Subway the employees services

I was in Subway place at 12:30pm, on Tuesday July 30th, 2019. I Ordered 2 Sandwiches, he asked me which bread size you want? I replied medium, he replied with very angry face and sound, we don't have medium, then he asked another cheese I pointed to one in front of me, he shouted name it! I replied this one please! Then I asked him why you are angry?! He replied I am not! But his actions, the way he talks and acts, clearly shows he acts with me in discrimination and racism way. And asked me to leave and said"I'll not serve you".

Subway closed

On July 28 my son and I went to Subway on 28th in ft worth around 8:30 pm but we were approaching Subway a working with outside on his phone and he was giving us a sign that with his hands that they were closed as we got closer he did the sign language again but they were closed so I decided and we have left that I would call because I googled it and it said that they didn't close until 10 so I called and A man answered and said that they didn't close until 10 I asked him again are you closed right now he stated no I told himthat an employee was outside and gave us a sign with his hand but they were closed the man said he was the manager and that the guy that was outside was an employee and he was on the phone with his mother I asked him if the guy was an employee then what was he doing outside on the phone he said again that it was just employees nother and I feel that it's just employee was clocked in then he shouldn't have been outside on the phone but my thing is you shouldn't have gave us twice not once but twice a sign language with his hand stating that the store was closed I have called and went to the store to try to talk to the GM and never got any response

On 07/29/2019 I went into sub way to use the text message deal buy one 6 inch sub w/drink get a free 6 inch sub free it said any sub. So I order two 6 inch sub w/drink the store employee she said it wont it wont work because it has to be the 4.00 one instead of what I order and I told her it did not said 4.00 subs on the text message it said any six inch...

Subway the food were unclean

The sandwiches were discusting in taste and even the bread looked old and expired, the problem is your food causes me, my kids and my nephew to have the very hard disease Salmonella typhi which our blood test shows positive and the only place we ate from were you subway in the mentioned location.. because this is a well known risky disease to catch I am sending you this complain cause you must make sure that the food we eat as costumers is clean and healthy and that what I always thought about subway, but after what happened to me and my kids I believe it is not an option to me anymore to buy from your stores.. I hope you understand what this disease is and how risky it is to catch such a disease and you made me and my kids through.. My advice to you to take this complain seriously and make sure that all your branches are in good standard regarding being clean and the foid being healthy..

Subway 6" spicy italian

My husband went in today 7/20/19 with a coupon unbeknown to us that expired on the 17th, so we weren't allowed to use it. Sad, but understand able. We had half cash, half card. We were told that we could use one or the other, not both. So, I got food and my husband didn't. Then the sandwich I got they were really skimpy or frugal on the ingredients. Just a bad experience overall. I understand we were broke going in, but this store has been really good to us in the past so we did NOT see this coming today. Based on this experience would not go back.

Every time I am in this store, there is a new employee. They are ALWAYS by themselves with a long line. People get upset and leave each time I visit. This poor young man didn't know how to make my salad (the subway way) when I ordered online so I had to walk him through it when I arrived. He was so friendly and helpful. Subway service

My son was asking for subway so I say okay we can go. We decided to go to Drive thru, I put the order in went to window and sat there for 10min. The young lady that was working didn't come to window what so ever. Was on her phone "washing dishes." On her left hand she had her phone and with the right hand she barely scrubbing whatever she had to wash. Would've been nice to know if you guys were closed or not. The Internet said they close at 11 PM and the signs were on for drive thru & open for inside. This is the most disappointing night for my son & my self. She could have come to the window & said something! Not acceptable.

Subway gift card theft

I used my gift card here, two days later an erroneous charge was made upon it, I have no problems until I came here, please investigate.
Subway resturant, North Western Memorial Hospital, 135 E. Huron, 2nd floor food court, even the address is wrong, yet I digress, although the amount is small and the number of victims can run into the hundreds something like this should not be allowed under any circumstances. I'm sure this is not their first time since it went off so smoothly and I never suspected a thing.
A follow up report will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Subway employees

In the last 3+ months...assuming this particular subway, located at 7880 Moffett Rd Suite C Semmes, AL, is under new managment b/c one day I went in & it was staffed by completely different staff & the old staff is no where to be found...The old staff was excellent! This new staff..not so much. They have 3 workers, not a single one makes a sandwich the same way. One employee can't even reach the add-on's furthest back so it's like pulling teeth to get anything on the row furthest from her. I only get 1 thing...a deluxe sandwich. Not once have they put the same amount of meat on said sandwich, more than once I have had to remind them that I requested deluxe, they certainly have zero issue with charging me the deluxe price when they don't make my sandwich with extra meat. I know there is or used to be a sheet behind the glass telling them exactly how many slices of meat per type of sandwich/wrap. The staff are all very much less than pleasant. I have witnessed them arguing with customer's, just down right rude. I work walking distance to this subway & would love to continue giving them my business but until changes are made, that will not happen. I will drive across the street and get a sandwich from the subway inside walmart before I go back to these rude children.

Subway employee overcharging and denying it.

