Hi, I was informed by Quiznos (4192 Dawson St Burnaby, B.C.) that I have to file a complaint with Skip the Dishes inorder for them to process the resolving of my problem with the food that was ordered/delivered through Skip the Dishes. On Nov. 1st, 2019 I ordered two peppercorn sauce sandwiches from Quiznos, when we ate them we discovered that there was only meat in the bun, and none of the toppings or sauce that was supposed to be on them. Having had this sandwich before many times we knew it was not right. But we were eating on the run and could not report the problem right away. I did contact the store asap, I was told they would look into the matter. Yesterday I was send an email to contact Skip the Dishes and file a complaint. I do not know if the order number would help but here it is #[protected]. Thank you

Ordered online - paid with interac online - their page glitched - my money was gone - order not completed - customer support chat offered no help - my bank gave a confirmation of payment code - customer support chat still offered no help - refused to give me phone number - found phone number 1 (855) 200-7547 - mwahahahaha (thank you Popeyes management) - got my $ back 2 hrs after initial problem!
Will never ever ever in a million years put myself through that hassle again. They deliver make it almost impossible to reach them in the event of a problem. They seem to do this intentionally so you give up on getting reimbursed. If a food place uses skip the dishes I suggest you skip on over to another food place. They are an absolute disgrace in customer support/service & their payment platform failed on their end of things and they couldn't fix the problem. They told me in chat that my $ was ‘lost in a cyberspace phantom zone'.
My bank advisor laughed at that one, glad someone got a laugh out of it!

Waited over 1.5hrs for food. The delivered message came up but the food never actually arrived. Contacted online help. They confirmed my address and phone number (which I had already double-checked and knew was correct), and then issued me a refund in skip credits. There was no accounting for the fact I had already waited 1.5h for food and would have to wait another hour minimum to get my food, as well as the fact that I would have much preferred getting a refund to my credit card consider I would not be ordering again because I wouldn't get my food until 10pm. There was no offer of them talking to the restaurant to get a rush placed on my order either so I would get it sooner than 1h minimum. Had to go without dinner that night. Not impressed, especially considering how often I've used Skip in the past.

To Whom It May Concern,
Despite your marketing and sophisticated graphics, it is quite challenging to contact your company via email or phone number.
My complaint is that a company run for profit is not paying some of its employees (couriers) what they deserve in medical and dental benefits. These employees lay their lives on the line dodging traffic and compromising their personal safety in doing so.
The least you could do is compensate them for their hard work and efforts at delivering food.
Personally, I would rather cook at home.

I have tried contacting you people several times, received a food delivery somewhat from you on Sat Oct 12th pm, from KFC in Mississauga, the order was a total of 84.54 - including a 9 dollar tip for the driver which we couldn't alter or adjust and the driver handed us a bag of food and ran away, we had a bag with fries and gravy and potato salad, for 85 dollars, we tried contacting skip the dishes no luck at all there is no way to get hold of you, I emailed you finally with the problem so did my husband and no answer as of today, 3 days later, I ended up having to drive and pick up my order as the restaurant replaced it free to me, because he has had this issue with skip the dishes before and didn't want it to reflect on them. So I paid you 85.00 tipped your driver 9.00 to buy his dinner and then go pickup my own food.

I received an email for an order that I did not place. The order came from a city on the other side of the country. Skip the Dishes said "sorry that happened, but we can't do anything about it". The point is that they were hacked and would not admit it. Our bank investigated and decided it was definitely bank fraud, and refunded our money, but they will also be back-charging STD - since that is the company charged on my statement. STD (haha - bad acronym for their name :) - should not be storing the CVV number from your credit card, the whole purpose of that number is to prove that you are in possession of the card. A small inconvenience to the consumer, but if they store it, it just becomes another useless number...
I had them delete my old account, set up another one, and now that won't take any of my credit or debit cards. Their chat line was useless - they gave me three different reasons for this and were unwilling to send it to their second level support team. Have switched to Door Dash and Uber Eats now. If they keep this up, they will be out of business in no time...

I was tracking my order and I saw a car pull up exactly where the tracker pointed to which was right in front of my apartment building. The courier called my phone but hung up as soon as I answered. They never left their car and simply drove off after about 5 minutes. Later when I messaged customer service they said he claimed that he couldn't contact me. I received a refund but I am a regular customer with the company and I am just so disappointed he basically stole my supper :(.

i ordered from burrito boys with order number [protected] and paid almost 16 dollars, the order was never delivered to me (by driver jaswinder singh ) when i clearly mentioned that dont buzz door bell call when reach. on the app it shows that they are close to my house and then it changed status to delivered however i didnt recieve anything . i ordered from same store three days back at same address with same phone number. when i complained they (Zainab) kept me waiting for line half an hour saying we are investigating but they did nothing

I ordered food through skipthedishes, driver did not deliver. There are very clear delivery instructions to buzz the apartment, signs are very large and can be seen from the street and I have received hundreds of deliveries to the address. I did not change any of my contact information. Instead, the driver marked the food as delivered. When I contacted the chat support they said I was not available and that I must ensure that my contact information is accurate. It has not changed, I was holding the phone, and looking out at the door. The courier never approached the building doors or buzz. The rep. was very rude and unprofessional and when I specifically asked for a refund to my credit card, the rep lied and said they had processed it. And with no apology or such, they ended the chat. Knowing that you should usually receive an email confirming a credit card refund, not skip credits, I followed up the next day and that rep (Ravneet) had indeed not done a credit card refund as requested. Very unprofessional, and unethical to lie on top of being rude. I will not be using skipthedishes again and will certainly be telling everyone I know to use another service. That is not how you treat customers who have supported your business for years.
I just had a very similar experience. I tracked the order and it had correct unit and delivery instructions with buzz code and unit number. The tracking was going to the right address. I had added a new address before ordering as I was at my son's . The driver never delivered even thos tracking showed he was there for about 7 minutes. I was in process of contact chat when they checked and said the driver had tried to deliver and couldn't I was charged $90 approximately and received nothing. I requested several times a phone number and was told I couldn't have one i was given an email.
I too was disconnected by chat person and now I can't access chat log to screenshot it. I do have screenshot of order with proper address, unit # and buzzer code.
I have been a regular user of Skip but this leaves me with a sour taste, especially seeing how they don't have a number you can call.

