StyleWe dresses to return to china

I ordered two dresses from this company that looked great on the website . I waited a month for them and so the occasion had gone that I needed them for when it said it would be 7-10 days delivery . Eventually one dress arrived that is horrible in style and quality ; not like the picture at all . To return the item I waited for 1 week to get a return label and then I am told it has to go back to China and has to be tracked ; £12.95 . I have tried to cancel the other item but no response so I really don't know where that is and I have been charged for it ? I am contacting facebook and Barclaycard as this is not how this company should be allowed to do business.

StyleWe clothing return

I ordered five dresses from stylewe. I received two and one of them was very poor quality and did not fit the material is very uncomfortable. I contacted the Customer service through their website form and received an email offering me 20% or 15% discount on the item instead. I do not want the discount I do not want to keep the dress. I sent a request to proceed with the return label. They are not responding an I have not received the label for the return. I no longer want the three items that have not been received yet.

StyleWe not refunding me my money after returning the items

Good morning,
I am lodging a complaint about stylewe. I ordered 2 dresses from them early in June for wedding. the items arrived after the wedding and did not fit order number I1500948
I had a first response from them on 9/6/18 offering me 15% cash or 20% store credit . I refused this offer on the 10/6/18 and the company came back with an offer of 25% refund or 30% store credit which I refused and asked them to send a return label to print.
On 12/6/18 they sent a PDF to print the return label.
I sent the goods via Royal Mail at a cost of £17.35 recorded delivery on 19/6/18.I heard nothing from the company. I emailed again on the 3/7/18 to ask why I had not received a full refund. It was quoted on their website that a full refund would be given 7 days after the receipt of the items.
The company then wrote stating they had not received the goods on 8/7/18 and asked for the tracking number of the parcel. I received a generic email on the 11/7/18 saying that my request had been received.
I wrote again on the 16/7/18 stating that I had still not received my refund and that I am contacting trading standards and asked for the company registration number to follow up my complaint.
I am disgusted that this company offers a full refund but suddenly goes quiet when asked for the money to be repaid. They now have my money and the goods. Having read several reviews about this company I am now concerned that I will not be repaid and may need to take legal advice.
Could you please respond to my request for the full refund in the next 24 hours before I take legal advice.

StyleWe buyer beware - this company gets your money, you won't see it again!

Buyer Beware! This Chinese company distributes their products from a US location but if you want to return something, you have to ship it to Mainland China and you will have to pay international shipping and customs charges which are about $25 but that is not the problem.
I ordered a dress from StyleWe. I was so excited. It arrived jammed into a small envelope bag and when I took it out, I noticed it parts of it had come unraveled. I looked at the website and saw that they make it nearly impossible to return anything. I tried anyway and then was continually asked if I would accept a 20% discount and keep the item. I didn't want it. I then filed with my credit card to dispute the charge. I then sent the dress back. Then they responded to my credit card denying they had received the dress. I have receipts for the post office and customs. I am still working with capital one and am certain they will side with me since I have the documentation. I just wanted to say Buyer Beware! You think you are saving money by buying clothes from a Chinese company, well, once you buy it, you won't be able to do anything if it is wrong.

order number [protected] I ordered four items of clothing .I received two of these articles of clothing the end of June with an email that said hat the other two articles would be delivered separately. Thy were never received. They were paid for in full. I called and left a message at your cs number +[protected]. StyleWe return to where — china?? big expense

Returned a dress: FANTASY YOU ORDER # 1339089 on May 23, 2018...( via instruction) :
Paid 53.95 to return, i sent photos, tracking number etc.
Now keep getting emails from your company saying "never received" ...
Received email stating" will refund 30% of dress...(doesnt even cover return cost) I would like you to honor your policy and refund the total amount...
I ordered 4 dresses and *settled for 15%refund on all of them...rather than paying the cost of shipping AGAIN to china.
PLEASE just refund the cost of dress returned.

REFUND full amount of dress as stated in YOUR RETURN /EXCHANGE policy as I have done "my" part per instruction.

EASY return/exchange is FALSE!

StyleWe order no i1570831 and no i1572472

Dear Board Members:

Two orders were placed on June 6, 2018. The payment was made via Paypal. The order NO I1570831 came in as scheduled on June 28, 2018. The items were very low quality, but the customer service ignores my numerous requests for the return labels.
NO I1572472 was never delivered. My inquirie4s about the parcel remain unanswered.
As I am not sure how to attach my emails to this message, the emails representing my communication with the seller are available upon request. Thank you. Victoria

StyleWe continuous lack of response from customer service

On May 22, I ordered 3 items from them and was immediately charged the $159 via PayPal. I received the 1st item rather quickly but was extremely disappointed in the quality of the workmanship. Seams were crooked and didn't meet. After many, many emails regarding the rest of the order, and getting responses to please wait 2-3 more days, and useless tracking links, saying tracking number not found, I finally received the other items on July 1. I have been trying to get authorization to return the items, as they require, and I have also requested return labels, but haven't received anything.
The items were poorly crafted and they were so delayed, that the occasion I ordered them for, had passed.
I know that with the original order, I agreed to pay return shipping, but no where on there site or policy does it say that returns go to China. All my packages say the return center is in CA.
I have again left a message on their Customer Service line and sent another email via their website.
This is a very bad company to do business with. My stupidity for not checking their reviews first.

