We ordered JBL speakers AI 120 which were delivered on / around 10 August . The only reason we used Shopee was the flexible return policy. Within a couple of days we realised we had ordered the wrong product. We opened the box and repacked it with an hour ; since the speakers were not compatable, We did not use the speakers / could not use since they were not blue tooth. We returned the speakers immediately since both JBL and Shoppee agreed on 12 August to the return request . On / around 15 Aug we got a message saying the parcel was received . A few days later the speakers were sent back to us unilaterally without any discussion or explanation . This is a very bad experience we have had for an item costing SGD 240 . The speakers are lying near our front door still packed and are of no use to us . Please could you reconsider this reasonable request . I am a senior citizen aged 64 and dont always understand how online shopping works , But i made the purchase in good faith and trust which is broken in Shoppee.
