Subway my food

This morning I ordered a chicken bacon and cheese melt and was very disappointed with my order. As I was eating my sub I bit into the sandwich and there was a staple in my food. This really upsets me that some way some how a staple was in my sandwich and this really concerns me because my children eat at this place and other families eat here as well I just really want something to be done bout this issue and hope this never happens to anyone esle.

Subway mold on tomatoes and rude employees

I wanted a salad so I stopped at the local subway on the corner 3002McGhee road. I noticed there was mold on the tomatoes. I mentioned it to the server. the young lady raised her voice and asked what kind of salad do I want. I said I'm debating but here is mold on the tomatoes she said ummmhum and walked off mumbling . When she returned she asked the next person for there order . Who serves some one molded food intentional. She never removed the tomatoes. I called corporate but with all the extentionand recordings I never spoke with a live person.

Subway tomatoes with mold

I purchased a Subway club ate half of it it tasted funny and then I discovered that the tomatoes were molded after taking it to management she said I'll make you another one and and I told her leave the tomatoes off and she never took the tomatoes out of the tray and kept serving them to people she said they were fresh I said there a good 30 minutes finishing my lunch and they kept continue using the same tomatoes that evening I got sick what I believe to be food poisoning I am asking for a return the lawyer or somebody to contact me and speak to me about this event

Subway service

Very rude girls working today one was tall wearing glasses and the other one was slightly dark and Had a lot of tattoos in her hands I went around 4:30pm and the ladies were in the lobby doing each others hair and with their BF it seemed. They were very rude when it came to ordering and Kept talking to her Friends from across the room toally ignoring me. I had never seen so much disrespect in a resturant employee.

Subway employee

The employee at the subway in the menomonie WI walmart has continually been extremely rude to any customer that comes in. Did not see a name tag but she is a brunette and wears glasses. Even if she is not enjoying her job she should not take it out on the customers. I have been here often and each time she is incredibly disrespectful. I ask of further training for the employee in order to provide better customer service.

Subway double chicken chopped salad

I ordered a double chicken chopped salad: spinach, cheese, banana peppers, red onions, and tomatoes. The ingredients were on my salad as requested although, the veggies were chopped before the meat was added. The chicken is cut large originally, once I specified I wanted the chicken chopped as well, my salad was chopped again. Resulting in my salad looking as if it were already chewed.
The dressing I asked for was vinaigrette and Italian, I received 7 packets of Red Wine Vinegar and two packets of Thousand Island. In addition, no crackers.
It was a tad disappointing.

Subway owner behavior

The subway in Cuba, Illinois, store number 61984, the owner Ms Deakin needs a course in how to treat employees. Yelling at your teenage help and saying the F word, is totally uncalled for!

Maybe the rose colored glasses should be taken off, and you would see why you have such a high turnover. I refuse to spend my 💰, where employees are treated so bad...

Subway food and customer service

Today July 24 2014 around 5pm, I came to the subway sandwich store located at Fulton street near Layfayette St. In downtown Brooklyn NY. The cashier was preparing a teriyaki sandwich. She took up a container of tomato and was refilling the bin when I noticed that the tomato looked rotten. I told her the tomato looks bad she ignored me and continued to put it in my sandwich. I told her I don't want that tomato she picked up another of the same and told me it didn't matter. I became annoyed and spoke loudly and said she needs to give me a fresher looking piece. Which she did. She never removed the rotted looking tomato. The customer behind me said she tried to give him as well and had to tell her off.attitude was very unpleasant. The chicken was also not tasting very fresh. It was a bit soggy. Good poisoning is real and kill people. Please train you staffs to avoid lawsuits

Subway employee

Hello! I would like to inform that the Subway on 650 Main Ave Norwalk 06851, CT, that there is a lady employee who is always rude to customers and she doesn't even wear a nameplate. Whenever I ask her to give me one thing, she put another thing on my sandwich. If i ask to give more mayo, she put less. If I ask to put less onion, she put more on purpose. She doesn't even greet customers nicely. I don't know her name bcuz she got no nameplate on her. I have talked to the owner several times about the employee, but he didn't take any action and he just said let it go. I've been visiting Subways for years at many places but never happened like this one before. Whenever I visit this one, this lady act like I beg from her. I hope you will take an action as soon as possible

Subway manager

Every time I go to this Subway the manager I believe is always With a bad attitude. when she's making my sandwich she just throws the food on the bread and she is not friendly. I don't feel welcomed and whenever I say something she always talks in her native language to her coworkers and they start laughing which made me very uncomfortable. I also had a coworker of mine call about the same situation. She also doesn't hand me my purchase. I pay and she just leave the food on the counter and walks away. That is very poor customer service. This needs to be fixed on her getting a training or replacing her. I wouldn't want anyone else expierence I what I did and do.

