System restriction for proceed with payment
there's a limited item that i try to purchase and it's limited to one purchase per user.
the shopee system is preventing me to proceed, showing "Sorry, you have reached the maximum purchase quantity of this product."
they have acknowledge the issues on their system, but required 3 - 5 working days to come back to me on the issues.
the said limited items will be gone by then.
Desired outcome: I need Shopee to explain the issues and ensure I still able to get the limited items.

Last September 11,2022, i made an order with this product, and pay it using my credit card amounting to P1,895.00. i been waiting for almost two weeks, and upon reviewing my order status, the product has been delivered last Sept, 14, 2022 by J&T Express, Wednesday, with Tracking No. [protected].
I asked then my officemate if they received any product from shopee under my name but they respond negatively. I myself did not received this product, intended to be used in our office.
I also talked with the delivery man from J&T express today, (Sept. 22, 2022) and he told me that the product was accepted by our guard on duty but also respond negative. None of us received the product and I demand a refund for the amount I paid.

Delivery men not giving the change
On sept. 18, 2022. I have received my order which cost P183.00. I gave 200 to my sister which was handed to the delivery guy and left immediately after receiving the payment without even asking if we still want the change. This kind of behavior should be a concern because what if the receiver badly needs the spare change? I had an experience from the same guy the week prior to this order and I just let it pass by thinking that it could be that he just forgot to give it to me but this time, he did it again.
Scam platform to sided with scam seller

I contacted seller regarding this and my messages were read but no response at all.
I open a dispute on Shopee asking for a refund providing all the evident of photo with close snap shot of parcel tracking number and order ID and that comb.
Shopee robot close my case without any communication, leaving the seller free with the guilty while me (buyer) suffer losses.
Scam platform generates scam seller.

Shipping fee refund and broken customer service promises
Ive been contacting shopee customer service since the 29th of August. They keep on telling me that they will provide to me an update on the refund of shipping fee for just 348 pesos within 48 hours. Imagine contacting shopee customer service every 48 hours because no updates were sent to me. The managers and supervisors I spoke with said that it will reflect yesterday in my shopee account and a higher management will call me yesterday to discuss compensation for the troubles I had encountered from delay of resolution and at the same time me always ask for follow up on the task they are not doing. They keep on promising that they will call me but I did not receive their promksed callback. Now, I contacted them again and advised to wait for another 48 hours again. Their resolution is looping and they have no plans inhelping me. I tried asking for a corporate email but they dont want to give it. I wanted to complain directly to corporage because their managers on cusgomer service is not helpful as well and said that they are the highest form of escalation and the only resolution that have for me is to wait for 48 hours for updates that are not even sent to me.
Desired outcome: Complain to corporate and get the refund, compensation for the time, frustration and for given promises that they never did.

Received a non functional product/burnt out electronic and upon yesting found thst the ballast did not working. I file in a complaint for refund but was turn down by shopee customer service. The reason for turning down was insufficient evidence. They expect me to open a YouTube account and upload a video to dhow that the product not working. Why is an established company using s third-party app when their app doesn't have an option to upload video. I'm very disappointed cause I have bought a junk from shopee or more of a paperweights. I lost my money so that their company strive.

Shopee system error doesn't allow buyer to make Return/Refund request
Order ID : #220904VFXPNHCV I placed an order on 4/9/2022 but want to cancel it & placed a new order that seller agreed not to send the first order.
But both of us can't cancel it, only option is I as buyer click on Return/Refund button as advised by Shopee customer service after the estimated delivery date on 8/9.
BUT I can't proceed after clicking on Return/Refund button because it goes to Content error page, clicked on Refresh button also no use stay at same error page.
I used laptop to login Shopee website also same problem go to Content error!
I chatted with Shopee through 1)messenger few times a day, 2)Shopee app chat, 3)email & also 4)called Shopee since 8/9 BUT ALL just told me to WAIT!
I have no choice but to extend Shopee Guarantee as advised by Shopee when called them on 11/9 because it will auto complete on the same day.
NOW 13/9 still no update no news from Shopee, the order will auto complete by tomorrow 14/9, I won't be able to get back my money once it's completed!
Shopee knows the system error that buyer can't proceed with Return/Refund request but can't fix it after so many days of complaining and keeps on telling me to WAIT without any update & deadline!
Desired outcome: Please refund my money for the whole order ID : #220904VFXPNHCV AND also my redeemed coins used in the order.

