paid early to avoid my due date but how come your system post delayed transactions and not even a single call to the customer we’re done or no BCP process for this kind.
Please help me get the refund today

Agent who is tolerating scammer sellers
I ordered 3 storage boxes amounting to Php1350 (shipping fee not included) but I received 1 out of 3. I sent the seller a message but not responsive so I asked for a refund/return or better to send me the missing items. But the agent decided to just refund me Php427, not even enough to cover the cost of 1 item. He decided without a reviewing the case, without letting the seller and buyer to have a dispute. I was expecting the agent to let us send evidences or investigate both sides before making a decision.
Just because I was refunded with an amount doesnt mean it is already okay cause the money was my hard earned.
I kept wondering where will my money go, will it go to the buyer or to the agent or to shopee? why would I not deserve a full refund of my missing items?
The agent is reckless in making decision and for me he is tolerating the seller. The seller will do it again because its okay to get paid and not sending the item. And if asked for a refund, the seller will think its still okay and will give back any amount. It is a form of scam, scam both on the seller and the agent.
Now, I do not know if I will trust shopee again because of my experience with this agent. Maybe I would not react this much, if the case im in was investigated properly or let us had a discussion first before arriving to a decision.
Desired outcome: The agent should have heard both sides, and let us, the seller and buyer, raise a dispute.
Bills payment through shopeepay | meralco bill
Please I need your help badly. Nung Oct. 13, 2022, nagbayad ako sa bills payment ng Shopee ng aking meralco bill amounting to Php 2,203.61. I received a notification and my online receipt that my transaction was successful and completed. However, I received my meralco bill last Nov. 2, 2022 stating na hindi pa bayad ang bill ko kaya pumatong na ngayon sa aking latest bill statement yung previous months bill. Kaya ngayon obligado ako bayaran ng one time big time yung 2 months bill ko sa Meralco dahil may disconnection notice na kmi.
Ang nakakasama ng loob ginagawa akong bola ng shopee customer service chat and email support. Pinapangakuan ako ng date kung kelan ko marereceive ang refund pero wala nmn.. I sent a an email regarsing my complaint on Nov.2 until now wla pa rin Nov 13 na I chatted more than 5 agents already within thay period of time pro uo until now wla pa rin pinapaasa pa rin ako na ggwin dw nila ang lhat dhil nasa assigned team n raw. Nabasa ko rin sa refund biller request nila na kapag ndi napost sa biller ang biller dapat ay within 24 to 48 hours marereceive na ang refund a mng sabi sa email within 7 to 15 days which is hindi nmn dapat gnun ac ording sa FAQ's nila. Tapos nung isang nakreceive ako ng email na i-close na nla yung ticket kasi resolved n dw kaht wla p nmn akong narereceive na refund sa payment ko na ndi nmn na post sa biller. ngayon need ko ulit maghintay ng another 15 days. Magrereklamo na rin ako sa DTI para dito

Shopee Pay
I top up 1000 Php to Unipay using my Shopee pay balance. Last October 23, 2022. I already contacted all the related merchant and company with my top up and yet this transaction is not yet refunded or applied to my account. I reach out to be specific Dragon Pay and UniPin and they all saying the same thing to contact the other partner. Shopee to contact Unipin to contact Dragon Pay to contact Shopee. Now my money is on hold and cannot use my funds.
Desired outcome: I would like to be compensated and to be refunded for the trouble and inconvenient this cause to me since I really need the money and its been on hold on their end for 3 weeks.

