I found that the shopee express and their delivery partner are boycotting me, the shopee express purposely delayed and unwilling to send the item I ordered to my house. This happen because I made a complain to two of my orders:
(1) ORDER ID: 231030AT56FT4M, J&T Express [protected]
(2) ORDER ID. 231104PW5WA4TE, SPX Express (West Malaysia) SPXMY03262197131B
I made the complain because the delivery staff purposely wants to fail the delivery (the delivery staff did not knock door or call my name when they reached at my house door, but just made phone call, when I did not answer the call, then they changes the delivery status to fail immediately), and behaves rough to me when I collect the item from them.
I requested the delivery staff to apologize to me personally via the whatsapp chat. The shopee agreed with me and request the delivery staff to apologize to me on the whatsapp chat.
However, I only receive the apology from j&t express. the delivery staff did a unfaithful apology over the whatsapp (refer to whatsapp01. png). I complain about the unfaithful apology to shopee.
After that, I still place these new orders:

(3) ORDER ID:231108477R2U2Y, SPX Express (West Malaysia) SPXMY03122634928B (order date 8-nov-2023) (video2. mp4)
(4) ORDER ID:231111AN762J81, SPX Express (West Malaysia) SPXMY03410856271B (order date 11-nov-2023) (video01. mp4)
However, all these orders were failed until today (16-nov-2023), the delivery status are these nonsense statements:
-Delivery attempt was unsuccessful
-Delivery Unsuccessful: Your parcel will be returned to seller due to unsuccessful delivery attempts
-Delivery attempt was unsuccessful: Insufficient Time for Delivery
I filed the complain via “https://help.shopee.com.my/portal/webform/b7a7ff2afd484f1dbddb3a922c7e90e7”, but the shopee team only email reply for one of the complain, then all the complains have no further status until today.
I strongly believe that the shopee express and their partner are boycotting me. They don’t want to deliver my item and force me to request for refund.
Please help me.
Claimed loss: remedy of breach of contractremedy of aggravated damageremedy of abetment damage
Desired outcome: They should deliver my item on time, and delivery staff should act politely to me when I collect the item from them.
