I have yet to receive my auto insurance refund of $342.74.
Agent claims a check were first sent to me on September 6, 2024,
then again on October 25, 2024 after I complained not receiveing the first check.
Complained to the main state farm company.
They say its the agent's responsibility.
Be warned.
Stay away.
If you have a policy with them, pay by the month.
You will much better off in the long run
Claimed loss: $342.74Plus the time wasted.
Desired outcome: Way over due refund of $342.74 to be returned UPS next Day Air, Fed Exor DHL.

What is the point.
When I requested I transfer from their Union, NJ agent to agent KLEIN in Kenilworth,
I was assigned an agent in Cherry Hill, NJ over an hour away.
State Farm corporate ignored 2 certified return receipt letters to make the change.
I am done with state farm corporate and there agent KLEIN.
I should have dropped them then.
The agent KLEIN called me back upon becoming aware of my complaint, but still no refund.
I have already filed complaints with the New Jersey State Insurance department.
I want my money, not ping pong between state farm corporate and their agent KLEIN.
From September 2024 to December 2024 and still waiting.
Perhaps Santa Claus will surprise me on Christmas.
Send in a formal written complaint to the corporate headquarters of State Farm and direct them to take actions against the agent. Include the specific policy measures held and communication means proof. If the response is not satisfactory, escalate the matter to your state's insurance department for assistance.
