Hi! I ordered a phone case from overseas, and my courier is Standard Express. Nung December 20 (Friday), 10:04 AM, the Xpress Rider texted me na on the way na raw yung delivery ko so I waited for it. Pero around 7 pm, wala pa rin akong natatanggap pero may lumabas na notification sa Shopee na delivered na raw yung order na hinihintay ko from the Xpress Rider. I can't contact the Xpress Rider kasi yung ginamit niyang pang-text ay yung mga one-way messages lang (you can't reply to it and even if you try to, hindi lang masesend)
Now, I tried to seek help from the Shopee Help Center and they said naman na they are working on it and I can wait for 1-2 days, so 'yun yung ginagawa ko ngayon. I also requested for a return/refund para ma-notify si seller about the issue, tapos I sent the seller a message na rin saying na wala pa akong narereceive although marked as delivered na siya, hopefully maging responsive si seller at matulungan niya akong i-locate yung order ko.
May nabasa na rin akong complaint na parehas ng issue ko. Same courier din which is Standard Express. Shopee, I hope you take necessary actions regarding this one kasi this issue was raised by more than one person na. And I hope you guys can locate my item (especially kasi I have a feeling na magiging unresponsive ang seller), hindi kasi 'yun sakin at ibibigay ko 'yun sa mom ko. She has been waiting for it, actually.
