BAD...delivery from skip lady on oct 1st 2022
Hi I ordered tim"s and the middle weight black lady did not knock on my door..and when she buzzed me she said nada to me...she did not even knock on my door when at my unit 213...Lucky i checked my door..:(
she left order there...and walked away...without a knock...that is not right...idk her name...there was also no bill stuck on my order bag..and there should be,,,
Also my order was all a mess...latte was all OVER the lid top :( :(

Incorrect order
This happened on September 21, 2022 at about 7:30pm PST. I ordered from a Boston pizza an appetizer, a dessert and an entree, a jambalaya. When I got the order my appetizer and dessert were not there so I asked for a refund on those. Upon realizing that my entree was also not what I ordered I contacted support. I talked to two people. The first was looking into it and then sent me a message that said "It looks like SkipTheDishes regularly fell short of your expectations because you've gotten a lot of refund requests. We are unable to help you any further through this chat," and left the chat. I have never requested a refund on anything else from Skip. Then I talked to a second person and they sent me the same generic "you have requested refunds many times and they could no longer help me." And then "or provide any future credit to any of your accounts as a result of this action." I have been ordering from Skip for a couple years now and have never come across such horrible customer service ever!
Desired outcome: I would like a refund to my credit card. Not in credits.
Incorrect amount charged to my bank account and poor treatment from multiple staff members

I was given a promotional coupon for $8 and when I tried to use it, I was given an order total for $28.52 but instead was charged $36.52.
I spoke to multiple staff members and they have not given me the time of day, have tried to claim that I placed two orders when I only placed one, have abandoned me on live chat and over the phone when trying to ask for my money back and will not return the funds back to my bank account.
This money was not theirs to take, I did not agree to these funds being removed from my bank account and a store credit will not suffice. I should not have to chase this hard to get my own money back, this has caused me inconvenience and distress and I have been mistreated by staff members.
Desired outcome: Refund to my bank account of $8 or the full amount for the order.
SKIP the Dishes - Driver Support
Two weeks ago SKIP suspended my account and my wife's account the same day. Why? We were using, for the previous 14 months, a shared husband/wife bank account.
Then when I put a different bank account on, they flipped the error to inactivity for over 190 days... but I go multiple evenings every week! And can prove it on my earnings.
Now it is 15 days and still no support from SKIP.
A very terrible company.
Desired outcome: Reinstate my account. Respond in 24 hours to all emails.

Over an hour passed by and I see still the order was not accepted or even a driver located yet with 25 min estimation time still remaining.
I decided to Cancel the order.
Usually Skip will offer you credits or charge back on card.
This time they didn't ask, and they proceeded to give me credits. I told them no Id like it charged back on the card and they proceeded to tell me it takes 10 days and if that's OK.
It takes less than 24 hours so I said that its ok.
I never recieved any response back for a bit and checked my account to notice they gave me back credits.
After saying something and waiting for a bit they finally acknowledged me and asked for the second time if the 10 day waiting period would be ok.
At this point I was just being antagonized.
Customers shouldnt be antagonized.
They proceeded to tell me there was a problem with the chat and they couldnt see my messages.
I find that hard to believe as it's not my first time being antagonized by their employees.
I was never offered anything for wasting my time and I asked for a supervisor or manager and they never contacted me.
This is a complaint for there to be more oversight on places like these, they treat their customers like dogs.
Desired outcome: An Apology from the supervisor and or a complimentary credit for wasting my time.

The worse food delivery service ever. I have given this company a try more times then I should have, and it has rarely been even a passably good service. The food is more often then not delivered to the wrong address. And when it has been delivered it has been an extremely long weight, more then 1hr up to 2hrs 15 mins late. Then also they don't often ring the doorbell to let me know it's arrived. My food has arrived on a few occasions looking as if it has been dropped, food falling out on the ground and my drinks spilled. Refund isn't giving as they say if requested it too many times. I will never use this service again and I'm going to be sure to not only not recommend it but to file as many official complaints as possible. SKIP IS BEYOND TERRIBLE.