Shopee Force Seller to Using Shopee Express
Shopee forcing SG seller to using their own shopee express service, this is happening from second quarter in 2022, the logistic service rendered by Shopee Express is not professional, the reason is customers received a parcel in damaged conditions, and also the parcel opened when delivered to customer doorstep, this is no a fair trade in Singapore, hope the authorities sector can step in and investigate on this matter.
Unprofessional seller gingerpaw
Seller sent defective product with broken parts. I messaged for replacement, but was still very upset by the defective product, and because most of the time on shopee, sellers usually ignore when there's something wrong with the product, so in my jaded-ness, I just gave the rating 1st. I admit that this part I was being rash, but I was understandably upset as defective products shouldn't even be happening, and the broken part has a sharp edge which could potentially injure my cats.
I bought 2 items (cat scratching board stuff) from this seller, 1 was good with no issues, so I gave that 5 stars. But for the defective product, I gave 3 1st, mentioning the defective part, and despite my upset feeling, I still gave a fair review by mentioning parts that is still good about the defective product.
Then I happened to see the chat that the seller replied. I then apologised about the rating and told seller how appreciative I was for him/her getting back, and that I didn't see his/her reply before rating.
I offered to ammend my rating and checked if he/she could still send the replacement part. But seller was very rude and refused to settle this properly and blocked me, then gave me 1 star buyer review, blaming me for being difficult, when I was being very polite and sincere in wanting to resolve the matter.
It is very unfair, unprofessional and childish of the seller.
Later, I checked this sellers ratings further, turns out there are other poor innocent buyers who also faced such treatment from the seller, and it seems quite common for this seller to send defective/missing components in their items.
And the whole time, the seller wasn't even sorry at all for sending low quality, defective things.
Unacceptable behaviour from seller/user.
Desired outcome: Proper warning be issued to this seller, for defective/missing components, unprofessional behaviour. This user's 1 star rating can be removed from my buyers rating. It's very unreasonable, unfair, and untrue.
Even customer service agent cant help me do cancellation.
im already do 1 time cancellation because i check the seller got stock that i wanted to buy so withdrawn my cancellation by another day, after that item already out of stock again and i cannot do second time cancellation due shopee policy, so i ask seller manually cancel it but seller tell me as his company policy they cant cancel it without buyer request,ok fine i ask customer service help me do that. So live agent told me he cannot do that also because seller have not been prepare the item, im so confuse seller not prepare the item is it can do cancel or seller prepare to ship that they can do cancel?
Agent Incompetence
I contacted shopee through their live chat option and was directed to a live agent. I've done this multiple times throughout multiple days and it's still unresolved. Just now, an agent was rushing to end the chat session and I knew it was because their shift would end in 5 mins. HE CLOSED OFF THE CHAT WITHOUT EVEN TRYING TO FIX THE ISSUE. THE DISRESPECT! I WANT TO POST THE NAME OF THE AGENT HERE BUT THAT'S JUST STOOPING TO THAT DISRESPECTFUL AGENT'S LEVEL! IS THIS REALLY HOW SHOPEE TREATS THEIR CUSTOMERS!?

I ordered a refrigerator from this store and after I transferred the money it was cancelled then when I asked them they didn't respond for couple of days then when they responded they said that there was a problem from the cargo that the gadgets with promo prices is considered illigal so I should TopUp to their store another fees I refused that first because this is not my problem the price was comprehended second my budget is limited for a refrigerator and determinating to TopUp, and I was refusing so when I said just return the money to me he denied how to deal with such issue, please send me a feedback as soon as possible

Marking undelivered parcel as delivered
According to what I know about the rules when it comes to delivering parcels, you should deliver parcel first before marking it as delivered in the app but this rider that delivers around my area marks his parcels delivered even if they’re not yet delivered. My parcels are also paid items already. This rider has delivered to me twice and he does this every time. He only calls one time and since I’m at work and could not answer his call he will mark the parcel as delivered and take it home. Delivery attempt FAILED THREE TIMES
Last october 13 nag-order ako sa shopee. then mga october 15 nakalagay na sa status na parcel out for delivery. Faulty item and refund
I ordered a 600W Nutrition Extractor Blender 12pcs set and was recieved on Sept. 18, 2022. Upon receiving I tried the item and it was not working. Then I complained a return and refund at the seller and Shopee. Then Shopee told me to return the faulty item to the seller and provided the address and contact name and number for the information on who to send/rerun the item. It was shipped out on Oct. 3, 2022. And Shopee told me to wait for 5-7 days for the refund for the item and the shipping fee that I have paid for returning the item. Thus, as of now Oct. 9, 2022 I have not received the refund nor a response from the seller and Shopee on an update for my request.

Shopee has been losing money year after year since 2015 and is running out of investors and operating capital.

Shopee has laid off many employees recently.
Now they are resorting to charging some sellers extra commission fee without notifying them and randomly banning sellers and buyers account and holding the money in their accounts.

As you know this function is really helpful for us Buyers that is on budget, but if it accumulates the bill instead of seperating the actual amount that needs to be paid for the month, we cant pay it off since it says "you dont have enough balance" in turn our accounts will be subjected to a penalty or disabled.
Desired outcome: Please upgrade SPayLater where we can pay the seperate amount we have loaned for the month not the accumulated loan.Its also preferrable that the team can provide a PAY button for each item that has been ordered with SPayLater.

Since then, called up Shopee agent so many times, Promise will look into it. Even inform me that Shopee had arrange courier to pick up, but did not turn
Email to Shopee agent, no response, and occasionally informed me that they will arrange courier to collect it, but no one turn up
This kept on going, and now totally no response from them
It seems that the agent is enjoying their work by making customer look like a fool. After all we already made payment
