I ordered from ordered Slotomania Games and it was a big mistake. Don’t be cheated! I was unsuccessful in downloading program they sent via e-mail, requested refund and still haven't got it. No phone number to call and speak with a live person. Simply unbelievable!

I have not been able to get in to play on my Android phone or tablet. Every time I try the LOADING thing just goes round and round and then it says "Lost connection". I can get into every other game except this one. What is going on?

I am losing so many points and now it keeps shutting down on me. I keep going back and trying again. Then I shut it down for hours and then I start it up again and it's the same thing all over again. Any other game I play on the computer is fine. So I put another 5 dollars in to the game and it still shuts down. I am so discussed with Slotomania.

On December 7, 2017 I broke my piggy bank. Order #MXDYLX5XYQ. I was charged twice AGAIN. I enjoy playing Slotomania but this is horrible. I want a refund. I can be reached at [protected]. This is not the first time this has happened. I f this is how things are done I am not sure I w t to spend anymore money on this site

Did not give me my supersized wins on 12/23/17...I've playing this game for years and I'm very disappointed on how this game treated us this Christmas...I missed out on 8 billion coins...plus no chance of getting gold cards

I didn't receive my reward for completing the Barnyard collection of slottocards. It took me some time to complete this collection and I am missing the $[protected] reward. I don't purchase coins so rely on my efforts to continue playing Slotomania.

Every time I try to play the game it tells me its under maintenance. This is the third time now in a week. How is it under maintenance for me an not anyone else or be under maintenance on my phone but i can sign in from my laptop an it goes right to the game with no problems.

This company took $38 28/8/16 from my acc I didn't buy anything and want my dam money back! Not happy at all!
Would like $38 in coins if I'm not reimbursed back in to my acc. Very disappointed slots

I went In today to play my games. I had over 4, 000, 000, 000. I now have nothing. I can't get it back. I had bought some of this money so I should get that money back. I have deleted the app and put it back on my phone. Still nothing! Please help!

my wsop has completely been wiped out on my tablet. everything, my picture, status points, $180, 000, 000 which I've made cash purchases on. my game levels. this all happened on 9/12/2017. my phone is [protected]. I need my tablet because it's larger then my phone for seeing. would you please make the repairs on my Lenovo tablet asap. thank you

I signed up for promotional called Way to Connect. It was supposed to keep my progress, play anywhere anytime, get free coins. What I ended up with was nothing I lost over 1200 elevation points, not sure how many dollars. In order to play the game I have to start all over again. I expect to get reimbursed or have my points reset. Enjoy the game

the big wins coins are not being added to the totals..last couple of days it was the bonus spins not being awarded..this is a scam

reported many times and still no resolution

no follow up on complaints, can only rate once
I deleted and downloaded the game again and still not resolved

I have a problem with the email Slotomania sign in. When I enter my email address and password the sign in button turns green. Then I click on the sign in button and nothing happens; Slotomania does not load. The sign in button does not appear to be active. I have not received any error message. I have not been able to sign in since 9/20/18.

Hi Slotomania keeps disconnecting ive lost billions of coins, Can yous plz fix this problem, im very upset as this is my favorite slots, I am a cancer patient in hospital, so I play this game alot, I would really appreciate yous fixing this problem.

The icon on the game "Slotomania" which represents "Gifts" is not lit up so I can neither receive nor send gifts.

I suggest that you evaluate how much your loyal customers spend and how much they win. The last drop for me was yesterday when my 30, 000 club points disappeared without getting the cash. I will delete the application but I demand to get back the cash first. I am officially done with slotmania. 8031434 is my user ID.

I have been playing slotomania with no issues until June 1, 2017. I keep getting a message that says "slotomania is not responding". I have tried to refresh and close out and go back to it, but nothing I do will get it to load.
I would like to be able to sign in and play!

was playing a tournament Mammoth Moolah and hit a big win and a Mega win and was not credited the wins at 4:50 pm central on 5/14 I should have won around 50 million instead only received 5 million

I bought 2 coin packages and never received my 2 packs of cards for the money u charge it would be nice to get something in return without sending in a complaint hoping I get a response

Have played this for over a year. Built up a little over $8 million. Now the game has locked up and will not launch. If I reinstall I will lose all the money. How can I get it to launch.
