I purchased a the Nike Air men's blue/yellow top on the 31 October 2019 only to be advised via via that the order has been canceled. Upon me calling the online support team I was told by one of the agents that when my order reached the warehouse the item was damaged. My question is who's fault is that because it resulted me having to re order the item. I would've loved to receive a call to confirm the above as the email is automated. I will never ever purchase from sportscene again! I suggest sportscene improves on providing a bit more information other than the email I received.

A friend who has an account with your shops bought me some Nike Size 5 slippers as a gift to myself. But unfortunately they do not fit me, they are small. I went back with them to the shop to exchange, together with the receipt. When I got there they turned me back since I had not brought the box, and only to then realize my house helper discarded of it unknowingly.
The manager from the shop, by the name of Khosi insisted they could not exchange without the box, company policy stipulates.
I am without the box, my bad. But the slippers are in perfect condition, not worn.
I am writing to ask for your intervention on the matter. I am stuck with slippers I cannot use, the shop did not have my size even. I could have exchanged with a t-shirt or something. Please help.

A sales assist, named Lulu and his colleague, from Sportscene Megacity - gave me a very rude attitude when we came to query about the cellphone we purchase because it was giving us issue since we started using it, it freezes now and then..
when receiving calls it's stuck on the caller screen. we ask her how long are we allowed to return it is it 7 days or 30 day and we also told her that we contacted Hi Cellular about the issue and they advise us to take the cellphone back to the shop, she just laughed us when we said that and her male colleague told us theirs no such thing.

A sales assist, named Kwezi, from Mall of Africa - gave me a very rude attitude and refused to assist when I wanted to enquirer about a product.
He didn't even show any remorse when the lady at the till called to apologize- instead he started making remarks as he walked away.
To top it off, when I walked out of the shop - he was still on the same trajectory. I don't believe rude salespersons are required at the shop as they actually deter potential spenders to complete their transactions.
May this matter/ individual be dealt with please.

Its the second time Ive been in this newly revamped store and overheard the manager reprimanding staff infront of customers. This is totaly unprofessional behaviour. Do they not have a office where they can talk. I have also been in retail for a number of years and this is the first time I have ever witnessed this. For a lady to act like a hooligan just because she is the manager is really unacceptable. These are human beings that have families to provide for not animals that can be shouted at as you see fit. I hope that this will open her eyes and that going forward she will treat staff as people
redbat jeans
I purchased a redbat jeans 3 months ago and found d after a few washes it started to fray. I have not had this problem with any of my other pairs of redbat jeans. I am very disappointed with the quality on this jean.

I am complaining about poor service if your going to open account
I applied sportscene account online then later on I submitted my documents via email and whatsapp . What is annoying is that they keeping sending messages that emphasize that I must submit my documents to the nearest sportscene store. I went to sportscene in West street Durban for assistance but they failed to assist me instead they told me that I should wait however they keep on sending messages that says I must submit my documents or else my account will expire.. Sportscene management in West street Durban they all have bad attitudes towards customers the reason why I'm saying this is due to the fact that they failed to assist me regarding this matter even they I'm clueless because they failed to assist me. I'm really disappointed about this phenomenal.

I have account with Sportscene in which I made full payment on the first of March 2019 in Accornhoek Mall, in Mpumanga, Bushbuckridge . After making full payment, I have not purchased anything. I was surprised to receive SMSs and Telephone calls, from your employees requesting that I should pay the due amount owed. I have explained to them for number of times that I have not purchased anything ever since i paid the Account in full, however they keep on calling.
I have tried to unsubscribe for Magazine that i was told that i subscribed and i need to pay for. When making a full payment in march I signed a form in Accornhoek Mall Sportscene store, which the Cashier explained to me that after signing it, the Magazine will be unsubscribed.
After all the attempts i made to unsubscribe and/or terminate the Account Agreement in order to avoid the to pay for debts that i dont know, i didn't suceed. It's very unfair for me to pay for things i don't kno, especially when i paid in full and did not purchase anything. I feel like this does not goes in line with the Credit Agreement Act and Consumer Protection Rights Act.

I am so dissatisfied in youre policies regarding youre warranty for Nike sneakers. I like buying quality clothing. I expect a pair of Nikes to last me 2-3 years. I purchased a pair of 270 Nike 1st November 2018.June month I noticed that im walking uncomfortable not knowing the buble burst. I have been up and down to various stores not getting any help. I was advised to return to the store where I purchased. To my disgrace this one guy told me I can use a bicycle pump and just pump the bubble up back. That being said are you then not 1 of the most quality product stores how the hell can this happen. I am so disgraced and I am going to the papers with this because who the hell tells a customer that. I feel like closeing my account also. I still have a pair of flux that I bought 2016 and is still in a good condition. At the moment my expectation for Nike has dropped as well as Sportscene.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.

