kelowna, 303-1920 Richter st. ordered beer from arc 1973 Harvey. Would not drop off because of invalid birth date. March 27, 1953. Been a customer for 2 years. What the hell? I am a frequent user of Skip the Dishes. Have ordered before from ARC Liquor at 1923 Harvey, Kelowna. Did not fill out the age form. The directions to the building were still default, but not the age.

Claimed loss: $31.46

Desired outcome: refund to my mc account 31.46
