Purchase items on my bank account but not my transactions.
On my BMO account, 2 debit items on July 29/22 for the amount of $41.79 and $27.71 were posted. The items are 'pending'. BMO rep advised me to call you directly since they are not posted to my account yet. BMO cannot do anything at this time. Please help investigate and rectify the error. Thank you.

Restaurant service
On the skip tracker - Order was placed at 7:01. it showed the courier collected the order at 7:35 and it is now 7:55 and the car is still at the restaurant location. The restaurant is 30 seconds from my house (on the same street). I have screen shots that would love to send. The order changed to being ordered at 7:57. We got a call from the restaurant at 7:58 apologizing about the lateness of the order. They said we will get a 15% discount next time we order from them. No coupon, nothing on our skip account. Charged for order that was not delivered
On Sun. July 17/22 I ordered a sub from Subway. The order was filled at the Armview Subway. After the delivery man left there with my order it was later than it should have been for him to deliver my order. I received a phone call from the driver saying he couldn't find me. He was actually just a 2 min. drive from me. I gave him directions while he kept saying his computer was telling him he was already there. He was actually at a Pharmacy. Then he told me if he couldn't find me I would get my money back. I told him I wanted the sub as it was my supper. To make a long story shorter, I never saw or heard from him again. I did not get my order but, I was charged for it on my credit card. This is the fourth time I have written a complaint but nothing has changed, not even to receive a notification that you received the complaint. I then used one of your competitors delivery services and received my sub. However, there was an error on my charge card from them as well. However, when I contacted them, they answered right away and worked with me until they were able to correct the matter. I hope you will be as professional in righting this error. Skip the Dishes - delivery
July 26, 2022 at around 10pm.
My order was approximately 1 hour late. It was late night and zero traffic and no reason was given for the delay. It should have arrived within 25min (even though at that time, in our town, you can get to the location of the driver from where I was in 15).
The food when arrived was not simply warm-- it was so cold and congealed that it was un-edible even after re-heating.
All the other times this happened, I understood why. No problem. But this time I really would have liked *something*, whether it's an explanation, or some compensation, even a $1 credit, considering the order was not cheap. I did not think I'd be throwing down so much money down the drain.
I started a chat to talk to someone (I have their name but won't post it, though I can provide it if someone asks). They basically entered the chat and then closed it without offering any assistance, or even an explanation like "Sorry about this but we can't do anything."
Even an 'automated' message would be better than just shutting down my complaint.
I don't think it's an unreasonable request, especially if they want a repeat customer. They'd get that money back from me within a short time (and if keeping me as a customer, they'd make a lot more anyway), so I don't see the big deal.
Desired outcome: Please refund order in full.

Refund refused for missing items from our order.
Contacted customer support via email to request a refund for items we did not receive in our order but paid for.
Got an email back stating no refund would be issued for any missing items.
Didn't understand this at all , so logged into my account online and talked to live chat.
They said they would refund me for the items missing from our order, then they came back and said because I have had some issues in the past with orders, that they can no longer offer me any refund for my missing items, and then promptly closed the chat?!?!?
I don't care how many orders I have had issues with, there is no way you should be able to make me pay for food I did not get, missing items is something I paid for but did not receive!
What right does Skip have to tell me no refund?!?
How do you not refund someone for items they did not get?!?!? I don't understand what any previous orders has to do with missing items from this order, how can you NOT refund missing items!?!?

I am complaining about your driver
I would like to complain about your driver with license plate CFDL 800 Hyundai Elantra, grey colour
He was delivering food to 115 Long Branch in Toronto on July 19 at 2:15pm
He parked without consideration to others, so other car was not able to park. When I asked him to move so I can parallel park behind him. He told me to wait. He dropped off his food and I waited for him to move the car. When I asked him to be more considerate next time and not to take two space he started to shout at me. There was no reason to shout
I asked him to stop screaming at me be he never did, he kept yelling at at in his own language I took picture of his license plate as a proof who I was talking to. Not sure why but he did the same.
When I was walking away he kept screaming in his own language.
Desired outcome: This is abusive/harassment behaviour. He needs to know this is not allowed in Canada. I strongly recommend workplace harassment training and training how to be park, where to work and teach him consideration to others.

