{12/5/24 5:30pm} after placing a order for 68 dollars, I was told by the restaurant to contact skip the dishes directly (because they don't manage there own delivery) for a refund for credits not a refund to my card because it takes 3-5 days to get your refund so I had asked for it and they said sorry I already did it on your card after me asking to do it in credits, he said sorry but once its refunded we cant change it witch is weird cause they had before with other orders that were smaller priced.
{12/6/24 4:00pm} after trying again the next day I placed the same order and ran into the same issue where the manager of the restaurant called me again and said they don't deliver I apologized and felt very embarrassed and stated they keep putting you up as delivery so I contacted skip the dishes again and explained everything mike had told me about his restaurant to skip the dishes they refused to believe anything I said and refused to refund me in credits and said sorry I made a mistake and did it on your card you'll get it in five days so I was very upset but my bank had called me to ask about the strange transactions in my account so I contacted the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre (CAFC) to maybe get an idea of what was happening with these transactions and they found some interesting loop holes that skip has been abusing in this last year (2024) and I'm sure there are being investigated and will be held accountable for there actions but wanted to put this out there and let everyone know how skip has and been operating this year with my unfortunate events with them.
