Shoe not arriving
Good day. I have since got a sneaker as a present on the 27th of August. It was a size bigger, so I returned it and I was told an IBT was made from Vaal to Mafikeng and I'd get the shoe soon. I have still not gotten the shoe even today. I'm stressed

The stitches were coming out and the color was fading so I decided to return them at the store for an exchange because I didn't have the receipt so I couldn't ask for a refund. The guy who was assisting refused to assist and he doesn't know the reason why I bought the shoes from the first place. I tried to ask them for reprint and they still refused. So I don't know what to do anymore because I feel that you failing me. Please assist

Good day on Saturday 11 July I went to Sportscene Van der Walt, Pretoria to collect my account card which I applied for and I was forced to buy staff that clean sneakers which I didn't want the cashier forced me to buy Sneaker lab Wipes saying I won't be able to use my card if I don't buy. When I was applying for the account I was not informed about having to buy them

Poor quality Nike sneaker
Good day I bought a ladies Nike Air plus about just over 2 years ago online from Sportscene of which I dont wear daily but the fabric on both sides of sneaker started to break.Whats very unsetting the sole everything is still new just the fabric is starting to break and its obvious to the eye. The cashier at the till told me at the time already this sneaker is problematic because everyone is returning it but I just couldn't believe it.Now I'm experiencing the same. Please help its very discouraging if you pay alot of money and you dont get your monies worth.

I bought a few items at a sportscene store diamond Pavilion in Kimberly without fitting, I got home fitted and I wasn't happy with how they fitted me so I decided to take them back, because I couldn't get to the store that I bought them I decided to rather take them back to another sportscene store in phakamile mabija street in Kimberly and the cashiers there refused to help me saying that I should take them back to the store that I bought them at and I explained to them that this isn't the first time I do something like that and they insisted that they can't help me

Nike Air 2090
Last week I bought a Nike 2090 from the voucher I got after complaining about the Jordan I bought at Sportscene Canal Walk.
I chose the shoe as it looked very nice with the wite netting infront and it was the most comfortable shoes I ever wore.
Since I bought it last week, I wore the shoe twice. Only to the mall and to work, which is in an office. The net of the Nike is starting to rip. This is a big problem as the one rip can lead to many.
It's very frustrating as I just returned a Jordan that broke in front from the same store.

I was mistreated by a guy at Vryheid shop around 16:30, he made fun of me as I in the shop saying I was there to sell scones. I was offended with what he said, I even went closer to hear him properly. The other guys were al laughing at me.I was heartbroken, I didn't even buy what I intended to buy. I work at Clients Services at my company, and I know the importance of customers. What he did was very rude, and not called for. I request an apology from him.

I bought a pair of shoes on Saturday. The shoes were too big so I went to exchange them today. The size 4 was too small and the size 5 was too big. So I told the lady I don't want the shoes anymore.
The store could not refund me cash as they didn't have enough money in the till. The lady then gave me a gift card. I told her I don't want a gift card. She said she can't reverse the transaction.
I no longer want the shoes and now I'm forced to have this voucher or shoes I don't want.
This is terrible service. I am stuck with a voucher and they force me to buy something I don't want by giving me this voucher.

Jordan sneaker
I bought the Jordan about 5 months ago. I thought Jordan was a good quality long lasting shoe hence the reason for purchase.
The top part of the sneaker in front of the shoe is coming off the bottom part.
Please bare in mind that I wear this shoe 3-4 times a week max. I've never played any sport in this shoe as well.
This is the first time buying a Jordan and I assumed it was a quality shoe. I'm not sure who is at fault here. But I bought it at Sportscene a reputable company.
Is this normal?

I bought a Adidas running Trac for ladies at Acornhoek sportscene on the 20/03/2021 when I get home i waer it drived to Thulamahashe pick n pay my partner told me my legin got a hole at the back in very disappointed how can a legin I both for R500.00 less than 2 hours have hole... I'm not happy coz It's happening for second time with this Adidas legins the first red one I bought it did the some while driving to hartbeespoort after buying it in January small hole at the back it opened I made peace with it and yesterday I bought different color some things again happened I don't blame the staff members but the product it self have disappointed me... My name is Mantombu kubheka, I recently bought a mobile phone at sportscene chiss Hani mall vosloorus the exact date is the 26th February 2021.
I'm not sure about the staff names that were on shift but they were excellent. They gave the best service. First dont fones that much but the guy who looked like their manager was patient in explaining to me about the fone I wanted to buy. He looked busy but he stopped what he was about to do and explained to me everything to detail. There was also a guy who went to the back to check and get the fone oncei decided to buy it he was very friend and will help.
Tha lady whose a cashier sealed the deal for me she was very very very friendly and because some questions I forgot to ask the first guy she also answered and patiently so.
As someone who provides serve I myself I am really motivated to go back to work and give the service I got from sportscene Chris Hani mall. Do you know getting a smile under a smile is very scares but I got all three smile. What ever you are giving your staff plz don't stop its gonna work for the best. I appreciate the service I got from them.

