On Feb. 18th I received a delivery from Harris Green Liquor. Upon unpacking I discovered my wine order was not correct. I ordered 4L Peller Pinot Grigio @ 45.09 I received 1.5L Peller Grigio @ 20.79. Harris Green Liquor confirmed the error was their fault, but stated they could not refund any monies and I must contact Skip as you have the credit card info. and billing transaction. This was a delivery in Victoria B.C. Canada. I have tried various ways of contacting your Help services including sitting on Chat for 2 hours without any response.
Claimed loss: $24.30
Desired outcome: Reverse charges to my credit card, or place a credit on my account. Please refund $24.30. Thank you very much.
