I ordered the above phone on the 23 July 2022, and received it on 28 July 2022. However, the cellphone I received was of very low specs, unable to even run the Whatsapps app properly. I made a return and refund request on 29 July. The seller proposed a refund of RM50.00 (purchase price RM180.00) which I rejected on the same day. However, Shopee approved the refund of the RM50.00, which is unreasonable. Since then I was not able to do anything about the purchase and have to keep a useless phone for RM130.00
Desired outcome: Full refund with return of the useless unit received.
Missing Item
Hello good morning, I have a problem with the yanco shop (Floral Dress) in shopee. Last July 19, 2022, I ordered 3 bags and 3 wallets from the shop and it arrived on July 24, 2022. Unfortunately, there was a missing item so I messaged the shop ASAP and told them what happened. The item was the 3in1 pink polka dot bag. They responded telling me that they have asked their "boss" I guess about the issue. After that they confirmed the missing item and told me that the item has been delivered already. I asked them about the info of my parcel but they only provided me with the courier which is JNT. Until now I haven't received it. I kept on messaging them about this matter but it seems like they are ignoring me. Yesterday, when I checked my shopee app to see their message I saw that my order had been received which I did not. I did not report their shop for refund or return since they said that they will ship my item immediately. Now I am very disappointed in trusting them.

Always not performing 2nd attemps on mostly of my orders
On 4-Aug I was again failed to accept my order due to work but I dont mind it bec. I know there is a 2nd attemp.. but riders nowadays (or just in our city/ shopee xpress to be exact) noted us "refused to accept the order" when I dit not said that I wont accept it, it's just that I wasnt available that day. Now, almost all of my order will be returned to sender for not recieving it to their first try. Please look up to your pur riders, we like to order from shopee but if the attitude of some riders are this then we are discouraged to order again. This not only happen once not even thrice so please take action.. I acknowledge my mistake by not recieving it but it I was also hoping for the second attemp. Every order of the customer is important. Thank you.

I want complaint regarding the shopee sending the order parcel to wrong address or place but I was provided correct address.
The shopee delivery person informed that the parcel delivered at wrong place and I have requested to return the parcel at correct address but the guy so rude and arrogant when talk to me.

I registered on shopee online plateform.I invested for level3.Completed and saved all orders.Than activated shopee account.After it they said to pay banks tax for withdrawal so i deposited it also.Now the problem is withdrawl is under process and they are demanding more money to be deposited for account upgradation.My problem should be solved quickly so that I can complete next tasks.

Our account and some other local sellers accounts have been banned randomly without any valid reason.
First and most common reason by Shopee is: "Our software has detected unusual activity with your account".
When calling Shopee, they request filling out the online "Account Reactivation Request".
When filling out the online "Account reactivation request" form, we need to submit proof of personal, business and financial record again, which it is the third time Shopee requesting them.
Around two years after the initial submission of documents while applying for a seller's account, many sellers payment for their sold products were delayed due to security breach at Shopee's system.
Financial records (bank name and account number) of sellers were wiped out. Therefor Shopee requested resubmission of above files.
Now, for account reactivation, they requested upload copy of following documents again.
Photo ID e.g. Identity card/ Passport/ Driving license,
Copy of Bank Statement
Copy of Business License

After we submitted above form and uploaded the requested document, they replied with an email which contained following copy/pasted content:
Be informed that your account has been suspended since you might have violated one or more of the policies listed below.
1. Dropshipping with third party
2. Pre-order listing more than 90%
3. Uploading:

5. Unauthorised copied listing
6. Duplicate listings
7. Intellectual Property Rights infringement
Banned accounts were not unbanned.
To appeal above decision, Shopee needs just a little more info and documents as below, to be submitted. (lol)
To proceed with your appeal, kindly provide us with the following documents, if you prefer to remain as a Shopee seller:
1. Proof of product pre-ownership (e.g: supplier invoice and/or dropshipper agreement)
2. Kindly provide us a copy of your Business License (SSM) for verification purposes.
3. Order fulfillment proof of the listed order IDs:

Conclusion:
It is a privilege and not an absolute right for Shopee doing business in Malaysia.
Due to lack of competent managers and legal team, Shopee is walking a tightrope leaving the decision making to software, phone reps. or the employees who copy/past email replies without reading them and ban hard working local sellers who have spent hours sourcing and listing products just to see their account gets suspended without them having any access to it.
Terms and Conditions which continuously change on monthly basis if not weekly and without notice to sellers and buyers, can not be relied on in Court of Law.
We will not stop pursuing this and other matters of importance.
We have started to collect a list banned local sellers details.
We have created and recorded a long list of stores at Shopee which have been allowed to sell illegal products in Malaysia.
We have also recorded many cases of Shopees false advertising.
Desired outcome: Shopee has limited time to unban our account together with other local sellers whose accounts have been banned without a valid reason.

