State Farm review: Racial discrimination, defamation of character, bad faith and breach of contract

It is essential that we collectively endeavor to make this video go viral to ensure that it gets the attention it rightly deserves.

In addition to the appalling robbery, I was erroneously denied business insurance coverage, resulting in a severe impact on my livelihood. Regrettably, my character was defamed within the community, and false accusations of criminal activity were publicly disseminated. Shockingly, derogatory remarks were even made about my appearance during court proceedings, which were designed to undermine my legitimate claim. Their description of my attire as "braggadocious" describing my clothing as "loud" as well as "wearing a bunch of jewelry" and cited accessories were clearly an attempt to discredit me unjustly and paint a picture falsely accusing me as to having something to do with this awful crime against my own business. State Farm's representation also published these defamatory comments about my appearance which had absolutely nothing to do with the claim or the nature of the incident on public documents! This is what is documented as their reason for denial of this legitimate insurance claim.

Over the span of a year, I diligently submitted the requested documents, only to face ongoing stalling tactics from the insurance company, culminating in the ultimate denial of my claim. Despite the absence of any substantiating evidence or proof against me, I was treated as a criminal instead of a victim. It is important to note that my record holds no criminal history, and I maintain a clean driving record, as verified by a comprehensive background check. Furthermore, I am a licensed minister registered with the state of Ohio, a certified tax preparer, and a recognized notary agent in Lucas County.

To compound the distressing situation, law enforcement officials arrived at my establishment significantly delayed, despite timely notifications from my alarm company. Upon their arrival, I was subjected to fingerprinting and an interrogation that further eroded both my business and personal dignity. This sequence of events is truly astonishing and warrants immediate attention.

Throughout this entire ordeal, numerous rights of mine have been compromised, and it is disheartening to witness the utter neglect and mistreatment I have endured at the hands of this company. I am determined to have this matter resolved in a court of law, not only to establish my innocence but also to safeguard my professional reputation, which has been unjustly tarnished by the actions of State Farm. Please be reminded that our first course of action did not include the racial derogatory experience that this action will include with evidence to prove these course of events.
