on the 21st of December 2019 i was @ spotscene orange farm mall to exchange the pants that were damaged, when i got there i spoke to a guy who works there that im here to exchange the pants and he just pointed me to the tills and he gave me this irritated face, i got there and qued and he was called in for authorization as he is superior and he got there and spoke to the lady who was assisting me asked the lady " where did she buy this pants" he asked the lady not me while i was right there and the lady answered. he asked again " where is the slip as there is no slip why ddnt she bring the slip along" that's when i lost it and asked him y r u not asking me coz im right here, and y is it that u have such negative attitude towards me ? i asked him is this how he treats customers coz i got here with no drama but im given attitude he kept on giving me his attitude answers then the other guy who was on the tills apologized on his behalf as he walked away and said nothing but took the pants, i asked for his name and was not given i then told him that im gonna report him coz was completely dissatisfied by his service and that's the reason y im doing it so that he doesn't do it to others and so that i can still be able to walk in store without the fear of being treated like a non human being. my contact numbers [protected] for feedback
