parcel not delivered
I bought an item from eBay on 26th March and have it sent to me by registered mail. Through singpost tracker i found that my package arrived in Singapore on 4th April and was subsequently "delivered" to my home on 6th April Friday at 2155. However, I was at home and no such delivery was made. I think it is very irresponsible to put the status as delivered when I obviously didn't receive the package and did not sign for anything. Called singpost customer care and they still have not provided me with an answer. This is the most ridiculous service from singpost.

speedpost international
this is the worst service experience i have ever had in singapore! I booked singpost to send a box overseas. I made the booking online on Monday and chose pickup service on tuesday. After waiting at home all day, nobody showed up. I have ever since called them 10 times, they always tell me someone will pick it up. off course, no one came. After many phone calls, a supervisor promised us someone will come pick it up on saturday! Now that we trusted them again, off course nobody came to pick up the box! They have wasted 5 days of my shippment and 2 full days of waiting at home hoping someone will do their job and pick up the box! worst experience ever! till now there is no solution from singpost!

a super late (not delivered yet) parcel
Dear Singapore Post,
I have sent an parcel through singapore post on march 7, 2018 at around 8.45 Am at Harbourfront singpost post office. My parcel is 500 gram weight with snacks and a tea inside, 20 cm x 20 cm x 6 cm box. it's international mail small paket (AIR) ordinary mail to Canada, British Columbia, Burnaby, with estimation arrived to receiver 6-9 days. I choose not to have tracking, because with this period of estimation days and singapore it makes me confident it'll be safe. but, until today, April 5, 2018, I have been contacting the receiver, he doesnt receive anything yet. if I add 10 working days delivered it supposed to arrived around 26-29 March. it's 7 days outstanding days from estimation days.
and I have sent 9 boxes on December 21, 4 out of 9 box has delivered 5 boxes still not delivered yet. it has been more than 6-8 week add 5 weeks = 13 weeks = 91 days = 3 months. 2 weeks outstanding
1. Is there any problem with delivery in singpost?
2. is there any help that singpost can offer, I have been calling the customer service, they have been mentioned about how it cant be helped without tracking number?
3. how is the undelivered percentage rate on ordinary mail in singpost?
please kindly help me on solving this, trusting our parcel to send via singpost to our loved one.
This is all so frustrating, isn't it.
I am having trouble geting a parcel that I posted home to Scotland when on holiday in Singapore in December 2017. I am told it was held up in customs awaiting payment of duties but I was not told this until I saw on tracking that the parcel had gone back to the consignment office. SingPost would not redeliver or tell me how to resolve customs issue. They told me it must go back to Singapore even though there is no address to send it there.
A SingPost representative is trying to help but he is only allowed to follow procedures which were not written with international tourists in mind.
Unfailingly polite emails arrive but the message is the same: The customer is wrong and SingPost is correct. With SingPost, procedure is king. 🙁
I love Singapore. I don't love the postal system. I would have been better off buying an extra suitcase and bringing my goods across the world as excess baggage, even at Emirates prices. . . and I would have been sleeping on my Chinese pillows for the last few months.
very poor delivery efforts
An incident that really irked me happened last week. I ordered a parcel online through ASOS which is supposed to be delivered to my doorstep. As the parcel is shipped from UK, there is usually a third party that is in charge of shipping to a certain distribution centre in Singapore, following which a Singapore delivery company will deliver the parcel to your doorstep. It is unfortunate that ASOS chose to partner up with Singpost as they offer the worst doorstep delivery out of all available options.
Even though I was at home the entire day which the delivery was supposed to be made, nobody even attempted a delivery. It was only when I checked my mailbox later on in the late afternoon when I found a slip of paper which asked me to collect it myself from a Singpost stations, claiming "failed attempted delivery".
Such incidences are not isolated and should be brought to light whenever possible. It is important for overseas shipping companies to be aware of their business partners' quality of services before choosing a delivery company to partner up with.

ethos book delivery
I order a book online from Ethos 2 weeks ago. Suppose to be send by your SIngpost delivery. I waited for 2 weeks and no delivery until I received a call from Ethos that the book was delivered back to them stating wrong address. I have given a correct address but never see any delivery guy.
In the end, the Ethos staff has to send me the book herself. What a disappointing service from Singpost.