Banned for using Shoppe Pay while having balance inside
My account was banned for listing violation and low order listing performance after I had been selling multiple offline pc game cheating programs (not the offline game itself) and also selling own made useful excel spreadsheet and templates. At first time I uploaded those products the approved and permit me to sell them, those product are all just need to send to customer without physical shipping and also most of the product was major for 5 stars ratings. But just last month I got received several penalty point for low listing performance and listing violation, the reason I got this two types of penalties were because Shoppe saying that there policies dont allow seller to sell product that not required physical shipping and plus those "soft product" will easily lower the listings performance based on my investigation...

I order to 'easy go lucky' store somewhere on 10pm on June 30, 2022, On July 1 at 00:01 appears sender is preparing to ship parcel. On July 1 at 18:43, July 2 at 18:00, and July 3 at 16:42 appear pick up attempt was unsuccessful: item is Un available. But on Jul 4 at 17:42 the Parcel has been picked up by the logistics partner. Fast forward to July 12 at 16:13 I received the parcel. and appeared not what I want to be ordered. by the way I already filed refund on shopee. ph

My Order ID is 220623HW45SFD4, SGD 554.01 which I had a poor experience with the seller, hence, went to Shopee for a resolution and Shopee had advised that a manual refund will be done for me. Seeing the good news, I went on to re-purchase the item, spending another SGD 509 - Order ID 220625PV5N9JB8.
Attached screenshot is the initial conversation within Shopee app.
Days later, Shopee emailed me instead and told me that they cannot refund me.
How is this even allowed?! You promised me a refund, and when I spend more money, you tell me otherwise.
While exchanging more than 10 emails and replied by 5 different agents, who all don't seem to read and investigate, none of them recognised the fact that Shopee initially agreed to refund me. All of them, instead, just keep repeating that no refund can be issued.
In the last email I got, still Shopee refuse to admit their mistake:
"Hence, kindly advise if you would accept a cash voucher of S$20.00 as a gesture of goodwill for the experience and to reduce the burden that you have encountered on our platform."
So Shopee you know that $500 is a burden and who caused it? You're right Shopee, you did!
Do you expect anyone to accept $20 voucher when it is your wrong advice and lack of information disclosed cost someone $500?!

1.i had make wrong account number for syabas via shopee pay on 17/3. i try to contact shopee immediately. shopee staff ask for checking for 7days and 7days and always 7days. until today i dont know how many 7days im waiting for refund
2.3/7/22 i chat with shopee again. one of staff name call LUTRAA checking my report and said that Payment have been total Refund RM 99.30 at the same day (17/3/22) after i checking my bank statement, no any refund from shopee with RM99.30
3.After checking statement, i contact shopee again. LUTRAA not online. others staff attwnd me. After checking report again, no answer from him, and keep asking me waiting again and again with no answer. Then i ask him send me via email.
4.On 5/7/22 i received email from Shopee, told me that payment had been refund RM99.30 on 1/6/22. im trying to check my Statement from end of May until 2/6/22 also no any REFUND from Shopee. Kindly be informed that I have purchased a defective ipad mini 1 64gb from BKKOBILE.PH on June 11, 2022 and the parcel was received on June 24, 2022. My order ID is 220611JGWEJ8WG.
Upon receiving my parcel, I didn't click the "order received" and rate the store yet because I had to check the ipad first. However, I noticed that the ipad automatically touches the screen and sometimes there's a part of the screen that doesn't touch. I immediately contacted the seller regarding what I noticed and I also submitted videos as proof. The owner responded and promised to send me a replacement but until now the seller has not responded to my chats.
Desired outcome: All I want to happen is to refund the money I paid and I will return the defective ipad I received, since the seller now is not responsive.