I have ordered off of the app numerous times and it seems like more often then not I have had issues.
I have ordered something wkth the wrong delivery address and was bohnced between 5 differently chats in a span of 20minutes hoping to change the address and it was never fufilled.
I have had completely incorrect orders brought to me and had customer service unclear of how to resolve the issue, which ended up with my order taking 2 hours and I had to pick it up myself.
My courier cancelled my order because the route he took had a road blockage, so it was never delivered. And now making my account unable to make an order with a cash payment, which is my only way of payment. When I was just currently in a support chat woth "Bola G" they were incredibly rude and unhelpful.
This system you have for customer support is rediculous and I will not be making any more orders. I will also be extenting this complain to some of my friends and also ask they refuse your services.
unpleasant driver
Today my partner and I went to pick up food from our local Wendy's with our dog in the car. It was maybe 20 degrees, overcast in the early evening. We live up the road so we figured we'd bring the dog along for the ride. While my partner ordered, I went in to use the washroom as I was feeling sick. When I came back out after two minutes one of your drivers was taking a picture of our car and I asked if I could help her. She proceeded to call me an animal abuser, that she was reporting me to the police and was highly unpleasant. She used language I don't even want to repeat here. Feeling sick already and having this woman berating me made me feel much worse. I asked her if she represented Skip The Dishes while picking up orders and talking to the public like that while on shift. She said "does it look like I give a [censored]?!" And went into the store where my partner witnessed her verbally abusing the staff there! This lady should not be working for you, she's vile and even took up two parking spots while there when she clearly didn't have to.

We placed an order at 1230, and were informed it would take 45 minutes for us to have it. It has now been over 2 hours and 30 minutes and we have yet to receive our food. I am beyond unhappy. I will not be using Skip the dishes ever again to place an order, nor will my coworkers. This is the worst service I have ever received. I spoke with two different individuals with SKIP and they both promised us different things. It is hard to explain to my coworkers why their food has yet to arrive and why they are now starving. Why does a service like this exist if it doesn't work?
We will not hesitate to inform everyone we know about this experience.
Unfortunately this is hands down the worst experience I have ever had with customer service/ a company. Skip was no help what so ever.

I cancelled an order on july 12 which was taking more than 2 hours and then i got the mail about cancellation and refund of amount to credit card, but the thing is i paid it by apple pay and wanted the refund to the same card. I have been contacting their customer support, sometimes they say that they have credited it to my skip credits from their side and now they are saying they have refunded the amount and it will take 5-10 days.
I don't know where is my money and they are not solving this issue.

On july 9/19, i ordered bacon cheeseburger, chicken sandwich, 2 med
fries and 2 extra large frosties. The burgers and chicken were cold, the
fries were cold and the frosties were half melted and dripping all over.
Instead of using wendy's near my house they sent food from other side

Will not order from skip the dishes again
I ordered food on saturday june 8th, 2019 at 7:48 pm - no food was delivered and I was charged.
I made the order at 7:48 PM after 20 mins I got a call for delivery - it was so quick so I was happy as I was and my sister was really hungry. When the it was handed to me - it was not my order certainly NOT Kentucky Fried chicken and a can of soda!
I told the driver - it was NOT my order.
I tried calling the number who called me but did not pick up.
2 hours passed and finally someone answered- NO CAME TO PICK the food to get delivered to me. I was told to come and pick it up if I want. That I should complain directly to SKIP the Dishes and not to them.
We ended up not eating that night because it was really late after 11:30 PM and NO FOOD after our move to my new condo - I had a terrible headache and was really upset. I answered a survey by the company and NO ONE has replied to me. The total of my food order was close to 50.00 C$.
I want my money back and I want to be compensated for the trouble they have caused.

I ordered some food and a large fries from McDonald's. When I received it, half of the fries were missing. The only way the box is empty in a large fries is if the fries were ate. That's not only my food being ate, but also unsanitary and gross.
I ordered to 21 Avondale Ave S, Waterloo, ON, N2L2B5. I ordered from the mcdonalds on University Ave. I ordered just after 1:00am on June 8th, 2019. I really hope this doesn't ever happen again.

I order from SkiptheDishes, have waited over three hours, talked to three customer services reps and still have yet to recieve my food. The ETA has changed numerous times jumping from 9 mins. to 42. It is extremely frustrating, especially since customer support was of little help, just assuring me that a courier was on their way. This is not the first time, I have had an experience like this with them. Last time, I went through the same old song and dance, when my food finally arrived it was ice cold.
Personally, I'm fed up.

I received a text alert from my bank that said that skipthedishes had charged my card $95. I never ordered anything! I then got another text alert saying that it had been reversed. I called skipthedishes to ask what was going on. They denied charging my card and denied that they could've made a mistake charging my card. The manager suggested my card had been compromised. I asked him why would the charge have been reversed then?
The conversation with the manager left me feeling like he basically called me a liar and/or they have poor security. I'm deleting my account with them.
