Stop & Shop review: Pharmaceutical in stop and shop pittsfield mass merrill road

I am writing to you in hopes you can fix the stop and shop on Merrill road in Pittsfield. They are a complete mess! I am picking my meds up today (if they ever come in and get filled I’ve been waiting since Monday). And leaving this pharmacy like my other family members and some friends have because of the disaster unfolding with our meds. First of all every single time we go in there there is new staff. The turn over is insane. So no one truly gets to know you like they have in previous years. In fact pjs favorite lady left and I don’t blame her!

All of my family members are on meds so we rely on stop and shop to fill the prescriptions like any other pharmacy. We are constantly receiving texts saying the meds are filled and ready for pick up (We show up we don’t live close.) and the meds are NOT filled nor are they even in the store. How do they run out of meds? My husband is on heart meds for blood pressure. My oldest has IBS and is miserable and needs his meds.

Our youngest has a rare disease and needs his meds daily but yet they are never in store so here we are waiting for meds for my family members. Then sometimes we pick up and one med will be for a month and another would be for filled for three months. Why can’t everything be on the same page like it was. I’m not sure what stop and shop did to change that up.

Then we are constantly get deleted off of automatic refill. So now we have to call them all in and doing that is a nightmare in itself. Please help them out. They need help. They need a strong manager as Alex isn’t a great one. And the people working the register are clueless. I don’t think anyone is trained proper and we rely on these meds to love a normal daily life. It’s very scary we can’t rely on them. We will be switching to market 32 for a better experience regarding pharmaceuticals. You have a disaster on your hands and it’s pretty scary watching it unfold in front of our eyes.
