Subway broccoli and cheddar soup

I ordered a bowl of broccoli and cheddar soup to go and I got less than half a bowl and it looked less than appetizing. I got home to nasty smelling soup that looked horrible. We eat with our eyes. This subway shop was in Alexandria, Louisiana on Mall dr. I also ordered 2 wraps one was a beef and cheese wrap which tasted fine but could have been better and one was a chicken Caesar wrap which also was okay. I have been to this location several times and never had an issue till now. I won't go back.

Subway myway rewards card

I have carried and used my MyWay Subway Rewards card for lots of transaction for the past 1 - 2 years and present it every time I purchase sandwiches or meals for myself or my family at one of your franchise locations.

During a recent visit at a local store, # 11320-0, I asked about the balance and what rewards were available. The clerk and then the manager indicated that my account had a zero balance. Needless to say I was not happy and felt let down by Subway.

They suggested that I check my account on the web site. I did so and your web site does not support your rewards program as it has been unusable for months and when I have used the card for over a year no points (tokens) have been registered to my account. I have used the card in various stores from MA, CT, NY, PA, MD, VA, HI, WA, CA, IL so it is not a local franchise issue it is your corporate website. Theft by deception is still theft and I feel that you are stealing from me and others that use their card in anticipation of reward.

Your failure to rectify this will result in the loss of my business and I will let others know about the scam you are performing. You have my contact information, feel free to contact me to discuss what you have done to correct this grievous issue.

Also, when I attempted to send a message to the address listed on the receipt "global.subway.com" it didn't work, it should be "global@subway.com". As a corporate franchise do you support your customers and franchise members effectively?

Subway unprofessional and rude comments by the subway staff

On 5/12/19 at 4:41pm I visited the Subway Shop on St Helen's Way in Castle Rock, WA. I initially placed my order with a young dark haired girl, I believe her name was Sarah. Moving on down the line, I asked the clerk who was preparing my wrap if I could have a little shredded cheese on it, I believer her name was Faiye. At that point, Sarah instantly stopped waiting on her customer, turned her head towards me and loudly shouted "NO", then Faiye quietly said that would be an extra charge. I told Faiye I had had the wrap several times and have never been charged for a little shredded cheese. I turned to look at Sarah and she said they were wrong, I should have been charged. I politely asked Sarah her to quiet down, she was very loud and was embarrassing me, I also clearly pointed out that there were customers waiting in line. Sarah did not stop talking about additional charges even though she had customers waiting and I had moved one. At that point I asked Faiye if there was an additional charge for parmesan, low and behold, Sarah again shouted down the line at me about extra charges. It was a scene that escalated, and I don't feel I was out of line, I am almost 70 and hated the drama. Then Faiye joined in saying that I did not need to ask that, I replied "parmesan is a cheese, and I was only asking to clarify the prices, the board says it is 59 cents for extra cheese." Faiye backed off and said "OK". At that point I felt I was being double teamed. Finally when paying, I asked the young man at the check out if they had Business Cards. Sarah again shouted across the 2 works and in front of several customers, ""we do not have business cards, I am the manager and I am in charge." I did reply by asking if she always answered questions addressed to other staff and she LOUDLY repeated herself by saying, "YES, I am in charge of this place ! " I told Sarah I thought her staff could speak for themselves and she was being unprofessional. Sarah replied she is "very professional". At that point I was embarrassed and told the young man I wanted out of there before things got worse, he just stood in silence and I got the sense he was embarrassed too. Went I got home, I opened the chicken wrap and noticed it smelled like tuna. The meat was ground up, watery, did not appear to be roasted chicken. The wrap was nothing like the chicken wrap I had the week prior at a Longview, WA Subway. The chicken wrap's in both Longview, WA and in Bellingham, WA have chucky roasted chicken, not the ground up tuna like chicken being sold in your Castle Rock store. I also noticed that the customer service ratings in Castle Rock is a 2, where other Subway's in our area are rated 3+. I feel the owner of the Castle Rock Subway needs to visit other Subway Shops, see how they prepare their sandwiches and how their staff treat the customers. I do know the Castle Rock Subway has continual staff changes. In my opinion, if they have to work under someone like Sarah I can see why people quit. Perhaps the store owner and staff could benefit by a class or two Customer Service 101. The chicken wrap I purchased was lousy and soggy. My transaction number is 1/A-230413, I paid $7.55 for the wrap and would like a refund.

Hey TellMeAboutIt82, I do not think that D Mcnabb was whining. She must not have been informed that the fee for additional cheese applied for everyone else now. Instead I think the point she is trying to make is that the people who work at that subway were unprofessional in their positions as "Manager" or clerks. It is necessary for these workers to offer kind service to everyone and properly maintain fresh supply of meat, bread, or vegetables. The workers in this case were doing everything but that. I can see why other people would submit a complaint about those rude workers.

As you yourself said, the board clearly states there is a charge for extra cheese. You've been getting it free for a long time, don't whine and complain because you're being asked to pay now like everyone else has to.

Subway sandwiches

I cannot believe that Subway allows Employees to use the same knife to cut sandwiches from multiple Customers !
My Son is Allergic to multiple items & my Wife has thrown away lots of Fast Food I bring Home because of it ...
This using the Same Knife on Multiple Orders Contaminates Them !
This is a Health Issue ! I am very Disappointed in Subways Policy on this !

