parcel was delay
parcel has arrived on 26 feb but not deliver yet.
My parcel not received but was stolen by the shopee appointed logistic driver.
I have placed the order via shopee on 20/2/22 and the items updated delivered to myself on 23/2/22 @ 3.02pm. In fact I have not received the parcel. I immediately called Shopee customer Agent and ask for refund. At the end I found out from CCTV noticed that the driver put my parcel at my gate then take photo as a proof saying delivered. Within 5 mins time his friend came to steal my parcel.
Almost 6 days times, Shopee not take this issue seriously even I have called numerous of times, e-mail them all the evident (video and police report) > Shopee Team also not care about my request.
I am really disappointed with Shopee.
Desired outcome: I need shopee to take this case seriously , Criminal case , driver stolen my parcel. I need my money back.

I am using Shopee PH. I'm in the same boat as you. They banned my account saying I violated their policies by providing my phone number elsewhere or directing transactions outside of Shopee. I appealed, but I'm getting the same copy&paste, template response. I've been a user since 2017 and this is the first time this has happened.
I've given them all they asked for, eve provided my government ID, which is funny because they should already have a copy of it because it was a requirement for activating SPay Later.
I've been trying to pay my SPay Later bill, have made several phone calls to their customer service, but they're always telling me there's no other option to pay it off other than inside the app. WHICH THEY DECIDED TO BAN ME.
Now they're going to be happy because we'll be raking up in late fees.

Shopee nowadays delist sellers products and lock sellers out by banning their shops without prior proper communications/notices. Seriously Shopee! Is this how your team handle communications with sellers after this company gain recognition in Sg? How could there be no effective communications to sellers and just shut us out without us knowing what is going on? What policies are you talking about in your error message to disallow login? This is a shame. When you just started, you look for use sellers to join you before the big boys comes in. After these years of operation, the image you portray to sellers is horrible nowadays. Not to forget we are also your buyers at the same time.
Desired outcome: Shopee should have better communication with sellers instead of slamming any action. 3 days timeline to respond is often dragged to 2 - 3 weeks. Please give us account manager who has authority to settle.
Robot vacuum
I bought a vacuum robot from one of the shoppee seller. After a day of not more than 3 hours of use. Item is not working anymore. I then message the seller but unable to respond in a timely manner, so I proceednon return/refund request.
They instructed me to return the item which I did, however I forgot one lamp freebie, I told them that it was an honest mistake and willing to ship again the item. I requested for an agreement to just return a good working item or refund me and less whatever amount they need to deduct, since that is a free item and not what I paid for.
Shoppees resolution was to return the not working item back to me and closed the case. As per them since I did not return the free item will they will not proceed on refund/returnnprocess.
Its so frustrating that they did not focus on the issue, item is not working. I dont care about the free item. I care about the product that I bought. They dont have the option to dispute their resolution. And advised me to speak with the seller directly, seller wont communicate and rated me badly with just the free item that I honestly forgot to include on the return.
They forgot the main issue that what they are selling is not working. And shoppee wont extend their help to resolve the matter.
Desired outcome: I will apreciate a response, with agreeable terms. I am not going to pay for a not working item. I need a refund.

Ordered the shoe cabinet on 3 jan 2022 and file for refund on 7 feb 2022 at the advice by the shopee cs as the item was not delivered. Seller rejected the refund and show me prove that the item had arrived the singapore warehouse since 20 jan 2022.
On 10 feb, received an msg from the owner that my item was send to her place instead. Check with the deliveryman on that and he confirm he had send to wrong place. Told him to take back the item since I already raised for refund.
Even thought I raised the refund, my purchase still updated as delivered.
Feedback to shopee cs on this but nothing done. To make things worse, keep getting calls and msg from the delivery company and seller on the delivery after that.
Called in few times but every time same reply from different cs that they are working on it. Then when requested for manger call back few times but no reply. Already two weeks but still no update on this. Really disappointed on the service provided.

Shopee restricted my account because as per their customer service due to multiple redemption of shopee digital products rebates. I'm a new user I cash in shopee pay to buy stuff and pay bills but many times my transaction i placed were not procees I even contacted chat support to assist me they said just troubleshoot after a while 1 of my transactions became sucessful but after that can't proceed again unti my account became restricted and I can't use my money and my account. They didn't have further investigation they just conclude or maybe their reasons are scripted. It's really annoying and time consuming and so stressful that the money you cash in you can't use it anymore unless you gave them your ID etc.. which is i don't understand because when I activate the shopee pay they don't ask me to give an ID just verified email and phone number they're system and policy are not consistent.
Desired outcome: Use my account to buy stuff using my money on shopee pay.

Shopee "Express" has been losing my packages.
I'm usually a very patient person, I love to order stuff online and awaiting my packages, looking at the status and getting all excited when it finally arrives.
Lately, I don't know who they have been using as their delivery personnel but clearly they are attracted to packages that are from Korea or bigger packages (one was a box of skincare and cosmetics and the other was a backpack, BOTH ARE STANDARD EXPRESS SHIPPING). It would show arrived at Sg_east_hub and stay there for more than a week, and when you update their CS, they will simply tell you to request for a refund. Imagine bloody waiting for your packages only for your money back while someone out there has a hold of my packages. Ridiculous. Their agents can't do [censored] and at most just says they will "escalate the issue" but eventually the packages will be declared lost. I once asked an agent "so the item will be missing" and she/he responded "there is no such thing as missing in our system" and I responded with "oh you mean declared lost". You wanna play smart with me but make sure you use your brains before retorting back to customers. Because of this, I do not recommend Shopee unless you are buying from local sellers who will use local or trusted couriers.
