Even though I have updated the instructions for delivery to my house, I've had numerous orders delivered to the wrong address. The most recent one was delivered to a crackhouse next door to my place and when I tried to contact the skip driver he closed the chat. I have the picture and told him and the chat customer support that it was the wrong house. They said they would escalate it but would not reimburse me this time because of other complaints. I am a single mom and am out another $40 because of incompetent skip drivers.
Claimed loss: Unable to feed my husband before he went to work because of missing order
Desired outcome: I want my money back for most recent order that wasn't received.
