1. Ordered 2cartons(48cans) of Ensure milk 250ml from RehabMart on Shopee SG App on 05Sep2023. See order number in photo.
2. Items were delivered damaged many cans, one can opened up has curdled milk. See photo provided.
3. Reported to customer service for refund and/or investigation.
4. The customer service was third-rate, they review more than a week without any resolution or gave me the silent treatment(don't talk on the chat)even though I submit many photos and video as evidence. I even told them that because the milk spilled attracted many ants and I have to throw away the damaged ones yet they ignore this fact in the chat - that already foretell how they will treat my case.
5. Then due to me giving up on them and wanting to close my account on the 15Sep2023, the customer service gave an unsatisfactory reply which basically said that I did not prepare the items for sending back. Commonsense will know that the spilled milk cannot be pack to be send back by post office.
6. So I take their reply as just throwing the problem back to me.
7. I then closed my account in disgust at Shopee's attitude. And take the egregious experience as crying over spilled milk.
8. See the photos and be the judge as to whether Shopee really do their job
in giving buyers a good experience or not.
