The 2 orders I placed with them which were for over $300 each, were utter disasters! Firstly they took over 2 months to even ship them, though in the order email they promised the items would be shipped in 7 days. And when they finally arrived, the items were very poorly made and unwearable and were completely not true to the sizing listed on their website. And when I had to even pay out of my pocket to return them back with USPS tracking to the Unpaid Return label they sent me with a Return Address, they are now claiming that they'd no idea about receiving them back, when it's clearly updated in the tracking info that they'd been delivered to them over a week back. And newsflash, the return address they provided "20515 E Walnut dr N walnut, ca 91789" is listed as a Major Scammer when you google it! So beware, this company will tempt you by delivering only the first order maybe exactly as promised, and the moment you spend any more money on them they will start scamming you high and low.

This is absolutely ridiculous that this site gets away with scamming people. This site is so fake, making it look like they have quality products and they are from the US. They even go as far as to make some comments in their FAQs that they have fulfillment in North America so again not making it appear that they are from China. I don't normally leave reviews, but I am done with the consumer scams. To top it all off, I saw 1 of the exact same dresses on Amazon for $30.00 dollars cheaper. I am not letting this go, I am taking this all the way to the news if needed. I purchased @200.00 dollars worth of dresses, when I say cheap that would be an understatement. I had NO idea this was in China. They do everything in their power to make it appear that these are US products and the site show it that way. From my understanding, the merchant is supposed to make it clear when sending from China, but when I tell you this purposely hidden, believe me when I say. I had to send several e-mails and even called the number they have posted boldly on the site. Well, no one answers the number. They try to make it seems like you can get in contact with someone, but you cant, you just get voicemail. This is robbery in the highest form and when I say everything about this experience is horrible. It is everything. If you buy from them just expect to get slapped in the face.. The consumer is truly being mislead and I have had enough. Even though I knew I was being mistreated, I still tried to work with this scam, just to move it along. So once I found out they were in China, I wanted to see if we can work something out. First I called, left a message. No answer or return call. Than I sent an e-mail where I even asked them if they would be willing to split the cost of shipping with me, since again there is no way for me to know that the fulfillment of the products were in China and I would have to pay this astronomical amount of money to ship. Of course they said 'no" and indicated that shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Well I was completely aware of that and it was not a problem. But one small detail, I did Not know you were in China and you made sure I didn't. Now most of this is principle because I am really tired of the consumer being treated like trash when the merchants are not providing the consumer with the proper knowledge so they can make a decision. They should show how the real dresses look like other sites. Then if people want to buy they will know. They should make it Visually clear where they are from. Let me be clear, I would Not have purchased 1 item if I knew they fulfilled from China. That is why I say knowing that information is important. I am not letting this go. Its unfair and I have had enough.

missing shipment
I ordered 3 dresses from StyleWe. I waited for a confirmation receipt and tracking number. After waiting for the confirmation I decided to contact Customer Service. I was given an "Invalid" tracking number with FedEx. I emailed Customer Service again and let them know the tracking wasn't correct. They offered another tracking number. The new tracking number said "Delivered in San Francisco" 2 weeks before. The name of recipient of the package is not listed or tracked. I did not receive my package. PayPal is going with the "Delivered to San Francisco" status. I'm out $136.00 and someone in "San Francisco" or FedEx/USPS/Porch Pirate has made out with some nice dresses if they were ever mailed out in the first place. I emailed Customer Service to ask for a re-shipment of the items, they stopped returning my emails. I thought PayPal would assist me with Buyer Protection and they didnt. I had a scam feeling about how nice the items I ordered would be and I feel I got scammed on the shipping method they use.

I ordered two size 2 dresses at the same time. One fits perfectly, and the other is too small. How is anyone to know what size to order when the sizing is not consistent. Their solution was to giving me a $10.00 cash refund or $13.00 store credit on a $66.00 dress. I was excited to have found this website and was planning on ordering many more items in the future, but after this experience, I feel it would be extremely foolish on my part. If you can't try on clothing before buying, you should be able to exchange or return the item for a full refund. Once they have your money your stuck with it whether it doesn't fir or you don't like it.

