This is to complain for payment and refund system of shopeePay, Spay wallet via online payment scheme.
Payments are paid thru online payment system fast and effortless.
But refund system is slow, and aggravating to consumers.
In example:
Shopping using your shopeePay wallet.
1. select items to shop
2. pay via shopeePay, SPay system
When goods delivered with error/mistake/fault from the seller/s. All buyers need to apply and refer to refund system.
Refunding System has (2) two options:
A. Buyer must deliver or drop off the faulty goods to designated Courier for return to seller prior to payment refunds
or
B: Buyer must self arrange or deliver at own buyers expense
(with the expectation of the delivery payment will get back to buyers account)
This kind of shopping system / payment system is self-serving based on non online payment etiquette, not behaving according to the principles of equality.
Buyers and consumers have paid based on what they expect via online system and yet refund system is totally on manual basis.
Moreover, this refund system is biased and promotes to send of faulty
deals and deliveries.
In example:
A buyer refunds faulty good/s, and did not want to receive the delivered good/s as prescribed error.
Shopee's system will automatically generate to send the funds to the seller account without any confirmation with respect to the buyers agreed condition, state or correctness of the delivered items / goods.
Desired outcome: ShopeePay, SPay or Online Payment scheme needs to upgrade its refund/return system to side on the consumers, and needs to upgrade to effortless return/refund system.
