Beware of Aggressive Seller on Shopee Malaysia: Ellie Bebbielon
On the 22nd of August 2021, I had a bit of a problem with a seller on Shopee Malaysia (shopee.com.my). I had privately messaged the seller, Ellie Bebbielon, to let her know that the taco box I had received wasn't wrapped properly and that it wasn't fixed properly either. She had used an extra-large box for a small taco box, which resulted in the taco arriving broken.
Unfortunately, Ellie ignored my feedback and denied her responsibilities. I decided to accept the order anyway, as I didn't want to trouble anyone over something as small as a less than RM40 taco shells.
However, I felt that it was important for me to share my feedback in the review column so that the next buyer could be aware of this issue and rethink their purchase before making it. After submitting my review, Ellie became very angry and started messaging me non-stop on both Shopee chat box and WhatsApp. She was uncontrollable and emotionally unstable, and even went as far as to stalk me and write untrue comments on my company's Google reviews column, all because of a one-star review.
I want to warn other buyers to beware of this seller, Ellie Bebbielon. It's important to be cautious when making purchases on Shopee Malaysia, as there are sellers like Ellie who don't take responsibility for their mistakes and can become very aggressive when receiving negative feedback.
It's worth noting that Ellie has since removed my review from her page, which only further proves that she doesn't want to take responsibility for her actions. Overall, I would recommend being cautious when purchasing from this seller and making sure to leave honest feedback to help other buyers make informed decisions.
Shopee Express: The Worst Courier Service in Malaysia - A Review
Shopee Express is the worst courier service I have ever encountered in Malaysia! The delivery of my items took so long that it felt like they were shipped from China! Do your workers just sleep and eat all day long? If you can't do a good job, then don't use the Shopee Express system to deliver items to customers! Let buyers or sellers choose their own courier service! Your Shopee Express service should be shut down as soon as possible! It's a waste of time and useless! It's the worst courier service in Malaysia! They just eat and sleep all day long! Besides being terrible, I don't know what else to say about you! "The worst of the worst! All the bosses are useless! The worst system in Malaysia! I've memorized all the answers that your live agents have given me! I'm the one who has to help you answer my own questions! Everything is useless garbage! When I tried to register my phone number, I was faced with a series of procedures that seemed unnecessary. Apparently, my phone number was previously used for my old account, which had been deleted. I contacted the help center to ask why I couldn't register my number again, since my old account was no longer active. They told me that I needed to provide proof that my number was mine, but I didn't have any bills to show since my number is prepaid.
I was frustrated that I couldn't make any urgent purchases because of this verification issue. I have kids at home, and I haven't gone out since the MCO last year, so it's not like I can easily get proof of ownership for my phone number. I felt like Shopee was making things unnecessarily difficult for me, especially since I haven't had any problems like this with Lazada.
Despite these issues, I still wanted to purchase a few things from Shopee since they had some items that I couldn't find on other websites. However, I was disappointed that I couldn't make any purchases because of this verification issue. It seemed like a waste of time and effort, especially since they still needed to verify my phone number in the end.
Overall, I think Shopee Malaysia needs to improve their verification process and make it easier for customers to register their accounts. It shouldn't be so difficult to prove that my phone number is mine, especially since my old account has been deleted. Shopee Malaysia's Lack of Accountability and Buyer Protection: My Disappointing Experience with J&T Courier
I recently had a terrible experience with Shopee Malaysia. I was scammed by the courier who claimed to have delivered my package, but in reality, never did. I immediately reported the issue to Shopee, but to my dismay, the agent closed the case without any proper investigation. The courier provided a photo of his hand holding a parcel as proof of delivery, which was obviously not enough evidence. I mean, who can't take a photo of themselves holding a parcel, right?
To make matters worse, Shopee released my money to pay for something that I never received. As a buyer, I felt unprotected and helpless. Despite the seller's urging on my behalf to investigate the courier further, Shopee did not make an earnest effort to investigate the theft of my purchase. They just kept politely replying to my emails and closing the case. It was extremely frustrating, and I had to keep writing in to Shopee to reopen the case.
The courier responsible for this scam was J&T, and the parcel went missing after it arrived at Sungai Pinang J&T centre in Penang. It's disappointing to know that Shopee continues to use this dishonest courier and put all their buyers at risk. As a shopping platform, Shopee should prioritize the safety and protection of their buyers. It's unacceptable to have such a lack of accountability and responsibility.
In conclusion, my experience with Shopee Malaysia was disappointing and frustrating. As a buyer, I felt unprotected and helpless. Shopee needs to take responsibility for their courier's actions and ensure that their buyers are safe and protected. I hope that they will take this issue seriously and make the necessary changes to prevent such incidents from happening in the future.
Beware of Fraudulent Seller ypxzb.my on Shopee Malaysia: My Experience with Fake Jade Pendant
I recently had a bad experience with a seller on Shopee Malaysia, and I feel it's important to share my story to warn others. The seller in question is ypxzb.my, and they claim to sell natural untreated A grade jade on the Shopee platform.
I was interested in purchasing a jade carving pendant from them, which they advertised as 100% natural. They even offered a guarantee that if the item was not natural, they would refund me 10 times the amount as compensation. I decided to take the plunge and purchased the pendant for RM950.
When I received the item, I was disappointed to find that it looked very different from what was shown online. The colour and carving were not as advertised, and I suspected that the item was not natural as claimed. I decided to take the pendant to Poh Kong Jewellery to get a professional opinion.
To my dismay, the experts at Poh Kong Jewellery confirmed my suspicions. They informed me that the colour of the jade was fake and had been treated with colouring and plastic inside. They even showed me that the item was glowing under ultraviolet light, which is a clear indication that it was not natural. Natural jade does not glow under ultraviolet light.
I immediately contacted the seller, ypxzb.my, to inform them of the issue and request a refund. However, they refused to acknowledge my claims and insisted that they sell genuine items. To make matters worse, they even blocked me on Shopee, preventing me from leaving a negative review or contacting them further.
I reached out to Shopee staff for assistance, but they were unresponsive and did not take any action against the seller. It's disappointing to see that Shopee is not doing enough to protect its customers from fraudulent sellers like ypxzb.my.
In conclusion, I urge everyone to be cautious when purchasing items from ypxzb.my or any other seller claiming to sell natural jade on Shopee Malaysia. Always do your research and get a professional opinion before making a purchase. Don't fall for false promises and guarantees that sound too good to be true.
Received some defects items, seller agreed to give compensation. Raised a request thru the platform (both party agreed), however Shopee decided not to proceed. How pathetic is that! Not a happy consumer here. Pity the seller, i won't return.
Shopee bans my account with baseless accusation