I requested partial payment 3 days prior to duedate as I was 2k short due to salary discrepancy. I was told the case was tagged as urgent and requested approval from spaylater team. I follwed up 3x a day and was told my case was being handled by a supervisor. Duedate passed and penalty occured only to hear that partial payment is not available for spaylater. Now they want me to pay the entire amount including the penalty that occured due to their long resolution time. For years, i've never missed nor have late payments. Seems like this is an ongoing scheme to have customers pay more

Our account and some other local sellers accounts have been banned randomly without any valid reason.
First and most common reason by Shopee is: "Our software has detected unusual activity with your account".
When calling Shopee, they request filling out the online "Account Reactivation Request".
When filling out the online "Account reactivation request" form, we need to submit proof of personal, business and financial record again, which it is the third time Shopee requesting them.
Around two years after the initial submission of documents while applying for a seller's account, many sellers payment for their sold products were delayed due to security breach at Shopee's system.
Financial records (bank name and account number) of sellers were wiped out. Therefor Shopee requested resubmission of above files.
Now, for account reactivation, they requested upload copy of following documents again.
Photo ID e.g. Identity card/ Passport/ Driving license,
Copy of Bank Statement
Copy of Business License

After we submitted above form and uploaded the requested document, they replied with an email which contained following copy/pasted content:
Be informed that your account has been suspended since you might have violated one or more of the policies listed below.

5. Unauthorised copied listing
6. Duplicate listings
7. Intellectual Property Rights infringement
Banned accounts were not unbanned.
To appeal above decision, Shopee needs just a little more info and documents as below, to be submitted. (lol)
To proceed with your appeal, kindly provide us with the following documents, if you prefer to remain as a Shopee seller:
1. Proof of product pre-ownership (e.g: supplier invoice and/or dropshipper agreement)
2. Kindly provide us a copy of your Business License (SSM) for verification purposes.

Conclusion:
It is a privilege and not an absolute right for Shopee doing business in Malaysia.
Due to lack of competent managers and legal team, Shopee is walking a tightrope leaving the decision making to software, phone reps. or the employees who copy/past email replies without reading them and ban hard working local sellers who have spent hours sourcing and listing products just to see their account gets suspended without them having any access to it.

Digital Product (BEEPCARD LOAD).
Hello, nag load ako sa Shopee for my BEEPCARD worth 100 pesos/103 pesos including the fee na hinde man lang nag appear sa BEEP App ko. Nag contact na ko sa CS CHAT ng Shopee and guess what, mag 3 weeks na wala padin. They keep asking me na mag wait as it needs to be handled by the assigned team nila at wala daw silang magagawa para maibalik yung pera ko. Yun at yun lang lage sinasabi nila na ipafollow up daw nila, pero hanggang ngayon, nganga ako. Kumausap narin ako ng Manager and ask to speak sa Operations Manager but they refused to do so.

My Shopeepay account was wrongly rededucted for an amount of $19.35 on 26/8/2022 after a refund for an order cancelled by Shopee due to seller failed in delivery was made on 19/8/2022. When I query Shopee for an answer, Shopee's agent would not answer my query on why the rededuction from my ShopeePay on 26/8/2022 but keep beating the bushes about the refund already completed.
I seriously doubt Shopee is a honest platform for consumers to continue patronizing online goods and services from.
Desired outcome: To return my "stolen" money back to my ShopeePay account.

The order was successfully filed and confirmed. After having paid the item, I wait excitedly for the product, only to find out that it was Canceled. Such a disappointing experience. Products that are not available should not be included for orders. I need a refund for this and a compensation for all the hassles.

On 30th July 2022 I ordered a product however since then the product is not traceable. Product was handled by the shoppe express and they are unable to trace the product. THIS IS NOT BELIEVEABLE!

Flash Express multiple none pick up of orders
Dear Sir,
I am a shoppe seller for over a year now and marginally doing well. Previously, we had JT Express doing the delivery for us as per your bookings. Now, you are most of the time booking Flash Express to pick up our goods and deliver them to our patrons. Unfortunately there have been several instances that Flash Express has been negligent in picking up our orders with some of the orders being cancelled due to the faulty service being provided by Flash Express.
I have heard that this was a Thai Organisation doing business in the Philippines. I think you should look into these flaws as i am slowly losing business with this delivery service, Moreso, just to move forward my orders, i have to personally go to their drop off site which are all out of the way. Even if they have several branches but said branches can not receive your orders.
I would like you guys look into it and penalize and/or change immediately said delivery organisation.

Unreasonable Customer service and policy
Shopee has such unreasonable policy and customer service. This is not the first time they linked my account wrongly to my family member 's accounts. They linked my account to them just because my family member help me to redeem a deal over at the counter. They mentioned that they do not allow sharing of account. I have already mentioned multiple times to them that I DID NOT share my account with anyone. Why is wrong with just letting my parents help me redeem a deal over at the counter ?
They mentioned that i cannot share payment details with another account. What is wrong with putting my credit card details to my parent's accounts because they do not have a credit card? I am willing to pay for their expenses and now it becomes my fault that the account is linked? I have been liaising with the customer service these few days and they REFUSE to unlink my account. I could not check out any products that is supposedly mine. What nonsense is this?