super bad experience with singpost
I called on the 12 or 13 Mar I made a call to check on my parcel
Whether it has arrived in singapore
Agent: lalit told me give SingPost 5 working days to deliver, as it has just arrived in singapore and please be patient as it has just arrived in singapore
After 5 days has pasted, I do not see the item
Thus I called to check and now agent: sneha tell me address not complete it has returned back to the. Centre as the address is. Not completed!
What kind of service is this?
I have called earlier on the 12/13
Lalit did not mentioned about the incomplete address!
But when I called on the 21, sneha told me becoz of the incompete address it has been returned!
There is a contact no on the delivery address n contact no!
And yet u do not call me and check and just return
It's a russian centre, I have tried calling before and they do not entertain me as they do not understand English!
Now this has caused me to have delay in receiving my parcel!
Can u give me a explaination! And resolve this
I really shocked and surprised to see this kind of service in Singapore!
Seeing our airport and airlines are highly rated with good services
How can the post office greatly disappoint me with such attitude?
How do I trust and use other SingPost service in the near future!

Mail delivery
Dear team,
I am expecting a parcel with the tracking number CJXXXXXX024US. It was sent on 1 March 2018 from the US and arrived in Singapore's Changi Airport Processing Facility on 6 March 2018. I was able to track the item until this stage the delivery.
However, since then, the item has not moved and remains in said facility even till this moment of writing. Each time I call the Speedpost hotline and spoke to a customer service officer, they were not able to provide much help, simply suggesting to wait for 1-2 business days for a phone update. I have since made 3-4 calls and attempted to chat online live with a service officer and no one has been able to provide me with a reasonable explanation as to why my items has not
moved in 13 days.
The package was purchased from an online retail store in the US that ships internationally, and contents include 2 wallets and umbrellas. I have also shared this information with one of the customer service officers in one of my calls and have it relayed to the relevant parties accordingly. However, it is inexplicable how I could have provided this information if I was not a buyer but instead a recipient of a package/gift.
I am hoping that the team will be able to expedite this situation and provide a reasonable explanation for the high turnaround time.
did not receive parcel
I ordered something from q0010 and did not receive for very long. Seller said they already sent it out and sent me proof pic and video of them posting it out.
I also submitted request to see signature of recipient when it was delivered but there waa no signature. I still dont know where my parcel is. I have uploaded the image from singpost after paying $2. Please help. Thanks

delivery woman
Last time guy delivery okay.At first, he knocked the door a bit too hard but slowly he improved and started knocking softly and say "Singpost".But today gave me a shock.Knocking the door is already enough. There is no need to keep knocking the window until giving the impression of a gangster threatening the iconic "O$P$".I suggest that singpost give a mini training to door deliverers to ring the bell then knock on the door 3 times before announcing "Singpost" in a loud and clear voice(not shout). And when there is no response, to knock 3 times again. If no response again then to leave the peice of paper telling recipient to retrieve their mail from the post office.I hope to see action taken soon.

poor postman services
Dear Sir/ Madam,
I am writing to complaint of the inadequate postal service that I received from Singapore Post. I am most annoyed that I received a piece of paper in my mail box from Singapore Post on 8/3/2018 and indicated by a hand written " last date of collection 8/3/2018". However, I did call the post office the next morning ( 8:40 am ) to inform the officer on duty regarding my situation but I was told that the item was sent back to sender. Furthermore, the inability to provide me for more information regarding on this matter.
I am now concerned about my existing / future mail being managed by the postman services. I trust this is not the way Singapore Post service. I would welcome the opportunity to discuss matters further and hope to prevent a similar situation from recurring . I look forward to your reply.
Yours sincerely,
Tara Bessir

service
A week after I ordered my item online that package is not delivered. On a friday I asked if it could be delivered by saturday and the person said yes. It will not come later than 6pm. Raising hopes for nothing because its singpost. Which then comes saturday when I asked again and they said they cant deliver. Being the joke singpost is, on sundays they dont deliver. Horrible system is one thing but lying just so you can get the customer to not contact you is another. Overall dont use singpost anymore

registered mail
I have move into my new flat about 9 months and this is the 6th time that all registered mail that was delivered to me by the mail person failed to press the door when it is working. He/She will just slot in the document for collection in between my door without even knocking or pressing the bell.
I even caught your staff red handed when i was in my living room, i heard the sound of someone trying to slot in the paper slip inbetween my door and when i open the door, she just walk away.
The recent incident, i was able to track down the parcel and i knew i am going to receive the parcel the next day. So i ensure my doorbell was working and at its highest volume. i couldnt afford to miss that parcel as i am flying off the following day and the parcel needs to be repack and repost at the very same day. Unfortunately, the same thing happen again. just the paper slip on my door.
I am really unhappy with the staff that is being located at my area. I am residing at Marsiling Drive Block 28 #09-261 S(730028).
These incident has really troubled my husband and I. My husband is working a 16 hour shift in the day and even on the weekends and even that i am a stay at home mom, i have a 16 month old son to care of and am currently expecting another baby. it is really in convenient for me to travel to the nearest post office alone.
Please do emphasize to your staff the importance of such services and i hope that it would not repeat again. Unless there's a ' Do not knock/bell ' rule that we dont know about singpost.
You may contact me at [protected], Nuryka.