I have seen some positive comments on different review sites about StyleWe. However, they are obviously fake due to the poor grasp of English. Honestly, I learned so much from this experience. There is nothing on the website telling shoppers the company is located in China and a single return will cost $50! This is a horrible company. I considered myself lucky to only be out $85 and I will never again buy from a site that doesn't offer free returns.

I bought two items from StyleWe in August. They were awful--shoddily made, small, ugly fabric. I tried to return them and found out that they needed to be shipped to China. StyleWe offered me a 20% discount on another purchase. I had no confidence that anything I bought from them would be any better.
After two months of angry arguing with them, I received a return label. It cost me an additional $32 dollars to send the package to China, and USPS does not guarantee delivery.
October, November, December--now the package "is lost." I should check with my carrier. I hope my credit card will investigate this scam.

I have been contacting StyleWe for 3 days trying to get a return label. I have had no response even though they say they will get back to you in 24 hours. I want to return my item ASAP! The phone number they provide is nothing more than leaving a message. And I have send numerous emails. It's wrong not to respond in a timely manner to a customer.

They have the nerve to not reimburse for the shipping costs when it came late.on top of that I selected another dress first and the purchase went through only to be told days later it was sold out. I purchased over $200 in clothing from StyleWe...looked fabulous on the website. What I received was substandard and super small. I requested a return label and received the return label and instructions, paid over $30 to return in early July 2018. By August, the status was still "in transit". I emailed the company in October (and was sent a screen shot of the status -- which 2 months later was still, "in transit"). I was offered 30% of my total or 35% store credit. As I review this website, it is clear that I am not alone. I'd like a reasonable refund. Most companies require a 15-25% restocking fee -- not 70%!

This experience with StyleWe has been the most frustrating online purchase ever. I ordered 6 dresses and paid an additional $32 for expedited shipping, stating that the shipment would be received in 5-7 business days. I needed them for an event. They did refund me $20 of the $32 expedited shipping, stating that the first dress arrived on time, even though it came 3 weeks later. The first dress did not arrive until 3 weeks later, with the others arriving in the following 4-7 weeks after the order. Once received, the dresses were all of very poor quality and terrible fabric. I submitted a request for a refund. I was informed I would need to ship the items back to China in order to obtain a refund. This information is never disclosed in advance and they try to persuade you to not return the items and instead offer a discount on future purchases. I have had countless emails with them, phone calls are never returned, except with an email. I paid $67.00 to ship the dresses back to China. Two months later after shipping the package, they are telling me that they never received the goods, but the USPS states the package is at customs in China and was never picked up and they hear about this all the time. I have now opened a case with the USPS. I am looking for a refund of the full purchase price of $344.76, remaining expedited shipping costs of $12 and the cost to ship the items back to China $67.60, due to the fact that that is an unreasonable business practice.

I placed several orders with stylewe, but need to return all the dresses because nothing fit and the quality was substandard. Nobody has contacted me on where to return my items and receive a refund. I have contacted the phone number [protected] several times leaving my order numbers and asking for mailing and refund information and received no call back or email information on the address to return my items. This has been frustrating and infuriating and leads me to believe I am being taken advantage of in the worst possible way i.e. they will keep my money and not allow me to return my items at all! refunds for sandals which only lasted a day before they broke.
I ordered a pair of sandals on Monday the 10th of September, which took an incredibly long time to even be processed, so I tried to cancel the order. This wasn't possible according to a reply by email. I went away on holiday without the shoes, and they were delivered after I returned. This wasn't even processed until after September the 27th.
When they arrived, they were very poor quality, so I filled out the returns forms, stating that the stiches were loose near the big toe! You have tried every trick in the book not to have these shoes returned, including offering a 15% refund, then a 25% refund, which I reluctantly accepted, Due to you saying it was down to ME to return them!
AND I due was for major surgery on October the 9th and I could do without this aggravation, so I very reluctantly said send me the 25% refund, which has NEVER been refunded.
I wore the shoes to hospital, literally walked into the department, took them off, and walked back out again 2 days later wearing them, they had already fallen apart in those two short trips of around 100metes each., NOT where the initial stitches had been lose. This was now on the other side of the sandal, where the plaits have come apart from the sole of the shoe and unravelled.
I have been trying to return these shoes under the " Consumer Rights Act 2015".
As these are faulty broken sandals.
Your company is refusing to fully refund my money, I have tried to return these amicably, and have been refused point blank, with your staff saying they have been worn, so cannot be returned and refunded!

