My son purchased the wrong kind of card to match his new phone he got. I was on a live chat for a half an hour to find this out. Then when I asked if the money would be put back on the card the customer service ended the chat. The $35 is on a phone that doesn't work. Apparently my son purchased the wrong kind of sims card at least that's what the customer service rep said.
