I'm complaining about the shoppe customer service, dispute team and investigation team.
I have ordered a dress on 11/12/21 and estimated delivery date was 24/12/21. And to avoid any delay I have been following up even before the expected delivery date. And on 27/12/2021 I have informed customer service shopee that I won't be there in the stated address to collect the parcel after 28/12/21. But the parcel is been only delivered on 30th December. Which I already informed customer service shopee and the seller. I have requested for refund according to the seller advice on 28/12/21 after 6pm. But still the parcel is been delivered and when I raised enquiry on this no one responsible for any answer. Every single time, I have to reexplain to the person who is replying me. Now it's very simple. I have raised a refund and I want it. Beside that the service is extremely poor..

Before I paid the two generator using debit card, I contact the supplier and verify if they have delivery to Bohol, she told me that if a place to cart and paid without any issues, then they have a delivery in the area.
The 9.5 Powerhouse silent generator I paid online using the Shopee platform on December 29, 2021 time 19:53. And the 6.5 Powerhouse generator I paid using shopee platform on January 1, 2022 time 01:43.
Daily I track both status and still no changes until January 3, 2022, we called the seller which is Buildmate Marketing, They told me that they are waiting for the shopee to provide the courier. So I called shopee and shopee told me that it is the seller responsibility to provide the courier.
Back and fort I called both the shopee and the seller in order to solved the issues. we even suggest to change the shipping address to where they can be able to deliver the two generator but all is a failure, till January 4, 2022. when the seller and the shopee told us to cancelled the two order. So I cancelled both order on January 4, 2022 time 12:58 and 01:43. Then till now we did not received our refund. which when we paid, they quickly deducted it from our savings account.
Desired outcome: Refund ASAP
Shopee quickly deduct money when you pay, but refunding money gives headache, Why like that?!
Can't tranfer money to out of the country's Shopee
I tried to transfer my ShopeePay money to a friend in the Philippines, and she received a message with a link to claim the money but when she click on it, it opened Google Play and says the app doesn't is not supported by your country. What's the point of having ShopeePay with a link that you're supposed to click to claim, but you can't claim at the end? I hope Shopee developer can add this to their feature because it doesn't make any sense.
Desired outcome: Can transfer and receive money from ShopeePay from other countries.

Delayed shipping, refund not received
- my order was shipped 9 days after I placed my order. the promised shipping after placing the order was 2-3 days only.
- I did not receive one item from the many items I ordered.
- my mistake, I did not take a picture of the airway bill since I never expected there to be an issue since i've had so many shopre transactions before and I never had such a problem, only this time. I only had a picture of thr items that were placed in the bag like trash. no individual packaging, and no later of protection. it's only the courier bag where every single item was stuffed like trash.
- I messaged the seller dec. 9, 2021 and they told me they would give me a refund.
- I chatted with them the whole time from dec 9 up to now, january 3, 2022, and i'm always told to wait since their accounting is unavailable, they're not in office hours. they have so much alibis and they keep telling me to wait for someone from their side to message me. guess what, it's already a month!
- the representative I chat with is so sarcastic and keeps sending me ":)" smileys when I talk to them.
- I know the refund is such a small amount. but this is a big shopee seller. imagine how many customers like me were mot sent an item and never got a refund and was treated with their delaying tactics. imagine how much fortune they can make from that. they are making a fortune at an expense of a properly-paying customer.
Desired outcome: i get my refund. and they don't do the same to other customers who think they can actually trust the seller
The seller connected with me a few weeks after and provided me the refund.

I am complaining about receiving a wrong parcel which obviously I didn't order. It indicates informations with my name on it, address and even contact number. I received it anyway because I thought it is my ordered parcel. I hope someone could help me with this matter. Thank you and God bless.

Shipping and Delivery
The rider did not deliver my Parcel. It said, "Parcel Out for Delivery" for two consecutive days pero nothing. And then when I checked, it was deemed delivery unsuccessful. I tried to call the rider for countless times pero he kept denying the calls. I waited from 31 in the morning until 2 of January. Pero nothing. This is the second time this has happened. I even cancelled my La Union trip with the Family bc I didn't want my parcel be returned to the seller. Php3, 611.00 is not a joke.
I would really not want to go barging in J&T La Trinidad. I've been keeping my cool ever since he kept declining my calls. I tried Numerous times. I waited. It wasn't my fault. WHY RETURN SOMETHING I'VE BEEN CHASING FROM THE RIDER. He gave me no assurance, no replies, no return calls. I NEEDED THAT FOR MY OPENING. 2 weeks of waiting is too much! I never left home. All I did was wait and wait and wait and for what? NOTHING!
Please let it be redelivered. I will not go to work today. Magfile ako ng LOF sa office for that. I will wait.

No update for shipping/deliveries
I have ordered this item last 4th December 2021 and this should be delivered by 18th December 2021. Unfortunately, we have been hit by Typhoon Rai on 17th December 2021. Before this happens, my parcel was stacked on their station for more than 5 days with no updates. So I need to personally reach out to them asking for an update with 5 days on their station. It seems that I have reached out to their support 7 times but still keep on promising that they will expedite my parcel. Guess what it's now 3rd January 2022 and they tagged my item as MISSING? Really, seeing that this has been paid by Shopee Pay?.
Sending me an email that I need to accept the refund as this was missing. I've been waiting for this item for almost a month? excluding the time you wasted for reaching your useless supports!

Hello, I would like to say how i hate the fact that half of us shopee users got our account banned for no absolute reason.I got mine permanently banned for no absolute reason, I didn't even do anything but the staff said the account had reached limit usage of some kind, like WHAT, that's so unnecessary.I paid cash for my shopee wallet, money doesn't grow on trees, some of us especially sellers worked hard to sell their stuff and then some of them got banned for absolutely no reason?shopee please fix your system.

Parcel has been stuck at SOC 2 since December 18. And even if you try to req for refund, they'll just reject it. No solution to the issue until now. Some has there parcel stuck at soc 2 and soc 3 for more than 20days already.
I already talk to different agents, emailed and even messages them on facebook, nothing is being resolve.
Seller and I are already agreed on refund but shopee won't even let me have a refund. They suggested that I can just ask for refund for non-COD orders but they cancelled my request of refund.
And yet, they're not trying to resolve the issue, and shopee app even acting like, nothing wrong is going on.
Desired outcome: Just refund it, since I can't trust what inside the parcel anymore. Instead of phone, I might receive a rock, so just refund.
About their delivery service
Shoppee delivery man '' Padilla Rowel Lopez" hasn't even text or call me if he's already at my house delivering my purchased product. He also placed it just at the gate at my house. What if it get stolen or misplaced it... It happens so many times and it's annoying... Please riders be responsible and considerate as well in taking care of the products that we bought from the seller.

Shopee platform and customer service
I bought a phone from Shopee and there is an installment that can opt to choose for payment. Hence, I had set up the installment payment but when making payment there is no mode for me to choose for payment and I thought using the credit card to make a payment they will convert to installment. However, this is not what happen and does not have an installment and they claimed that I had made the full payment and they cannot change anything from their end and advise me to convert through the credit card company. But the credit card company not able to do so which is not a professional advise they have been provided to a consumer.
Then I request to refund and Shopee customer service told me to reject when received the order and return back. I thought this to be refunded online but is not have to refund directly to the delivery man which they did not tell me so and there is no option to choose to refund online due to Shopee issues.
I felt that I was getting fraud from the company which is the whole chain of actions that they have been advise me to do.
Desired outcome: No outcome just a hassle to me and is also seem like a total fraud from shopee and seller