Subway quality of sandwich

On 05/06/2019, I purchased a spicy Italian sub from North Brunswick, NJ store # 28998-0. I was very disappointed in the the quality of the sandwich I purchased at noted location. The honey oak bread was too hard and stale to eat. Since it was during my lunch break I was unable to return the sandwich. Also, due to lack of time, I was unable to go and purchase something else to eat for lunch. I would like for Subway Corporation to compensate me for the bad experience and not having something to eat for lunch. My email address for contact and comments is in the signature line.

4/22/2019 I purchased a Chicken club foot long on Italian bread with lettuce, pickles, onions, bacon and olives. The spread was oil and vinegar. It was a to go order. It was not on a toasted bun. Once I got to my destination (10 minutes later), I began to eat the sandwich after three bits I noticed that there was no crunch from the crispy bacon I was expecting because the bacon was raw- not cooked at all.

Subway manager

Hello I was employed at subway dorsett metro for about 1 year ago, recently I ended my employment there on the fact I was forced to work hours upon hours by myself in a busy store, I made the store at least five hundred dollars in the first, five hours by myself. Finally I decided to end my employment after I found out the manger wouldn't clock out after he left the store for the time I had to work, meaning he would get paid for six hours he didn't even work! I really enjoyed working there, but the manager would cherry-pick who could have days off and who couldn't. For instance I dislocated my knee and the manger complained and sent me text after text on how it was my duty to work, but I couldn't even walk, it was the kindness of my other co-workers that took my shift. I couldn't stand the constant poor choices the manager made, like refusing to by trash bags for a week, allowing trash to overflow out of the trash cans, or how he wouldn't by floor cleaner. I'm not trying to stander, I really want that place to be the best, there are some really decent folk there...

Subway employee

I work second shift so I stopped at this subway around 7pm Tuesday March 5. When I came in the store the woman behind the counter began to shake her head and grumble to herself. She had taken out some of the vegetable containers and began to angrily put them back. She turned around went to the sink still shaking her head and gripping so I left and will never return. There were 2 employees there, neither greeted me, and who wants service from a [censored]! I drove to another subway nearby and got my order. If that was my employee she would be looking for a job. If that is your standard you suck!

Subway staff/supervisor/allergy food

Provided complete wrong order, gave my fiance food that he was allergic too, serious issue that i'm shocked by after speaking to the so called supervisor in store that wouldn't even provide her own name for me to make a formal complaint but would happily give her managers name "viki" whoever the supervisor was on 3/3/19 @ 4pm needs to be suspended, never had such a problem with a duty manager! Diabolical customer service experience, stressing out a pregnant lady further through arrogance and blaming uber eats for the wrong toppings in our sandwiches... Everything was wrong we ordered 3 foot long subs, 2 meatball mariana 1 of which should of been plain due to allergies, the other meatball sandwich had the fillings that were meant to be in the tuna sub, was all wrong and could of been life threatening had my partner not realised there was things he was allergic to in his sandwich. Supervisor did not provide one appology or gratitude towards us but instead laughed down the phone and aggravated us further, if she finds it amusing sending customers wrong orders that could of taken someone's life she should not be anywhere in contact with food or customers! This Subway location is inside a hospital (Lakeview Hospital). The female behind the counter who is heavily pierced and seems unhygienic is extremely rude to every customer I have watched her encounter. There is no need for this woman to be so wretchedly rude and nasty. Many customers are visiting sick loved ones and are already under distress. The last thing they need is an attitude from a woman making sandwiches.

Subway service

This Shop is in the Primera Plus Bus Terminal in Tonala, Jalisco, Mexico. It seems to be a fairly new shop, but the service personnel need further training..

This is a long distance bus terminal. People from all over the world use these buses. Some of your personnel should be bilingual. Your Manager should have basic training in Customer Service and the Cashier should have some personality...really!

We had just gotten off of a 16 hour bus trip. It was past lunch time and we hadnt had breakfast. Non of this is their fault, but I am setting the stage. My husband was recovering from a stroke so most of the "work" of the trip fell to me. I ordered my sandwich, after waiting in an excessively long line, along with two pepsis. I was not able to have the sandwich I wanted because of te language barrier, but that is another story. Anyway, I went to get the drinks and the pepsi dispenser had no syrup. I took my cups to the zombie cashier, who tried to ignore me as long as she could. After pointing out the machine problem, they chattered in rapid Spanish, that I was unable to follow. But I understood that I should try again. So, I did only to find that the dispenser ran clear. I took the cups back to Miss Zombie and asked to just have one of the bottled pepsis instead. Well, that was fine, except the pepsi was room temperature and they wouldnt let me have the cups of ice! I lost it! I could not get them to understand that i wanted a COLD drink. I was offering to exchange two machine drinks for one bottled drink plus two cups of ice but they refused to let me have the cups of ice. The Manager was clueless and this should have never excalated as it did. In my past, I worked for Subway Sandwich Shops and I was embarrased for these people.

I ended up demanding my money for the two drinks back and going to another location in the terminal to puchase cold drinks for us.

You really need to do something about the inability of the people at that location to communicate with the public. It is a huge terminal and their shop is the only Globally known name so will draw global travelers. In the last five years, my husband and I have lived in 6 different countries and traveled through many more and when we travel, we gravitate to familiar names. Pointing and smiling works most times, but occasionally there is required a deeper level of communication. I do know that these days kids are taught basic English skills in school. It might be wise for this location to have one or two on their staff to help with relations of the global travelers.

Went into Subway 30397-0 at 7:45 p.m. tried to place an order for 3 salads and 2 sandwiches. The young lady told me that she could only make 4 items per customer, that was the rule of the store.