This is by far the worst company that I have ever ordered through on line. I ordered some sandals on September the 10th for my holiday. The processing hadn't even been started by the time I left, so I tried cancel the order, they wouldn't allow this without 15% penalty charge. When they did eventually arrive at the end of September, they were of a very poor quality, with the stitching already loose by the big toe, so I asked for a refund, they said it would be too expensive to send back, stating that id have to pay to return them to China! why should I have to return defective goods? They offered me 15% discount, which I refused, they upped it to 25% - so as I was due for major surgery the next day, I reluctantly accepted this pitiful offer. I wore these sandals to hospital, literally only walked in, then walked out 2 days later and they had already fallen part. NOT where the original stitches had come apart, but the plaiting had come away from the sole of the shoe, and unravelled. they are useless in the extreme.
They have refused to refund me my money for sandals which are not fit for purpose, and have already broken within less than 10 minutes of wearing them, they are un wearable. This company hides the fact they are based in China, despite having a UK postal address. FELTHAM TW14OPS - posted and tracked with Royal mail. They make it incredibly hard / impossible for you to return items, then refuse all rights once the item has been warn and fallen apart. If you search the internet, if you DO return items, they never collect them, having not paid customs, and the parcel is returned to sender IN THE UK. This company is fraudulent in the extreme. chinese scammers! false advertising, crappy return process
Bought three dresses advertised as cotton/linen. Three week AFTER processing credit card, I get an email indicating they don't have one of the items, would I like to order something else. I reply I do not and it takes several more weeks for them to process a refund to my card. (Note: impossible to reach them by phone or chat)
I finally receive the remaining 2 dresses 3 weeks later and much to my dismay, they are both made of flimsy, cheap polyester. I am allergic to polyester so I immediately contact them to issue a return label/ authorization. They stall for several days, acknowledging for the first time they are in China and that it will be very expensive for me to pay for a return, and they attempt several times over email to get me to agree to an alternative (10% cash refund or 20% toward future purchase). I decline this offer, and we email back and forth several more times, each time they are slightly increasing the percentages. I repeatedly decline and ask them to send a return authorization which they finally do after multiple emails.
At this point I realize I am dealing with a horrible company and dispute the charges with my credit card company.
I printed the return label, packed my items up and brought it to the post office, following their instructions exactly. It cost $53.45 for me to ship these 2 flimsy dresses back to China. I trace the package online, it gets to China within a week, but there is no indication it is received by StyleWe at the address they provided. I repeatedly contact them and they repeatedly stall me at first, and then tell me for the next 3 weeks that the package is in customs in China and they should receive it anyday. Two weeks later, the package is RETURNED to me with no indication as to why.
At this point I have done my research and realize there are hundreds of other customers having the same problem—these people are scam artists and crooks (and shame on me for not doing my research first, I frequently order online from major U.S. retailers and am used to dealing with honest companies.
At this time my credit card company has denied my claim, because StyleWe did provide them with the email trail that shows they provided a return label, and the email dialogue telling me it is in customs, so I contact my credit card again, this time submitting over 20 pages of documentation supporting my claim. Since StyleWe uses PayPal to process credit card charges, my credit card company suggests I attempt to dispute the claim with them as well.
As many people know, PayPal is the known provider of credit/payment transactions to sleazy organizations (although granted plenty of legit vendors uses them too), and it is frustrating to file a complaint with them. I can't do it online because I don't have (or want) a PayPal account and can't register a complaint without one so I called them and am repeatedly told they can't process a dispute without an account. I tell them repeatedly I don't want an account, and the only reason I am stuck dealing with them is that StyleWe chose to process my credit card through them. I am transferred finally to a supervisor who indicates they can't dispute the charge while the credit card company has dispute going on, so I put this on hold for now.
I still want to resolve this so I contacted StyleWe again to get an explanation as to why the package was returned to me and they have nothing to say (I sent them a copy of the return Chinese stamp on the package where the only English words are "overdue return".)
Style We suggests again that they give me some nominal refund or store credit and I can keep the dresses, but I have no interest in keeping their crappy products. Again, multiple emails back and forth with them offering increasingly higher percentages, the latest being 50% refund or 100%.
I want nothing less than the full refund that they advertise on their website so I am still pursuing this. In my latest email dialogue with them they suggest I can mail the package back to them. I told them I would be an idiot to do that unless they want to provide a postage paid label.
My credit card company will likely back me up (I have been a client for 20+ years, my credit history is flawless and I have provided them with significant documentation supporting my claim) and if they don't, I live in NYC and will contact the consumer issues reporters at the television stations based here to assist.