I am a regular buyer on shopee, my user name is wondermamama. I am not a seller. I didnt sell anything on shopee. I have only one shopee account.
The last order was on 6.6 sales, a tape dispenser and a tape that I used a rm5 cash voucher from the seller and rm6 free shipping voucher with no min spending. So I only paid about rm5 for two items. It was really a good deal.
Then, my shopee account is banned. Shopee accused me of abusing vouchers without giving me the details? (see the attached photo for the email)
And I am required to provide proof of order fulfilment and answers some questions but for which purchase? I cannot access my account now...Accusation without details. How do I provide the "proof"? And said money will be deducted from my account due to improper usage of vouchers.
I dont see I violate any rules. Because I could click and apply those vouchers during check out. And I had received the items yesterday. How did I know applying 2 vouchers is called an abuse? If shopee is not willing to give vouchers, dont hold any sales.
My account is banned, my credit card is still linked there, I have shopeepay balance. I cannot extend the guarantee period as I received a rack but have not assembled it, and I cannot retrieve the pin for parcel collection which is due tmrw 10th june.
Desired outcome: i demand a justice! i demand an apology! and monetary compensation for the stress and inconveniences that shopee has caused.

I have bought shoes from a seller in Melaka.. the delivery period is 7 days and until now there has been no movement of the items that were posted.. I’ve bought 2 vacum mop from Shopee with different brand respectively. One of the item cames with 15 days guarantee return which I can request for return and refund based on not satisfied with the item. However my request was rejected. Shopee asked me to discuses with seller. And now seller informed that I’m not able to get full refund because I do not want the item anymore. I admit that before returning the item, I do not take any video, as what I assume is I’m not satisfied with the product, I can return and get refund.
The second item, came with malfunction. Where the vacum claimed to be 3 in 1 vacum mop with self cleaning function. The first issue I faced was the dirty water of self clearing does not stored in the dirty water tank. Proof of video send to Shopee dispute team, and the rejected my return and refund application based on seller replied it was normal. Hence my 1st attempted of returning & get refund was unsuccessful. Shopee let seller send the malfunction item back to me.
Shopee advise me to take clearer video and picture of malfunction vacum. I’ve did so, email Shopee again and now asked me to direct deal with the manufacturer to go for warranty. Again, Shopee do not solve my issue and ignoring my request for return and get refund.

Please expedite the transfer of my money in ShopeePay (refund wallet) to my bank account. I attempted the withdrawal on 5 May 23 and it failed. Your customer representative told me it will take up to 2-3 working days. But it did not happen. I attempted the withdrawal again on 11 May 23 at 3pm. It failed again. I re-attempted at around 6pm again. Spoke to your customer representative (Daryl) via the app, he was not helpful at all. Replies were slow and it felt like I was left to figure out the issue on my own. Daryl told me that I will receive a confirmation from Shopee to my email address about the withdrawal of funds to my bank account, but again it did not happen. So what's with the delay in withdrawal of funds from the refund wallet back to my bank account? Can Shopee answer my query?
Desired outcome: expedite the refund asap. it has been a week long.

First of all, your process sucks. My order was not shipped out and been waiting for days now. I requested to cancel the order and you want the seller to accept the cancellation. Now, the seller said they will prioritize the order. But that did not happen. I reached out to support. They won't cancel the order. Talked to J-ann Mae and she won't cancel the order too same with doesn't like to escalate. Was advised that on the 25th, the order will be automatically cancelled by the system. That's absurd. You want the customers to wait that long? I am requesting to cancel the order but no one in your platform CAN DO THAT.

I pay my loan on tala loans April 18, 2023 at exactly 6:44 pm. Supposedly it will say order received after a few hours. But it is past 24 hours. My loan on tala add interest today. Until now the payment does not reflect on the app and the bill is still processing until now April 19, 2023. I need to refund my money. I'll pay it on gcash. Give back my money. I placed two orders on March 15, and completed/received the items on March 18 and 19 respectively. My 1st Monthly installment was billed yesterday and is already overdue today, when it is less than a month when I purchased the items? It shows on their rules about billing cycle and due date that from the 5th of the month when the purchase was made, to the 4th of next month, the due date will be on every 15th.
