Hi! I would like to ask for assistance regarding my lost parcel:
*Paid it already to seller using Gcash amounting 7,500 but will be ship through Shopee Express using Shopee app covering the delivery fee of 300.
Note: I will only pay 300 if the order will be delivered since I already paid the whole amount of parcel to the seller.
Aug 23-Order was placed
Aug 25-Seller bring the item to the nearest hub
Aug 28-Order got cancelled in shopee stating pickup was unsuccessful, seller went to hub but mentioned that the item was picked up already (in transit)
Sept 1-Seller filled out a form for a lost parcel through Shopee Seller Customer Service.

Note: The status of order is CANCELLED in shopee system but the seller has proof that she sent the item to the hub and the hub mentioned that it was already been picked up.
Today's date, Sept 15, me as buyer and the seller dont have any information yet with the item.
Is there any way you can provide assistance?
Desired outcome: Refund since they are the one who lost the parcel. Seller does not want to issue a refund because she shipped it out.
