Not original huawei product return refund rejected
Seller listed item "Original Huawei Product" at Shopee page, after receiving the item, found it not original.
After requested return and refund, finally not successful and rejected by Shopee Agent.
I do not know why Shopee allowed seller keep cheating consumer even reported the product listed in Shopee.

I'm here to complaining Shopee security system that may exist a serious security problem lead to my personal information leaked to public and become a target to a scammers. The seller and the scammer may be collude to find a target and conduct a scam. I made a feedback to shopee return/refund team but they just replied:"we are unable to refund as all the final product (digital codes) has been fully utilized by scammer. And now my account has been restricted from login. What the scammer do I also no idea, once I received the email has been informed shopee. This cause I lost believe to shopee, I will not provide any documents (utility bills or any statement) or identity card that displays my full name and address. How can I confirm that is not a scam again. This caused my lost in term of money, time and hurt my feeling. I feel helpless. Now shopee already know that there is a scam activity take place but they not really take action on this.
Desired outcome: Please fix and repair security or apps program problem that may existed.When case happened, Shopee should not push 100% responsibility to the buyer. pls find out a good solution to protect buyer.
Account banned
I have been a shopee user since march 2017, and this is the first time i've experienced this. On 03/10/2022, i received an email from shopee that my account was restricted from logging in due to unusual activies. I filled out the appeal form on 03/11/2022. They responded stating that i have violated their policies and cited different reasons as such: 1) directing transactions outside shopee, 2) providing a different mode of payment, 3) providing shop location, fb/ig/gmail/viber/whatsapp, and 4) phone number
to lift the suspension, they asked me to explain why am i “providing your phone number / other platform to communicate / or social media accounts.” i explained that i didn’t and wasn’t aware of such. I asked them for proof of this e.g. Screenshot or log, but they didn’t provide exactly how or when the violation occurred let alone respond to the email.
They want an acknowledgement letter stating that I will no longer commit any violations and “modify shop description moving forward” which doesn’t align with the violation they cited. I don’t understand why I should acknowledge that I did commit the violation when it isn’t proven to be true?
I responded to their email more than twice and all they said was they never heard from me and will close the ticket after 24 hours. I called their customer service hotline at [protected] and was told by the customer service rep to wait until they responded and made the decision. I called about 5 times to get this resolved, and they just keep telling me to wait for the email. I raised new tickets just to follow up but all I get are template responses.
I called their customer service hotline because i also want to settle the outstanding spay later bill and not incur any late fees, but i was told there was no other way to pay other than in-app.
Desired outcome: I WANT ACCESS TO MY ACCOUNT SO I CAN PAY MY OUTSTANDING SPAY LATER BILL. I DON’T WANT TO GET CHARGED OF ANY LATE FEES. THAT'S ALL I WANT
I filed an official complaint to DTI. I filled out the complaint form which can be downloaded on their website: https://www.dti.gov.ph/konsyumer/complaints/ I submitted the completed form to: FTEBMediation@dti.gov.ph and consumercare@dti.gov.ph.
Hi po. Any update po regarding sa pagfile nyo ng complaint kay DTI? Na suspended din po yung shopee account ko. Bagong account po sya then all of the sudden ni suspended po ni shopee yung account ko. Ang sabi is abuse vouchers and promotion po na violate ng account ko kahit wala na po akong nappurchase sa kanila 😥. Nag file na din ako ng appeal sa kanila. At pinapa explain nila ako why you have multiple checkouts with same voucher code. Eh di pako nagccheckout kahit isa. Then 2nd ay pinapagawan nila ako ng acknowledgement letter na di ko na gagawa ng kahit anong violations moving forward. Kaso yung respond ko sa kanila ay purong katotohanan naman sinagot ko. Diko maisip kung ano yung mga pinagsasabi ni shopee. Wala din silang proof kahit screenshots man lang na alin sa sinasabi nilang abuse vouchers eh wala p nga akong naccheckout kahit isa. Gusto ko din po sana magfile ng complain sa DTI. Just wanna know kung naibalik nila yung account nyo at kung nagawan ba ng paraan ni DTI yung reklamo nyo sa shopee. Sana masagot po ninyo ang katanungan ko. Maraming salamat po.
Unable to raise a refund
Made a purchase on the 2nd of March and the item was not delivered as promised on the 8th, raised a refund after that and the dispute agent said I had to wait until 15th to raise another refund. It's 19th of March now, and I am not able to raise another refund, since the function of clicking the item was blocked!

