No delivery of orders
I ordered 2 cans of milk from shopee last june 4 2020, delivery states it will be before or after june 16 2020, I have not received any updates nor delivery of my orders until now, I already paid for the can of milks and still no refund is done even if I requested and follow up for my delivery several times already, I asked fir expedited delivery and still no update on my complaint.

Kamusta naman yung mga tao ninyo sa makati hub? Out for delivery na yung order ko.. I was waiting sa call ng rider para iconfirm yung address ng company ko kung saan idedeliver pero wala man lang silang tawag or text. Tapos nung chineck ko sa shoppee app yung status, delivery failed attempt ang potek.. Buyer not on location daw. Potek ninyo nalaman na wala ako sa location eh hindi man lang ako tinawagan or tinext? Mema lang kayo? Ang tatamad ninyong magdeliver, hindi naman mahirap hanapin conpamy address ko. I coordinated with shoppee customer service din twice pero wala ding kwenta kausap. Hindi man lang maibigay yung contact dyan sa makati hub!
Bank transfer complaint
It was june 5, 2020 fri when I placed my order with a total amount of 2658.00php and I quickly payed it using bank transfer payment method with shopee's bdo account. I sent them 2, 700php and its now june 8, 2020 mon... My order is still on pending review. It has been three days now, where is my money? Where is my order? What have you done!? Let me know if there are others who experience the same situation as me! How to complain this [censored]?
Fake phone claimed as original (dishonest advertising)

with a claimed as a global original version with false phone specification that deceived people with less understanding about the product (refer to attachment), lots of buyers with less understanding of language/knowledge about the products being fooled by the sellers/scammer
worst, shopee rating system of the seller doesn't show any indication of the bad services and somehow as a seller, seller can alter/edit the rating given by buyer.
With the extended shopee guarantee service that based on days, and must be monitored everytime and by the end of the time, still the seller had the money because of shopee will release the money if buyer dont dispute the transaction (somehow this dispute section also really fishy)
please look at the uploaded photos, u may google translate the language from malay to english to understand how disappointed are them. Seller never reply once you make a payment

Gusto ko lang icomplain ung rider ng shopee express/ standard delivery n nka-4wheel.. Mukhang hindi po tlga nya gusto ang trabaho nya dahil mareklamo. Pangatlong encounter ko na sa kanya, ganun pa din. Una, gusto nya imeet ko nlng xa sa kanto para kunin ang parcel ko, tanghaling tapat un at pagllakarin nya ako kahit nakanforce ang ecq sa comminity namin dahilan nya kesyo mahihirapan daw bumwelta ang kotse nya. Hindi ako pumayag. Pangalawa, dahil meron xang delivery malapit sa bahay ko gusto nya ako nnmn ang ppunta sa knya para kunin at buhatin ung dalawang kahon ng diapers, hindi ako pumayag dahil pno ko nmn bibitbitin un. Nakalimutan nya ata na ang main purpose ng door to door delivery ay para sa convenience ng buyers. Etong huli, dahil wala ako exact amount sabi ko pakisuklian nlng ako. Pagkasabi ko nun, bumubulong bulong xa. Taz sabi wala kulang daw xa ng 5pesos kya hinyaan ko na. Maxado po mareklamo yang driver na yan, kung ayaw po nya trabaho nya eh mas mabuting palitan nyo nlng kc kau ang nasisira sa customers. Pakigawaan po ng paraan.

I got a 15 php load voucher from shopee farm but I can't claim it. It says there that due to shopee's poor internet connection and that I should contact shopee's customer service. I keep on claiming it but shopee keep on declining it. I want to use that voucher that I have earned from farming but shopee won't let me use it, my effort to gain that voucher becomes useless

I ordered big multifunction cloth wardrobe but I cancelled it because the seller did not respond to my inquiries.
I ordered the item last May 20, 2020 7pm, and tried to ask some questions to the seller, but no response. So I decided to cancel it, May 21, 2020, 4pm. The message appear that the seller need to respond on it by May 23, 2020 or the order will automatically cancelled. But at May 23, there's still no response, nothing happened. No automatic cancellation happened. I tried to contact the seller again, but no response, I just keep to my mind that maybe the seller is busy, so I decided for another one day, May 24, but my item are still on cancellation process.
Today, May 25, 2020 would be the ship out time so I am so worried.
I recieved notifications about my cancellation request, the seller rejected my cancellation today, 1:50pm in exact. And my cancelled order already shipped out at 1:20pm, the seller shipped out first my item and rejected my cancellation 30mins after! What the hell is going on? That seller is insane. The seller never noticed me that it will still be shipped out, unlike other sellers, which they take some photos before they ship out. But not this seller I encountered.

I was chatting with the agent named Pia and as we are chatting i want to talk to a supervisor as i mentioned that why the customer unable to have a discount to keep as it is the most covenient as it is pandemic the return of the item and re order is kinda hassle. I said i wanna speak to the sup as the agent mentioned they cant change it as the team already decide the return of the item. Also the Sup cant do anything. Wth? Your the Supervisor as when there is an escalation you will speak yo the customer and not being irrrsponsible and closed the chat. Shopee has no rating on there chat that is why they can close it without the customer provide their feedback.

They got the money but didn't deliver the products. Now they are unreachable and cannot be contacted. They are fraudulent and scammers. These are the screenshots and proof that they are scammers. It's not a small money, we need that in order to survive these pandemic so help us 😭. I didn't know that it will happen to me, I regret that I shop online.