I went to table bay mall in cape town saturday 22 june to buy a jordan sneaker.
Problem was, the guy that was helping me couldnt scan the box that has that sneaker apparenlty the sneaker was in a wrong box. I waited for 30minutes while they were busy trying to find this code. Eventually I got tired and it was already late 7pm, they`ve promised to call me back the next day and I left my contact details.
Next day nobody contacted me, I had to call the store by myself twice the next day but still each and everytime I call someone will ask me for contact details but no help. Today its monday I havent received any call from the store. This is not the 1st time incident. But my problem is how can you sell sneaker with a wrong a box at the 1st place. Please assit me I still need the sneaker
air max 720 sneakers
Hi, I purchased a pair of Air Max 720, I used the sneakers 3 times, after using the sneakers I was experiencing pain on my left Toe, it is very uncomfortable. Please advise me. I own 5 pairs of Nikes and never did I experience anything of this sort. Good day, I bought converse sneakers last September and about a month I noticed that every time I wear the with secret socks the always come out with a bit of dust. I noticed there's a hole right below my toes.. I went to the Randburg square store today (01/03/2019) where I bought them and was told to come back later cause the guy who deals with that will come in later.. I would like to lay a formal complaint about the Floor assistance in Gateway store
I Nompumelelo Mkhize came to the store this morning 25/01/2019 around about 11 clock was looking for a Redbat dress .. However they did not have my size so I then asked one of the Floor assistance her name was KIM SHONGWENI ... She totally ignored me and walked away saying HER SHIFT HASNT STARTED YET ... I then went to another guy who was really helpful and he even checked other stores if they had my size, , I told this guy what had happened of which I think he then asked this lady why did she ignore me... This lady came running to me stopped me by the door hence I was leaving the shop and she was very rude she asked me why did I tell the guy that she ignored me I answered her by asking if DID YOU HELP ME YES or NO again she said her shift had not started ... She answered and said I WAS DRUNK and started swearing in isiZulu.
I called my friends Samkelisiwe Sishi and Desree Allen who were already outside the shop and went straight to the till asked for a manager the manager came told him what has happened . While speaking to the manager KIM SHONGWENI (the staff) came and again became so aggressive she even said in front of the manager that I was CRAZY
We were so upset and disappointed to be told by a floor assistance that we were DRUNK and STUPID CRAZY in front of a store manager, staff and other customers.
We work around Gateway Mall and people were walking pass looking at us like Dizzy crazy people.
I personally feel that my dignity had been crushed down and I will be spreading the word and make sure my team knows about this because I was so disappointed.
I understand her shift had not started but the fact that she was on the floor wearing her uniform she should've helped us or appointed someone else to help.

I am very dissatisfied with Sportscene N1 city Cape Town I purchased a pair of kiddies sneakers but it was to small I returned it to Sportscene Vangate Mall and they did not have the size I want they checked the system and saw there is 2 of that size @ N1 City and 1 @ Canal Walk first I called many times and no answer @ both stores eventually N1 picked up and I spoke to a guy his name is Lee he said they do have but that is for a customer I then asked when will the customer collect he said next week, now at this same store I asked them to keep. pair of sneakers for me and they said they can only keep it for 24hours, so I explained this to him and he sarcasticly asked me ma'am do you want the shoes and I said yes upon saying that he said come fetch the shoe I drove all the way there and when I got there I explained this to the girl at the till she asked this Lee guy and he said he never answered the telephone...then the manager (Lynne)shouted in a very rude manner the shoes at the back is an IBT and then we never saw her again for a manager she was not friendly @ all😩...I'm very unhappy by the way they treat customers I mean really now we paying for what we want!😞

I am at port shepstone/shelly centre sportscene right now I am looking for nike air force 1 for women brown colour size 3 which is displayed but they telling me that they can't find the other 3 that goes with the one that is displayed and the other person yesterday wanted it and they also couldn't help her, when I try to buy it online still they don't have size 3 . I went to buy a pair of shoe for my boyfriend and i asked one of the staff weather i can change it if the shoe don't fit they reply was yes within 30 days about 2 hours later my boyfriend went to store and asked to return the shoe for a smaller size
He was asked so any questions by the management and they said they can't change the shoe for other size cause the shoe was being wored first of all the shoe didn't even fit my boyfriend i purchase the shoe as a gift and gave it to him to take home n fit he wasn't present at the time i purchased it
The manager also mentioned to us that its there store and her rules
which manager speaks to they customers in that way
Its not like its our first pair of shoes that we purchased at this store we being buying from it for many years

I went to one sportscene in Johannesburg Park Central. I wanted to buy two leggings. One nike and one Adidas for my daughter. Then i was told by one of the workers at the till that "NRCS" cards don't work. Which was surprising because it wasn't my first time using my game card to purchase at any sportscene..i never had problems.
I asked for the manager and she had a very nasty attitude towards me telling me that they dont work with "NRCS" cards. I didn't appreciate her behaviour towards me and i would like file a complain. And something should be done immediately.