My order did not arrive. I ordered from the wine rack on Islington Avenue in Toronto two bottles of wine at around 10:30 AM. I got a notice telling me the courier had arrived so I was at the door. Never placing another order with this company-
Simple mc donalds order (30.00) had to be thrown away - (not the first however, every company is worth a few shots... Not this many)
Food was a mess and completely "disregarded the order" which was very clearly ordered online.
Had to in fact, go out and buy food after waiting/paying for the delivery... Wtf?
Cannot rely on a food delivery service than cannot delivery even the most simple requests-
Complete waste of money, again... Not returning to their services nor would I recommend (particularly, if children may be involved)
Did not receive my order
My app says my order was delivered but I did not receive it. There is no one to speak to. I had to residential order and go pick it up myself. I am very upset at having to leave work and go pick up another order I already ordered and paid for. The app says Lorraine delivered my order, horrible customer service. Driver throwing garbage onto the road
Today at June 30th 168 ave - 106 ave Edmonton, Alberta, @ 7:25pm skip the dishes driver name Waseem, delivered an order from Circle K in a red car license plate Alberta ? 4009 threw garbage onto the road, when asked to pick it up he totally ignored and got in his car and drove off.
Getting ripped off
Place an order at pita pit and driver never showed up with my food. This is theft I paid over 30 dollars for food that I never received.This is not the first time either and when I tried to contact support about it there is no one online to fix there f**king mistake this company is garbage and all restaurant owners should stop using them. Iam very disappointed in customer service for this company it's horrible they can't even have staff available but still take orders ,if your taking orders your customer service should be open too.

Placed an order and after waiting an hour I see the car drive all over on the app and Didn’t go to my address nor deliver to my address. I messaged the chat line because there is no number to call anyone and they were extremely rude and said the driver said it was delivered so they wouldn’t look into it any further and rudely said they wouldn’t refund me either and if I had a complaint to email them. I asked for someone to call me numerous times to which they just kept saying no one would call me and I wasn’t getting a refund. I emailed them and they said the same that I wouldn’t get a refund either because I am not satisfied with there services etc. i emailed them saying this is theft they are stealing my money and didn’t deliver the food I had ordered. I said it’s a complex of over 200 houses and they must of given it to the wrong address. Just horrible customer service and they stole my 40$ for my purchase that I didn’t receive.

Missing a meal
I ordered 5 meals from McDonald’s and included a tip but only received 4 and issuing a refund without bringing my child their dinner is t enough. I want more than the price of the happy meal since Ive had to now go out and buy her a new dinner completely defeating the purpose of ordering it and I tipped the driver who obviously doesn’t know enough to check the order. I’ll never order again

I check before ordering the delivery time was 35 to 42 minutes, so I was ok to order for kids and me, now the order has been more then 45 minutes and the kids are starving, and it says I got to wait another 53 minutes? what is this? plus I tip well, and this is the service I get? I got kids that are not happy to not have their food, its not a playstation I order its mcdonalds

Missing items from order
Half of my order([protected]) was not delivered on June 12, 2022. Order was placed at 2:08pm; waited for more than 60 mins for the order; only half of the order was delivered. After a long stuggle, I was able to get the refund credited to my credit card. No one bothers to work on getting my food delivered even when I ask for it.
I have had many missing parts of orders. They are all from McDonalds. Usually their short muffins or like today a smoothie. They never forget to change my card and they never send anything extra. So I believe they could be more accurate if they cared to be.
Food not received
On June 3rd 2022 we started an order at 1201pm order #[protected]. Order said it would take about 30 minutes for delivery. Updates to tracking kept happening and after an hour it said it was delivered and asked us for a rating on service. We did not receive the order.
Started a chat with customer service and they apologized and refunded us in skip credits. We were then required to reorder again if we wanted food. I mentioned on chat that we have been waiting for well over an hour, no food and nothing offered for inconvenience. Chat person said he could give us $7 skip credit. I mentioned that didn't seem enough and advised I would escalate. We then reordered (our mistake I guess) at 1:27 order #[protected] - same food and same restaurant. It said 1/2 hour for delivery and has now been over an hour and the track order is still indicating 'driving to restaurant'. So we made initial order at 12pm and it is now 2.5 hours later and still no food and no expectation of food for at least 30min-1 hour I would guess. Terrible client service.
Desired outcome: I would expect enough skip credits to cover lunch ($40) to get us to use the service again. Thank you
