I am a frequent skip customer. I placed an order today and received the wrong order. Restaurant says they sent right order, courier says he delivered right order. Chatted with customer service and they will issue refund but will not issue refund in future due to the number of refunds in the past. (Its been at least 2 years since I asked for refund)-AND its because my order was wrong twice in a row from the same restaurant for careless mistake. This is terrible customer service to penalize a customer for a mistake made by the vendor.
Desired outcome: Remove future option of refund if order is wrong. i provided photo proof

They’re flagging you as a high-risk customer — their system doesn’t care about context. Best move: use a different service or order directly from restaurants. If you stick with them, expect more resistance on refunds.