Subway very poor customer relations, curt and unpleasant sandwich maker

Between 6:30 PM & 7 I stopped at Subway near my home. It was finally my turn and as soon as I asked my 1st question I felt as if I were a burden. I asked if foot long deal was still active on Chicken sweet onion teriyaki and she didn't have a clue. She sighed deeply and checked. Told me it was still on sale. With a frumpy face asked, "what bread". I chose. About then I chuckled and said I'd love to send an old friend a picture of other gal working stating that she would get a kick out of it because she was a ringer for my friend when she was a teenager. She quickly and angrily said, "I'm sure she doesn't want her picture taken and it's against the rules." I said no worries, I wouldn't without permission, that's how I was raised. Still cold & stone-faced we got through condiments. Over all she was mean, I couldn't wait to get out. I never complain but I felt a lack of respect and a poor attitude.Did not get name, white, brunette on the heavy side. I don't expect red carpet but felt I got the OPPOSITE of that. She should be put on notice for her abrasiveness, possibly probation. I believe everyone expects a server to be somewhat pleasant & welcoming to clients patronizing there eatery, without us she does not have a job after all. I will NOT be at that branch again, if you say you need a name, I would go JUST for that purpose. I don't want a "free" anything, after 57 years I just want respect and, heaven forbid, a SMILE. Looking forward to your response.

Subway disrespectful employees, always closing early, & not sanitary!

Every time you go in your not ever greeted kindly but get an eye roll instead. Like we the customers are trouble to them. They always have an attitude making your sandwich as well. They talk very disrespectful to you and throw your sandwich around ( One employee in particular ). Our Subway closes at 10:00 and they have everything put away an hour earlier. Then, act like it's trouble when you ask for something that's not out. (Or they just say they have that put away already) Went in at 9:20, along with other people coming in behind me and we all got treated very disrespectful and talked down to! Actually, as I was walking in, the "woman in particular" was being very rude to a lady paying out. (It was something about the drink size) Also, their very unsanitary! I'm always having to ask the employees to wash their hands and change gloves after touching the register. You definitely get MAJOR attitude after that! It's ridiculous! This has gone on way too long! This is a small town and everybody see's the chaos there. Their are so many locals that don't even go to our subway anymore because of how we're treated. There's not a lot to choose from here so it's sucks when you have employees that are like this. Hope my complaint is heard and we can fix these problem!

Subway chopped salad

Inside of a sub just slapped in a bowl. NOTHING chopped. Whole slices of tomatoes, whole leaves of spinach, etc. I don't have 350 characters to add to this. Isn't enough said? Ok I'll make it longer: I never complain about anything but seriously...you cannot TELL ME the employees there don't know what a chopped salad is. I get these ALL the time in Waller TX with no issues. I don't understand how this passes for a CHOPPED salad.

Subway coupon not honored; perfectly valid

I had a coupon for "buy one, get one free sub with the purchase of a drink". I ordered two footlong subs, no special toppings or extras added and I ordered a drink as well in order to abide by the coupon. I presented it to the cashier and he said it was for six-inch subs only. I told him to read the coupon and he didn't read it like he knew already what it said and still was stubborn and said that it was for six-inch subs only. He goes, "yeah yeah this is for six inch sub only" There was a line of people so I said "forget it". I was on my work break and didn't have time to explain to this stubborn guy what the coupon entails as I was in a rush to get back to work. I even read the fine print at the bottom and I was annoyed. There was a picture of two six inch subs on the coupon but the wording is the exact same for the other coupons that have images of footlong subs. Was he just going by the picture? I ended up paying almost $20 for two subs. I would have just gone to Jimmy Johns and gotten higher quality, tastier sub sandwiches for a cheaper price. This was the location in Des Plaines, Illinois on Lee St and Oakton st.

