SportScene.co.za review: service

I am not the person to lay complaints but the service I just received from bridge city sportscene was the worst ever I will never buy from them ever again, The first problem the store manager (Debs) had was that I presented a letter to buy and she asked me how long I have been in the company I told her she said she won't take the letter. I must have a cash card I explained to her that I did try to open the cash card they told me that I can't because I still have a balance on my normal foschini account..

And I was with my daughter we had to wait for 45minutes to get service from as she is the store manager, the lady by the name of Zinhle was very helpful she called customer service and then the purchase was gonna be done the second thing was I asked for a gift receipt as I was buying for my daughter and she doesn't live with me she had a problem with that and asked all kinds of questions and she was very very rude I have been buying from other stores they have never not once given me any problem..I am very disappointed in that store manager the way she treated me looks like she does that to every customer...
