Hiboost cellphone
Hi im complaing about your cellphone service which is manufactured by you guys tfg I bought a hiboost cellphone on my account in september 2020 I had for 2 months I had problem with it, it was not coming on. I had taken it in to sportscene liberty mall, their feed back was I must pay for a phone to be returned which was under warranty and guarantee and my phone is not been fixed and they stated they cannot fix so up to to now I am still paying for the phone which I dont have.
Desired outcome: I would like my phone to be replaced since it was warranty and guarantee

All stars shoes
Good day, I have a complain for sports scene Mall of the North. I went there to get an All star size six today. The lady who was assisting me said that she had the all star but she can’t sell it to me because the colleague from other store wanted it. I don’t mind that the colleague wanted it but my problem was the colleague only said he wants it for tomrrow and I needed it today right there. I’m very disappointed with the stuff because I’m a very loyal customer of sportscene. So which means I should have been prioritised. Or the lady should have said they don’t have it, than for me not to get it because of such reasons.
Online Shopping
Ordered a takkie for a special event for my hubby, never received the order instead we were given a run around, wasting our airtime calling sportscene and RTT, Also wasted our petrol going to the store(sportscene springs mall) receiving the worst attitude on top of all that. I worked hard for that money what's worse we are the ones who have to keep contacting them after a week trying to receive our takkie they are telling us that it is missing. Hayi shame the first and last time I am ever using your stupid online shopping
Desired outcome: An apology with a voucher but nop I was just promised my cash back if I will even receive that.

My experience with this employee is always poor. The interaction is cold and repore is sarcastic. There is no friendliness envolved. The employee name is Jolene at the George garden route mall. I am an
account holder. If this is not adressed I will change my account from Sportscene to one of the other TFG stores.

I have a complaint about sportscene in Cape gate who don't want to return my stuff because I don't have a receipt, I asked them to put it on gift card they refused and told me to call the store I bought it from and request a slip. So disappointed because I buy clothes buy you guys the manager name(Megan/Taylin).
Desired outcome: I want a give card so I can buy something else

I'd like to lay a complaint about the staff at Pavillion mall, westville in KZN. Specifically the ladies at the cash desk, they are very rude and don't know how to talk to customers. Today was the second time I was rudely spoken to by one of the ladies at the cash desk. Hence I decided to cancel my layby that I had with them, and I'll be going to a different branch for a better service.
I'm very disappointed in the manner customers are treated at sportscene pavilion mall.
Lost sim card
I'm one of your customers I wanna lay a complaint on one of your store which is park Central at Johannesburg. Bear in mind not all customers have attitude some of us were are friendly. I came to your shop regarding my sim card which I lost so I can't do a sim swap as it was advice to me since my sim card was registered in you contract .so I asked for an assistant to them the only answered I got was we don't deal with phones only clothes. So I asked for the name of the supervisor and I was sent to this other guy up until I asked for the name then I was sent to the store manager which she helped.
Desired outcome: Train your stuff and please try by all means to deal with that supervisor of he is actually a supervisor
ASIC sneaker
Went to sportscene In waterfront today, asked for a specific shoe (which I showed) the guy from a picture I had of it. He told me they don't have stock of it, I went to the ASICS wall and found the sneaker on it. I asked him to get me a size 9 and I was sold a size 10 instead.
Inconveniencing me, I now have to go back to the store tomorrow to go get the correct size.

Airforce Nike
On the 30th Oct I made a layby at Sportscene Somerset Mall for Adidas and Nike sneakers for my 2 girls.
Black Friday came and I found a cheaper Adidas sneaker online. I went to the shop on the 4th Dec to cancel both sneakers and only purchase the Nike sneaker. To my surprise the sneaker has been sold to another customer.
WTH man, I wasted money for travel and this is what I got.

I am disappointed at the store and the Assistant Manager promised to call me as they have ordered the sneaker, but still waiting. And I will have to travel again to Somerset mall which a return is 200