March 17, 2022 around 7:00 -8:00 my shopee account automatically log out and i cant log in anymore because it says *device is banned due to violation of community rules* like what kind of community rules i violate?! Im a platinum there! And when i tried to log in in the ipad, yes it allow me to log in but didnt allow me to order says *account is being restricted blablabla* and i didnt log in my account in Manila. Im in Pampanga! Being Cheated by seller
I have purchased EBike from seller. First seller requested and compulsory me clicked Order Received during delivery of item without testing the item. (This procedure Shopee never take it seriously. It is wrong to force buyer click on Order Received). They mentioned any problem they will solved no problem. I discover there are some issue with the bike handle. They not only not responsive but ask me settle myself. After i mentioned return the item, they asked me to go to bike shop to fix the problem and they will compensate based on the bill submitted. I went to the shop and repair my bike with cost RM100. After send the bill to them they said we will only compensate RM20. I am being cheated and very angry with the way seller doing business.

Giving description on items that is not good condition and still saying that it is good as new
Seller also rude on commenting.. Example I rate 3 star then she/he replied " its only 100 peso what do you expect you should not order" she replied
As a seller you should accommodate properly the customers and not being so rude at them.

Didn't get the refund
I was reached out on WhatsApp to register in the website ecosho88 to complete the order. Where I had to add money, after completion of order I was supposed to get commission. I did pay 2.5 lacs. Now to return 2.5 lacs they imposed handelling fee, GST tax fee and two time activation fee. In this way I paid more than 5 lacs. Still they are demanding more money to return the older one and still pressurising.
Please help

Online fraud by shopee phillipines
I was looted by shopee phillipines in online platform ( watsapp) ms.eliza and ma.khan looted me. They asked to pay for task order which improve online merchant platform to increase their sales. I have done all the payments for task orders, taxes and penalities. To prove shopee online as a genuine they provided me ID cards and aggreements as a proof so i believed and went into their trap . They freezed my amount and asked to pay more and more now it has been reached to approx of 6lacs now ms.pau another agent asking me to open sub account and pay again from starting. So she will release all the money at once kindly help me to recover my money.

I received a damage goods which is obviously broken and just sent with a mending it. The base of decanter is shaky and simply glued after it is broken. I want my money immediately. I cant accept the fact that i need to send it back and wait for their decision to pay me. I already waited so long for this good and it came in such disappointing manner. As it is a gift for someone, i need the money back to buy a gift. It is expensive product. Please give back my money.

Why other people's platforms can deliver more than 8km, only you can't? The food delivered by others' platforms is still warm even if it exceeds 8km. Please improve this problem, otherwise there are really few food choices for consumers.

Jadeite Scam by China Live video Seller
There is a new kind of scam in Shopee live video by Jadeite seller. I was scammed $8k while I asked other victims also got scammed this or even bigger amount.
Most Jadeite shop operate this way now, as for me, the shop name that scam me was 安东珠宝which is a new account and still doing live as I speak .
Once u enter their live video, they will ask u to guess a number between 0-30, they usually target the new viewer as my hubby acted as a new buyer to confirm this.
And they will sell you another bigger rock once u completed the $6 shipping fee for the free gift from them.
Afterwhich, they will ask if we want them to ship the jadeite or put there for them to sell to the jeweler for bigger profit, once money received from the jeweler, then they will transfer to our bank acc and that is when they asked for our telegram or wechat to discuss further.
They will also tell you the profit in live to make it attractive for us to fall into trap and make you buy further.
Will keep selling you stones at $288 first, the $1000+ and then 4000+.
They have fake buyers , actors and actress to make you believe they make lots of profits and ask you to trust the seller.
Their tactic is to make u make payment first before proceeding to open part of the jadeite to show you the goodness of the jadeite and the profit from it to make it attractive again.
After you agree to let them sell the jadeite for you, they add you into telegram and ask you to press order received the next day so that the jadeite belong to you before they can proceed to sell to the jeweler they explained in telegram call.
Shopee refuse to refund as their big HQ is in China, seller will claim that the item is customise jewellery and buyer has agreed before payment. They have shipped the item and hence no refund .
I suspect Shopee has some mole working for them too to split profit.
Desired outcome: Get back full refund before their shop close.Also, they ship something which is not purchase by buyer to protect themselves as they know the Shopee rule well.The promised deal is they help to sell to earn profit, not sending the jadeite.

Shopee has auto opted us in for the Free Trial Cashback Program, we have followed the timeline to submit the opt out form by 1 March 2022 (submitted on 28 Feb). Neither an email nor notification via Shopee App was sent by Shopee for the status of the opt out. Contacted live agent on 1 Mar, 3 Mar and 4 Mar. All told me to wait for 1-3 days for the relevant team to get back. Shopee agents are really lacking of urgency and totally irresponsible. We did not have the choice to opt in, why are we, sellers, have to go throught this sickening and time consuming process.
Desired outcome: Shopee agent could be more helpful when we demand the relevant team to contact us personally instead of demanding us to wait for weeks to receive a response. We are sick of the waiting and repeated issue that arised after one another.