It has now been 10 weeks since I returned my items and still haven't my refund that they say you will get within one week. These people need to be shut down!

This sham of a company reminds us all that we should be wary of anything purchased online. We purchased an $80 dress for our daughter and when it arrived it was missing the belt. After contacting them they promised to send it, and never did. We returned the dress, at an expense of $23 as it had to be shipped to China and the refund was never processed. We emailed them and they told us it was missing a belt. After numerous email exchanges they did nothing to resolve the issue.

Today - 3 months after I returned the package it was sent back to me.

We are a global marketplace now but a scam artist is still a scam artist. DO NOT WASTE YOU MONEY on these crooks.

StyleWe dress order never delivered - i1514963

Ordered and attempted follow up. Item was not delivered. I called the shipper (SF) who said item was not released to the USPS. Now the tracking number given me by SF is invalid. Kitty tells me it's delivered and continues to tell me what I need to do instead of researching the matter.
The dress was ordered for an event which is now over and done. I have been ripped off and will not ever order from this scam site again!

I place on order on April 20, I received one dress on June 2 and it is the incorrect color. The other 2 drees I haven't received call and left a message so far no response.

order a dress for mother day had no idea it takes one month to receive merchandise and when I get the dress it was to big I order a size 12 and was sent a size 14 and when I E-Mail them about this Issue well I was told I could return it at my expense so I decline to send it back and just take it to be alter which will cost me half of what I payed which is 30 dollar which actually would make me pay 90 dollar for the dress, they did offer me 20% store credit because they do not give refunds, at least that what I was told, my thing is for as much as all the merchandise cost the company should make a better effort to satisfy their customers, now that they gave me the credit I'm wonder if I order something else will I run into the same problem.

I order a dress from this company it took about a month for it to arrive, after trying on the dress it was to small on the same day i try to return it because it was for a wedding and I had no time to wait for another one to come. i'm still waiting for a return address and i have send them at least 3 email. I will never order from this company again I just lost $55.00 dollars work to hard for my money to just throw away money like that. I'm very disappointed that an online company will do that.

I purchased 2 dresses and a pair of shoes almost 2 months ago, the shoes came about a week ago. I contacted the company thru email on May 3 and did get a response. Here it is at this point still no products or update. Please give me the info on what has happen so I can go from there. My order # I1370530. I love the different style and the craftsmanship in the apparel I see. I would not want this experience to hinder me from shopping again. Thanks

StyleWe dress purchase

I finally received a dress I ordered after months of waiting. Dress was of poor quality and way too large. When I tried to go to website to get return label, it would start off in English and then once I hit button on sign in to return it would go to what appears to be Arabic. Obviously I will take a loss on this product, but I want to warn others NOT to order from this company.

StyleWe stylewe is horrible!

Ordered a simple dress for $60 and received a poorly crafted, dress with pulls in every seam, uneven edges, see-through fabric with the print looking blurry and mis-collared. I couldn't be more disappointed and let down. This doesn't come close to being anything like the photo on their site. And it appears this company is a complete sham and total rip off!

After making me wait for 8 days for a response, they are suggesting I keep the item and they will graciously give me 30% of anything on their site?! The only other option is returning the item to china at my expense when all I originally paid only $5.00for shipping from california!?
I want my full refund of $60.

Horrible experience - stay away - never buy-in anything from theses rip-off artists!

I ordered 5 items. The first 2 came about a month after I ordered. The other 3 never arrived. I have gone to the 'chat online' option and have been told to 'be patient' due to a Chinese holiday. That was 3 weeks ago. I was told the items were 'held up in customs'. I was told the items would arrive soon. It has been 2 months. Still no sign of the other 3 items. No idea what to do.

StyleWe fraudulent return practices

When a retail clothes company only exists online, the standard protocol is that returns are easy, painless and no hassle. My experience with stylewe has been the opposite of this, and I wish I had more carefully read all of the negative reviews of this company before buying products from them over black friday weekend last year.

The beginning of my bad experience was the wait. I ordered at the end of november, and immediately received notification that my items were backordered. There was no mention of this on the website when I placed the order. Apparently the coat I ordered was not even made yet. It took nearly three months for it to arrive, after multiple inquiring emails on my part about the order. When it *did* come, it did not bear any real resemblance to what was pictured on the site when I placed the order. It was cut badly, hung all wrong, and I took careful measurements prior to ordering to make sure the sizing would be right. Fine. I'll return it. When I go to the returns page and start the return process, I receive an email urging me not to return the item, because they are located in china and all of the return shipping and duty charges (!) would be my responsibility, and wouldn't I prefer a 15% refund instead? You've got to be kidding me! There was no mention of any of this on their website — nothing about returns being difficult or anything about shipping to china. I wrote back saying I wanted a full refund and return shipping, that this was my first ordering experience with stylewe, and that I would tell everyone I knew and didn't know to avoid this company like the plague unless they honored a reasonable and fair return policy. I was then offered a 25% refund. I am really really irritated by both this company and my willing first purchase with them. I basically just threw $200 out the window, in the direction of china.

Don't make the same mistake as me! Order from anyone, anywhere else, but not stylewe! I've started purchasing clothing brands I already know and trust on thredup.com, and have been much happier with their service, quality and their totally normal and courteous return policy.