I'm very annoyed by the customer service I got from sportscene .
Last night my husband ordered me a sneaker online, its for my birthday an he chose the wrong sneaker an size . The one I wanted was the orange one, an it was also on promotion R854 ( full price was R1899)
I just wanted to exchange the one he ordered to the orange one below in the picture, it was the same price same sneaker .
I went to sportscene tygervalley an asked the manager if I could exchange for the one I want since they have my size an the one I want he said no .
I then called customer service they told me the same thing, what I can't understand both was on promotion for the SAME PRICE, its the same sneaker, how can't they help me, I mean It's bad customer service, I am upset I don't think I'll ever buy by sportscene again .
I also work in retail an I mean we do everything to satisfy our customers an make sure they get what they want . I'm disgusted by the service I got .
I am complaining about the service I got from one of the worker at sportsmen in sunnypark
I went to buy a shirt at sportscene in sunnypark today, one of the workers by the name sydwell saw me touching the clothes, he asked if I want to buy or I'm just checking only and I said "what kind of question is that".He aggressively said "I am not your boyfriend ", started insulting me and he even threatened to slap me.It's like the guy came with his issues at work, please teach your workers customer service.
Never answer their phones and putting shoe aside and there is a limited stock esaside es aside for customers
I called for a shoe because it showed online that sportscene gateway has stock when I called to ask for the shoe they told me I can't purchase it because it was set aside for another customer which was due to come and if the person dont come I have to call back the next day I have been calling Saturday, Monday and Tuesday they never pick up I called your branch I Galleria and they are trying to assist me they even called and said gateway is not picking up and also gateway was suppose to send another sneaker for me to Galleria which I am still awaiting for because we cant get hold of the store landline the Sales ladies at Galleria is trying so hard to help me they even said they will try and get the staff in gateway cellphone numbers... does the stores not have emails. Can I ask that you cancel my jewellery insurance, I have since asked that it be cancelled but still no justice, I went to a sterns shop in Mafikeng after my house was robbed to replace a police watch but till today it's like no one bothers to assist, who knows if they submitted my forms or not so,
Please can it be cancelled as there is no use for it, instead it's increasing my debt with the account.

Iv been paying my account every month bt always there's additional charges and one of them I'm getting charged for months is for a soccer premium magazine subscription that I have never subscribed too I called you guys multiple times including from one of your stores, you guys gave me reference numbers and told me you'll are going to sort it out and credit my account by the time I get my next statement it's been more than enough time and still nothing has been sorted out, when I called customer care, twice they cut the call on me, you guys are wasting my time and money and on top of that committing fraud I been trying to sort this out for months I sent an email, called and been to the one of your stores too but still nothing is happening,
Also if you guys claim I subscribed to the subscription then why did I not receive the benefits that come with the subscription, hack I never even get the magazine yet iv been getting charged for it for months so please sort this out because Its becoming frustrating.

I went to sportscene Bloem plaza to enquire about my laybuy and I was rudely assisted by their manager. I asked her if I were able to pay my laybuy in full then change the item and instead of giving me information she rudely told me that I should come back when the lights are on and when I asked her when she thinks that will be she said, quite "I don't work at Eskom how will I know" I left the store without being assisted or offered help. I am very disappointed in their service.

Today myself and family went out for the day.. got to Sportscene in Liberty Promenade Mitchells Plain and my daughter saw this pair of Air Jordan 1 White Green and Yellow in color size 10.. it was the last pair and i wanted to lay buy it and get it out on monday when i get paid.. i only had R500 on me and wanted to put that down as deposit but the staff there told me that i couldnt lay buy it coz it must first be launched and it came in a week ago amd long stories.. this is the first time that i heard of something like this.. i didnt still want to argue with the staff any longer and cancelled a previous lay buy i had and left..
Desired outcome: To get to lay buy those shoes for my daughter and that the staff learn hkw to treat a customer and not look at his clothes and decide i cant afford a item

My brother bought me a Jean for my birthday in March 2020. The same day I wore it, it ripped by its self... so my brother took it back the day after telling them the Jean just ripped they said they couldn't take it back cause I ripped it myself but it literally ripped by itself... So I got it fixed by someone else since Sportscene was no help but it still ripped after that... So my anti who's is fashion saw and said they used old Jean material that has been just laying for a while witch can easy rip but I haven't gone back and it only got worse
Desired outcome: To get a new Jean cause the Jean was expensive I could only wear it once or twice cause it just kept ripping

I have just opened a new account and as I was informed that I can only shop online after 3 months, which i understand. On Tuesday the 28/09 I went to sportscene kroonstad branch and asked the gentleman who was assisting me to complete an IBT for me, I gave him product codes for all 6 items that I needed. I then left the shop as I was not going to wait for him to call all branches were he can possibly find these items and obviously he was also busy so I was hoping that he will complete my order when he is no longer that busy as looking at the branch tempo there were clients to be assisted, meaning I was actually being considerate. Today I went to see if the items have arrived but I was told that there is nothing on the system, either the gentleman did not attend to my request or ...this is really inconveniencing.
His name is Kgomotso I think, they call him KG.