singpost regular mail
Hi,
My wife and I would like reach out to Singpost to investigate closely on the regular mails coming in to our address. Since we moved into our new address in Jun-16, we had encountered many cases of missing mails.
To just name 3 specific cases, we were expecting 3 mails from our different banks:
- 1 contains a credit card
- 1 contains a contract for housing loan
- 1 contains voucher redemption
At same time, we also hear from our other neighbors on similar cases.
With the recent news about a Singpost deliveryman throwing away mails is really nerve wracking to us, we have very strong doubt in the delivery service by our Singapore main mail service company.
We seriously hope Singpost can help to check on the background on why such failures are happening so frequently in our mails & work strongly on improving on the service provided.
We hope to hear feedbacks from you soon, you can call me on my number below.
Thanks.
Ivan & Erica

service of staff doris lee at west gate post office.
Doris attended to me whenI was at the post office to post a parcel back to Amazon due to a defective product purchased.
The return instructions from Amazon clearly stated to give one of the slips to the carrier and the other identical slip is to be affixed to the return package. I passed the slip to Doris and told her the instructions says to pass the slip to the carrier. Her first response to me was "you pass to me for what? What am I meant to do with it?".
First of that, that was ridiculously rude of a service staff and is completely unacceptable. Secondly, as the instructions clearly states to pass this to the carrier as it is needed for customs, and the package may not return to Amazon if this was not provided to the carrier, given Doris absolutely refused to take the slip, may I know who will take full responsibility if this package was not delivered to Amazon?
Please advise
Thank you.

service
I would to highlight on yr service by one of yr customer service at northpoint singpost. I came to collect my item today and was served by a lady names Ms Kamsinah. After taking my IC to record she return my IC with 1 kind of look (unhappines look). After she retrieved my items she showed a gesture asking me to sign on the paper with that kind of look as though i owed her a money and just put my items at the counter without any word. Im like huh? What the heck..she is a customer service and served a customer this way? I really hope u can educate yr staff how to swrved a customer with a smiling face.
Thank you
LIza

super poor service
This is the story. I hope i do not have to repeat the 6th times to singpost so-called customer service staffs. But actually, all of them are call center staffs whom do not know how to solve my problem.
1)MY content was damaged when it was delivered to me. Vpost people told me to bring the content to post office clementi, and i brought.
2) Then, the staff at clementi said they dont need the content. Then i brought back home
3) Next, someone from Singpost called to to bring the content back to post office. Of course, i was very mad. Can you make up your mind what do you want a customer to do! I told the call send. Then he said he will handle.
4) Then, after 3 weeks, an sms was sent to me to say the case was closed, magically. I dont even know how it was close. Ridiculous!
5)I called the hotline to complain the matter. A service staff said someone will call me the next day, Then, someone did call me. My Gosh, someone from call center called again. He didnt know the history well and i repeated myself.
5) I compliant again, then he said a "Manager" will call me the next day. So, this "Manager" didnt appear on my phone.
6) Till now about 2months, i do not know what had happened. Singpost...singapore iconic company, oh my gosh!.
redirection of mails services
I have subscribed for singpost redirection of mails from dec 2017 to jun 2018 from old address to new home address. I have received redirected mails for 1st month and problems started from jan 2018 onward till today. I have not been able to receive any redirected after dec 2017 and all mails were still sent to my old address. When I started to contact singpost weeks ago, asking all kinds of details and information and yet after weeks I still did not receive any assurance that singpost will redirect my mails to my new address. I have to filing my feedback online and sending emails to the customer service to check the status but in vain. Totally no response from singpost!
It is so frustrated that I can't do anything except asking the new owner of the old address to keep my mails if they receive any.
How can singpost so irresponsible? As I have subscribed the services for more than one month and the fees charges for subsequent months are based on ascending basis for each additional months.
Can I still get refund since I have not provided for the services I have paid for?