Am not happy with the service I received, I bought a mobile phone y7p at Sport scene in Menlyn, they never gave me a form to fill in after 4 days screen cracked, I took a phone to Huawei for repair but they advised me to go and get a form from sportscene because there was a 100 days special for free screen rapair, service was horrible, I did my investigations to my surprise all TFG's stores they have a form why not them
I am complaining about the company called Nation Sport wear which claim to be a division of Sport scene
In UKZN PMB campus we have a company by Nation Sport Wear these people are scamming students by selling fake sneakers and sport wear by a huge amount of money, they claim that their items are supplied by Sport Scene and the owner of the company claim to be an ambassador of Sport scene. We tried reporting this to Sport scene at PMB town but no action we now start to think this story of Nation Sport Wear selling fake clothes is true. I have proof that this company is selling fake good at the price of sport scene and claim to work hand in hand with sport scene. The name of the owner of nation sport wear is Maqhawe Mawela. I can also provide pictures of him and fake goods and where he claim that he is from Sport scene we are very sad about this matter.

Kindly assist as I have laybye shoes at sportscene south gate an airforce white boots but when we went to pick up the order the shoe was changed to a size 5 as we took size 4 we wanted 3 but they had size 4.. Since the 24th of december we been looking to get a size 4 or 3... Till today kindly assist we been going to jabulani mall for them to check other stores but we cant find 3 of 4

Alberton city shop
We visited the shop today 20 Jan 21, only to find that there are nobody top assists, one behind til ignore us, I asked him if there is any assistance whistle and another employee came from the possibly store room, busy on his phone, also ignoring us.
Well with COVID-19 large quantity of shops closing, employees losing their jobs, this is what will happen here, if they do not want to assist get people that are willing to work and look after your customers.
This shop lost a big sale today, look like they can afford it, I took my business to the opposition and their service was great.
I will never support any sport serene shops or any of their group and will spread the word not to support the Alberton city shop.

Faulty jbl t110 earphones

My name is Lyle Europa and recently I purchased a pair of very cool JBL wired earphones from your Sportscene store in the Golden Acre in Cape Town CBD. I was super excited upon the purchase because I am a musician and needed the best quality earphones of which I could afford at the time.
I purchased these earphones for r240. When I purchased it I was late for a very important meeting and left the packaging with the staff of the store and I misplaced the receipt. When I put the jack in my phone for the first time it would constantly drop the volume of my phone... It has become very frustrating to constantly push the volume up every 5 seconds.
I'm honestly not angry at all... But I am disappointed that when I went to the store to find out what I can do in my situation, with no longer having my receipt and after leaving the packing with the staff, they just completely had a bit of an attitude and didn't give me any advice further or nothing as to what I can do to resolve my issue. When I purchased nobody explained that I should keep the packaging incase of a return or refund or repair... I just feel that retail staff should discern and have a bit of empathy in certain situations and really have a heart for people while working in a customer service environment.
I just recently got hijacked and shot through my chest and almost died! I lost everything that I worked so hard for when they hijacked me from my car, phone and laptop and I can't afford to lose r240 just like that.
Is there anything that someone can do to possibly help in this regard?

I have made an online purchase at Sportscene on the 2nd Oct and waited for my order for long until I made couple of calls enquiring about the status of my order and was given a run around. On the 20th Oct I called customer service again and was told that the delivery car has been hijacked on the very same day and they will give me a refund even though the item was still on sale online an on stock. I am still waiting for my refund even now and no communication has been sent to me. I am very disappointed at their service do not think I can recommend anyone to buy from them online as this is not the first time I got the bad service from them.
I orderd clothes from sportscene on the 27th of november.. even now i've not received my parcel they sent me a msg on the 2nd of dec saying that I will receive my order before 5pm since then I have not received my order