Dear Sir/Madam,
This company has many nice pictures with beautiful models wearing unique clothes that made you want to buy. But once you place the order, it took 2 to 4 months to receive them. The quality of the clothes is not good usually, and they don't look the same as what the pictures show.
If you wanted to return, they would ask you to send a photo to "prove" that there was a problem with the clothes. Even that, they tried not to give you a refund by negotiating back and forth through e-mails that took a long time. You had to follow up continuously as otherwise, they might just not give you a refund. Even if their clothes had defects, they would make you pay for the shipping in and out, that is unheard of here in the U.S. They just don't have the mentality and attitude of a democratic society that they are too imposing and forceful.
Their invoice shows a lot of calculations with discounts, adjustments and store credit to make you feel that you have got a good deal, but in reality, it was just trying to fool you to not really getting any good deal at all. On top of that, it's very difficult to get a refund. It's like they are robbing your money. They don't refund you the exact amount of the item you returned, and would refund you an "adjustment" that it was unclear where that came from. Then, they would say the refund had been "completed" that they could not change, meaning they could not refund you the balance to make the correct total through PayPal, which I have never heard of. If you don't call this robbery, what else could this be?
They shouldn't be in the world market selling stuff as they don't have the right mentality and attitude to start out with.

I would agree with others who call this a SCAM company. I placed an order for 5 items on June 27th. order # I 1618817 for $240.10! It is now July 30th and I have gotten 3 of the 5 items, in 2 different packages. The dresses are not as they look on the site and they DO NOT fit and when I asked to return them, they said I could ONLY exchange them...BUT they gave me NO ADDRESS to which I could send them. I have had to call China...and there is no one there to answer the phone and they say they will return my call. I don't know when.

First: Products ordered together comes separately and can take as long as 2 months.
Second: Sizes are never consistent and are not US sizes. I typically fit into a small/size6 and according to their charts/measurements, I ordered a Large. Large is still too small.
Third: Due to the inconsistency with the sizes, I had to return 4 out of 5 items.
Four: Since returning the items and provided Stylewe with a tracking number and received by their company over 3 weeks ago - I have not even received a response as to when I would receive the refund.
Five: Beware of this company!
Six: Personally, I would NEVER order from them even if they offered it to me for free.
Seven: For those of you that have not received your items and/or have not received a refund for returned items, please contact your bank in order to recoup your money and don't let shady businesses like Stylewe get away with so much complaints of the same thing. I'm going to do that today with my bank.
