Skip came for a delivery to the building, he drove in with another car got out ans started screaming at the guy in the car for about 5 mins. He then went and made his delivery to suite 1419 came back down and went to the car and started punching the occupant the then both started fighting in the parking lot.

Good morning,
I have been a Skipthedishes cust for a long time. There are a lot of orders under my account and I have never had one single complaint made about the service or the food. I order butter chicken and rice to be delivered to my work. when I received the order, they didn't send rice with it. Unfortunately, I can't drink Butter chicken and I need rice in order to eat it. I contacted the local office immediately to let them but they didn't get back to me until later on. Given the fact that I am at work and my time is very limited, I couldn't wait a long time so I had to go and buy food and sent them all the information needed and requested that they pick up the food and refund me as I won't be able to eat it. The person that I have talked to told me she can only refund 5$ for the rice and that I will have to pay for food that I can't even eat. I find it very unreasonable and very unprofessional. I have been a customer for a long time and I have never had any issue and I don't really feel appreciated. IT is such a huge inconvenience that I have to pay for food that I didn't even eat or will eat. If you look at my history I have always ordered through you and never had an issue but this one time things go sideways nobody was there to show us a slim reason as we should keep using SKip the dishes. I am sincelry disappointed in the customer service skills implement handling this case. If there is a mistake where I can even eat the food that I have, I would expect to be compensated and at least get my money back.

Ordered skip the dishes on April 5 2019, tracking my order, I noticed that the driver took a 3 minute detour en route, confronted driver, driver said he went home. This is the second time now a driver took a detour before delivering my food order. I get charged for delivery plus give a 15% tip To ensure my food arrives promptly. I was/am not pleased.

It took over an hour to get my order from Edo of Japan. I was watching the little car
for it to move to the resturant for pick up. It got bumped back 3 times; sounds to me like they are serving customer at their counter and not taking into consideration
the delivery order status. The food itself was horrible; the salmon was a large piece buttasted ve ry old an tough. I could not finish the food and through it out.
I would like a credit please and I will try your service "one more time"

I had ordered lunch for our office and my Pangoa Bowl came with absolutely no sauce, just dry rice and veggies... When I called Freshii to complain about the meal they said they aren't able to help me and I had to go through Skip the Dishes for a refund on my order. My lunch was unedible and I had to go out to Wendy's and get another lunch. I would like a full refund for the trouble of having to go back out to get lunch after waiting 45 minutes for lunch that was wrong. The driver also asked me to meet her outside to come get the lunch from her car (because it was a snow storm) and I said no. I thought this was pretty unprofessional as well and wish I didn't tip her.

On December 27th I ordered from chopped leaf through skip company for me and my sister. There was an error on the screen seconds after I had paid I checked on bank statement online and the payment indeed went through. I was in tears because I had just got scammed! I called the restaurant and they said their internet went down for a few minutes or hours who knows! They said they didnt recieve my order. I chatted online with skip representative and called them same day they resolved nothing and said they couldn't find any order even though money went through! Tgere is no order number so they can't track it... horrible customer service they didnt even think to give me skip credits or refund yet I ordered twice that day and the other order was fine. I'm so angry they told me to call my bank but I did and the woman said they couldn't do anything about it except open up a case. I'm with td and now I have to go to the bank possibly ask for a manager I cant believe this happened and all these people and their businesses are [censored]ing useless! They dont care about you or your business they just see $ signs everywhere. I'm done forever from ordering from this company I gave been scammed and I dont know what to do!

I have had 4 incidents where either my food was cold, order was not taken until 20 minutes later or the place is closed and I find out 30 minutes of waiting... This is the last straw, I am currently waiting for my food now but I do not want it anymore.. I want a refund for the food and will not accept it.
4 times too many I tried to give the benefit of the doubt but there is no reason for this.

I received an order from Mcdonalds today, and nothing was right it wasn't even my order I called McDonald's they told me that if they were having issue and if I could call and let you know, they refused to replace my order, so its moving day and one person got to eat because that is all that was in the bag, I was charged 37 dollars i was trying to talk on chat and got disconnected as we are in the middle of moving I think I should get a credit and what I ordered. I would like something done about this, as I have spent a lot of money not only with skip the dishes but all the restaurants, this is not a good way for McDonalds start off woth skip the dishes

Over the past few days I tried placing orders and they try to process then automatically cancel. I contacted customer service and they told me my account was suspended until they could provide me better customer service. I asked for clarification and they went in to comp, aunts I made about past orders. So I complain when a restaurant gets my order wrong. This is an issue? I then asked to speak to a manager and I was assured one would call me back right away. They didn't. Then I checked my bank statement and noticed one of the cancelled orders had been charged to me anyway. Worst company I've ever dealt with.

ON july 6th 2018 I place an order with Fusion seafood the order was never received so when I report it to customer service I was told not to worry I could get a store credit or a refund I chose the refund because I was having too much trouble with getting my food in the past. WI here live the apartments are building A thru K and can be a little confusing to the delivery person all building have a 501 that why is important to know the building letter I'm in building D and sometimes there in peoples in the lobby who would let people in I really think this order was token to the wrong apartment I'm still looking for a refund or I would have to dispute t with my bank.

Skip sounds like a great idea, letting you get take out for items you normal wouldn't. If it works great.. however the second you have an issue all hell breaks loose.
Contacting there service department is a joke, nothing but broken English answers and all they can do is say they are sorry, I had an order over an hour past the delivery window, and skip would still not refund it, they offered Skip credit, which does you know good when you have already missed your lunch window and why would I want to risk another bad order.
Eventually I get an E-mail saying I was unreachable and my lunch could not be delivered. I work in a small office, where I can see the door of the building, no Phone call or person ever walked to the door.
Yes I got skip credit, however it took 30 minutes of talking with there broken English costumer service and I ended up eating two hours later.
Again, when it works awesome, second something goes wrong good luck!

SkipTheDishes processed a $50 order for me when visiting Edmonton. The App did not indicate it was pickup only and then closed out. If I did want to pick up the order the APP did not tell me what location. I attempted customer service, but they did not believe the APP could make a mistake.
So @SkipTheDishes has my money, but I never did get food.
Then they closed the chat and removed the history, I do screen shot it all however.

What an awful service. Unbelievable that someone can spend 3 hours chatting with a manager just to understand what happened to an order. Such a waste of time. My order was small, so I don't understand how this could cause such a long resolution. Anyway, my order never arrived, my questions weren't answered, I wasn't helped, no refund. I lost money.