Skip The Dishes
I ordered a meal from McDonald's via Skip The Dishes (STD) on August 28, 2002 at 6.29PM. The tracking system on STD's website showed that the delivery driver was at my door about 15 or 20 minutes later. I waited at the door of my apartment for the driver as people in the building frequently let delivery drivers in.
In the meantime, the delivery driver did NOT call me to announce his arrival, nor use the buzzer panel to have me let him in the building. After waiting about five to seven minutes, I went down to the lobby to check to see if the driver was there or if my order had been left in the lobby or the entrance area where the buzzer panel is located. The driver wasn't there, and neither was my order.
I complained to STD support. They were slow to respond and wanted me to wait for their internal team to investigate the matter. Meanwhile, I'm hungry and have no food. Then they wanted to credit my account and reorder through the same McDonald's and have the same delivery driver deliver the food.
The support technician stated they contacted the driver to find out why my food hadn't been delivered but couldn't reach him.
I told the support agent I wasn't interested in having the driver deliver cold food. I also stated I wanted a refund. Support tech agreed to refund my money but warned me I would have to wait 10 days for the money to show up in my bank account. Nice. So STD gets to sit on my money and earn interest on it.
Desired outcome: The STD support technician shouldn't have wasted time investigating and instead should have contacted the restaurant so my order could be immediately replaced. I'll be publishing a video on Youtube warning people not to use Skip The Dishes.
Thermal bag
Hi team,
I had registered for skip the dishes as a driver 17th August.
As I was new to the place and did not the policy, I registered in a different location from my home as it was only half an hour away and I thought I'd commute to the location.
Upon purchasing the thermal bag and paying for background check they denied as there I'd address discrepancy from my home and delivering location.
As soon as I received this message on Aug 17th 2022, I sent a mail to the team asking for a refund and not to process my bag request.
Bag got delivered last Friday, I'm not sure why I need the bag when I'm not working for the company.
Bag delivered from Amazon,when Amazon itself has a return and refund policy in place I'm not sure what's the challenge here.
My spouse who is a student paid for this and we request you to please help in refunding the amount back.
We can send back the bag as we haven't opened at all.

On Friday August 12 2022 I placed an order to Wine Rack of 16 Growers cans to 3160 Wildwood . I received the text that courier was on way but never received my order or got a call they were at the apartment. On the ground level next to front door so could see if someone came to the door. I checked all entrances for order but was not received. I was just looking over my banking and had seen I was charged 71 and change for order that was not received. I figured the driver didn't make it or couldn't find the apartment so left.
Contact the skipdishes chat and the guy said because it's been over 48 hours he can do nothing.

My cibc bank card was used in 2021 in the month of april, may and june. Someone used my bank card information and charged over $2000.00 in skip the dishes. I have contacted cibc bank several times and no body will help me with this. I stayed at the big 6 motel in sannich bc and can only think that is were my bank card was comprimised but my bank will not even look into this.

The order was about 2 hour lates. I couldn't cancel. I couldn't contact anybody. August 12, 2022 at 4:30PM. I contacted the restaurant (Hanabi) after I noticed the app's time update wasn't moving. They said the order had been ready since 5:20 and that there was no driver. I said I would get it myself. I went to the restaurant at 6PM to get it. When I got there they said that the driver came so they gave him the order. The driver made another stop before mine so I got the order at 6:30PM. This is unacceptable and I want a refund. Not only was the food obviously cold but skip the dishes lied about the estimated time it would take. They should not be in business.

Skip driver parking in handycap parking spot
Young east Indian woman ignored me when I asked her if she was supposed to be parked in a handicap spot at St Louis restaurant at 6485 Mississauga road, Friday August 12th at 5:50 p.m. . When I asked her to move her vehicle she swore at me in front of customers inside of the restaurant. she then drove off when the management asked her to move her vehicle.
I have a photo of her vehicle parked in the handicap spot along with her license plate information.
Desired outcome: If she is not a reflection of the skip the dishes drivers she, should be banned from driving skip the dishes indefinitely. Very disrespectful and rude young woman.

Delivery of food
I placed an order through Skip on August 5th for the office. I was tracking the order and it said the driver was 4 minutes away. Approximately 5 minutes after that I was notified that the delivery had been made. This would not be a problem but for the fact that no one came into the office to drop off food. I went outside and found it on the cement sidewalk approximately 3 feet away from our door. Our office is located in a plaza where there is a lot of foot traffic and anyone could have walked by and picked up our order. If the driver was reluctant to enter the office, a call advising that it was outside would have been the correct thing to do. Additionally, we have double entry, so even if he went through the first set of doors, I would have seen him and he could have left it in the vestibule. Instead, it was just left on a dirty sidewalk.
I have had non delivery of orders here at the office before and it makes me wonder if the person who "delivered" the food did the same thing and just left it outside.
This is not acceptable by any standards.
Desired outcome: I would like an explanation as to why the food was left outside of a business on a busy, dirty cement sidewalk. We pay a premium for the food & tip the courier rather generously. In this instance, he did not deserve his tip.
Several charges on my credit card
I have never used Skip the Dishes but for some reason you have my credit card number in your system. I live 1 hour out of town and no-one is going to deliver Skip the dishes out to me. I have contacted my credit card company and they reversed the first 2 charges that I found on my statement. Now I have several more charges July 30 for 54.20, July 31 for 67.58 Aug 1 for 62.64, Aug 2 for 40.04. None of these charges are mine and I would like to know how to stop your company from charging my credit card in error or worse yet fraudulently.