Cancelled my order last May 6th and was approved by seller the same dat. according to their help center, orders thru credit card will be refunded within 5-7 business days. Today, May 17th (7 business days after cancellation) I still haven't received any updates yet so I decided to contact their CS thru chat. The agent's name is Blessed and it was the most frustrating conversation I've ever had in my life. "Credit card payments will be refunded to the respective card and will take 5-7 business days
Debit card payments will be refunded up to 45 days depending on the bank."
But the response I got was annoying. She accused me of reversing their policy. I'm attaching screenshots of our conversation here. I should also mention that I didn't get empathy at all and yes we weren't able to address my main concern which was the delay on my refund.

Incompetent customer service
This is regarding the incompetency of Shoppee together with the worst customer service experienced I have encountered. I ordered with them las April 21, 2020 and have not yet received my order up to this day. I have contacted their customer service multiple times thru phone call, chat and email but have not gotten any clear response. They even sent me a notification last May 1 to wait for it the next day around 9am - 6pm but have not heard anything from them.This is such a proof of their incompetency providing misinformation to customers. I already emailed their head office and hope that it reaches their upper management even the CEO so that he knows what's going on with the company. Customers don't deserve to be treated this way specially that my order is in the food category which should be considered "essential" because it has an expiration date. I 've been a loyal customer of Shoppee but I hope to be treated fair and equal. Atleast be honest with your customers and provide correct information as I may not only be the one having this kind of concern but I hope that they won't get away with this just because not everyone is speaking up. Please remember that without your customers you would also be nothing so please treat us right and provide us with the service we deserve.
how did you email their CEO? kindly let me know too since feel pissed off about how their chat service handle my issue. 16 days ongoing for a return request and their agent intentionally disconnected the chat when i was looking for a supervisor to take the chat and action this. They removed the cod option
So, I supposed to receive 5 order, however because of an emergency called us no one will be available to receive the parcels before May 08 . Right after I knew that there's a possibility my order will arrive before May08 I reached the sellers letting them know that I won't be available to receive the parcels before May 08 if those will arrive earlier than May 08 . They told me ask the courier cause they already ship out the items and they don't have control with it . Okay, Since couriers haven't pick up the items yet, I contact shopee customer service first . Letting them know about my request to have it deliver before May 08, they said that they don't have control as well to the courier once they pick up the parcels. Okay fine . I contacted the courier every day I even get mad to them because they are unreachable but then one day when the parcels arrived to their warehouse they phoned me !let me know tht they can't hold the items until May 08 because they will have penalty they can only hold for 2 days I guess . So we agreed to have it reorder instead . As well as the seller ! Now the removed my COD option and they can't lift is right away . I'm pregnant and it's frustrating that I can't check out my baby essentials ! The supervisor that I spoke left the chat wihout informing me and resolving my issue ! I need to have it investigated !

Banned / suspended account
I still have money left on my shopee account and they banned/suspended my account due to some violations that I am not aware of. Their customer service sucks! They copied and paste every single email that they're sending me. We're going around circles and up until now they don't have a resolution. I just want to get my money back. I am requesting shopee to release my funds on my account as soon as possible.

I'm very disappointed for the delivery service. Should be door to door service but driver said he having a lot of customers and a lots of vehicles. He can't pull over the van to do delivery. Maybe the news about MCO from PM is fake until there are plenty of vehicles out there. Literally said he is in puasa. Finally the parcel is left near the staircase (my unit is first floor).

nung dumating na sa Paranaque Hub jusko! Magdadalawang linggo na. Alam niyo kung hindi niyo kaya magdeliver ng mabilis lalo na paggaling overseas, ipaubaya niyo na sa third party couriers like JNT or Ninjaexpress.
I ordered this item last APRIL 2 pa. May inorder din akong isa last April 16. Nauna pang dumating.
User acc safety & security
My acc has been banned without any notice on 2 apirl with the reason multi transaction that against t&c. I am not yet but or sell anything on shopee. Btw my acc is binding with fb like other apps. Suspect someone else working inside shoppee has steal or leaking my data to scammer for illegal purpose. Btw, their customer service request for nric as proof of acc ownetship but from the last replied email my acc still banned & can't be appeal. Why they still asked for personal data for verification? Suspecious.

I just want to follow up my order, lagi ko chinecheck status of shipping nung item na inorder ko sa shopee I make an order sa overseas online seller last march 13, 2020 the process of my order from china to philippines is smooth updated but then when my order arrived at cainta hub last march 17, 2020 that's the last update na at yung nasa taas ng order ko dapat mareceived ko na yung item last april 18, 2020 but then wala nagdeliver even update wala!It's been 40 days of waiting now hindi padin nadedeliver yung item. Dishonest and untrustworthy, supplier ex8 future gave false info to customer
Supplier ex8future has given false info before I place order on 23/3/2020 for forehead thermometer. In the product advertisement in shopee shows READY STOCK TO SHIP 24 HOURS & product detail stated ship from Klang, Selangor. When I asked supplier on 23/3/2020 before place order through chat & was told stock is available & can deliver tomorrow (24/3/2020). After got the info, I placed order. But after 2 days on 25/3/2020, I checked with supplier on the shipment, there is no response. I asked again on 26/3/2020, finally on 27/3/2020 supplier reply asked me to be patient & wait for the shipment. I keep on asking for confirm ship date but can't get the answer. Since can't get confirm ship date, on 28/3/2020 I have decided to cancel the order & ask supplier to approve the cancellation. But on 30/3/2020, my order cancellation was rejected & there is courier service consignment note no. given. I checked with courier service on line, there is no tracking data available. This supplier has been given false info all this while & I was cheated from the beginning to place order.
I trusted shopee but the supplier in there is not honest & reliable. Hope I can cancel my order & get refund. Please advise.