Store # 33682 on 6/13/2019 at 6:30 PM I submitted a coupon = buy one footlong and a drink and get the 2nd footlong for 99 cents paying for the higher priced of the two footlongs.

The person waiting on my did not understand English and "screwed up" the order starting with not knowing which kind of bread I chose, then getting the sandwich meat wrong, then not knowing which cheese I chose!@

That was only the beginning. MORENA, apparently was the manager and had to handle the purchse - she then proceeded to charge me $11.99 for 2 footlongs IGNORING my coupon which she put in the drawer. The transaction # was = [protected] by server 4561.

When I complained about being over charged, SHE got upset and argued that she was right. She REFUSED to retrieve the coupon so that I could show her that she made a mistake.

Result = Subway has lost what used to be a weekly customer because of a server who didn't speak English and a "manager" who was argumentative AND WRONG.
That's 104 sandwiches a year because some franchise holder hires inadequate help.

Subway manager/staff

Im a mother of an employee who was working at Subway she is 17 and she got pregnant and started having problems during the pregnancy so with Drs notes missed work a couple days one week and then Saturday came and her boss called to see if she was coming into work and she said she couldn't he told her if she wasn't there she could pick up her last check from corporate office she lost the baby a couple hours after talking to her boss we spent all night in the hospital and she's still healing but now she's out of a job too

Subway liars/ bad behavior /irresponsible riders not available most of the time.

I am a manager of subway branch we use Carmen delivery service for my branch most of the time riders are not available and if some of the riders picks up ride they don't come to deliver orders and cherry on top they have behavior issue If I don't cancel their ride.
As a customer it's embarrassing for Careem service to heir such f**** on their network and not teaching them manners how to treat customers during there services.
Extremely bad service provider you guys are please stop this and save others time.
Remove such losers from your network .

Subway manager & customer making out in dining room while she was on the clock

My friend & I had decided to go to Subway in Macedonia, OH on Aurora Rd. There were several other customers in the dining area. We had order our subs and were going to eat there. Sitting in the dining area was the manager (again), making out (kissing & laughing) with her boyfriend. It was offense to us & probably won't return there if we see them there.

Subway customers service, cleanliness, disrespectful, employee discrimination

Subway is a horrible place to work with ever worse management. They don't care about the customers or employees. I know this because I worked there and quit because of it. They would reject refunds if a customers order was rung incorrectly. They would refuse some people because they asked the worker to replace their sub. The manager is a nasty, rude, disrespectful B**** that talks behind customers and employees backs. I also saw a comment on here about some woman eating while making the food. That is also the manager, she does it all the time. The subways around here have unsanitary bread trays, the meat and cheeses are left out longer than the expiration calls for because "the manager doesn't like to waist food" The owner could care less about how the employees are feeling and doing with there job. When I was working there I had a complaint come in over the phone and she was explaining that she got charged for something she didn't even get when she came in the night before. So I explained that I couldn't do anything without the receipt to see the time and void out the transaction. I told her if she was willing to come in that I would be willing to make the sub that was on her receipt and give it to her for free! Makes sense right. So the customer was happy and we didn't loose profit. But the manager of the store said I had no right to tell her anything and that if she came in she would ask her to leave because she can't do anything to help. I know this is a lengthy comment but please read and make more comment please. This place needs to hear from former employees and customers that things need to change. I've already contacted the labor board and health and human services. THEY TREAT THEIR EMPLOYEES LIKE [censored]!

Subway subway restaurant

Hello, this is what I found in the Tuna and steak bins at the Subway restaurant inside Walmart Super Center in New Roads Louisiana on 6/2/2019. I can understand dropping the serving utensil Inside the bin by accident, but to leave it there and get ANOTHER utensil and just go around the dripped ones is just down right lazy and unsanitary. Subway service at subway robbinsville nc

I went in to subway per my useal weekly routine, when I got there the worker said they were closed because she don't know if the next shift is gonna come in or not so they will open back up if someone decides to come to work Intill then there closed! That makes no since! There was two workers there just standing there waiting to see if they may or may not open up later. They should of waited to comfirm that no one was coming in before they closed expecily since they told me they may re open when ever they know if someone is coming in. I have noticed a decline in subway in the past year! But this was so unprofessional. And I'm shocked that she would even tell me that as her excuse to close (that there closed but may reopen sometime but don't know when just whenever they hear from night shift) I've also noticed some rude employees! Last Friday when I went the man before we asked a younger employee if she would smile he told her "it's not that bad is it" she ignored him. He than asked if they still did free cookie Friday she ignored him and asked if he wanted chips and a drink he said no and he left without any cookies. I felt so sorry for him and that she acted like she was too good to talk to him and only talked when she had to ask him what he wanted.

Subway advertised as open and, at 8 am but isn't and doesn't?

My family and I were regular customers, we knew the friendly employees, and it usually opened, on time, at 7 am. But now "Under New Management" signs have appeared. The glass door of this Subway now advertises a 8 am opening. I've sat outside, three times, and no one ever shows up even after 8:30 - 9am. Is this great new managed store open or not?