Subway customer service

Not only was my order wrong, when I called the store to see about going to get what was missing, the girl says, I can't do that because there's no manager here. Call Monday.
So I call corporate, which is closed until tomorrow... fine, I call the store back and ask for corporate's number and she said that They don't have the number for corporate in the store.

so, let me get this straight, not only are the two workers new, but there was no manager there until monday either?!

Subway hospitality

I ordered a foot long and was charged for a foot long. Alexis (the girl working) rung me up AND cut it then proceeded to throw half my sandwhich in the trash. She acted like she knew nothing about it but one of her coworkers stated that she had found it in the trash. If she dropped it or something why not just make a new one? Instead of charging for a footling and me receiving a 6 inch. Never had service this worse at subway in BG!

Subway unsanitary conditions

The Subway restaurant in Union Springs Al was disgusting. I paid for but could not eat my sandwich. The waitress touched the food covering devices with her hands, then put gloves on and touched the part (and my food) she had touched with her hands. She used a knife that obviously wasn't clean to cut my and the next 3 people's sandwiches and stored it in something out of view. There were so many flies which I guess is the reason to cover the food. Finally there were boxes of piled garbage in and outside the restaurant. I won't go back. Health hazard.

Subway drive through

I went to the Subway at 3337 Newburg Rd Louisville, KY 40218 on Thursday (7/6) and pulled into the drive through at 9:45pm. There were two cars in front of me so I waited patiently. When I got up close to the ordering area I heard the worker tell the customer in the car in front of me that she would be the last order because they were closed. She informed him that there were three cars behind her that had been waiting for some time and he rudely remarked that "That isn't my problem, we are closed". I pull forward and he says they are closed and I would not be served. I remarked that it was 9:58 and that I had been waiting for sometime but he said that he didn't care that he said it was closed. He turned me and two other paying customers away.

I frequent this restaurant as I live just down the street. If he would have asked, all I wanted to get was a large drink and cookies, which would have taken no time to get together. Instead I went to another restaurant and they gladly served me. The man working should have continued to take the orders of the couple people in line and then closed. It would not have taken much time at all and its customer service, especially since we had been waiting in line for several minutes. My hope is that by sending this information to the company that they will train their employs to have better customer service and that they should finish the people in line before rudely closing.

Subway disgusting tuna sub

I went to our local Subway around 1 pm today & ordered a 12' Tuna sub, brought it home & put it in the microwave for my husband to eat when he got off work. When he got home around 3 pm & opened his sub, this is what he saw (pictures provided). We eat at this store (#[protected] times a week & it's usually awesome! But for the last few weeks every time this one female employee (I don't know her name) makes our food, it's terrible! Examples are: Last week my husbands salad was less than half of the amount it usually is, my husband, my daughter & myself have found hair in our food 3 times (because she never has her hair secured), she always has an unpleasant attitude & today she made this sub...I did take the sub back to the store, with my receipt, but I wasn't able to get back there until after 8 pm & the guy working, Ben, said that too much time had passed, so he wasn't allowed to make me another sub. My husband was so disappointed because he was really looking forward to that sub as Subway is his favorite restaurant! But we had to throw the sub away! It's hard to see in the photos, but not only is the tuna on the outside of it, but the bread wasn't cooked thoroughly...it was just disgusting! Oh and the worst part about this is my husband said that we will never go to Subway again, but my daughter loves Subway and started crying. Grabbed her roughly and slapped her across the face because he was angry at Subway. Unfortunately one my daughter's friend's mother suspected that he hits her because this is not the first time and told her to text her on her cell phone if it happened again. She showed the message to the police and they are now investigating they gave us a warning and said that next time my daughter can be taken from my home. The mother of the other girl also called CPS and they want to interview my daughter and i am scared. Should I tell her to deny that my husband hits her?

Subway management/co-workers

I work at the #40706 subway on downlen road, next to super heb here in Beaumont Texas.
The manager smokes weed on the clock and forces me to work alone. It's a low volume store, but it still isn't fair. She allows her family and other coworkers to eat free while she makes me pay the 50% off.
Not only does she smoke, she smokes with coworkers as well. While on the clock. She comes in smelling of marijuana. And customers always ask me do I smell that? But I politely lie to them instead of the truth. I've honestly had enough. Something needs to be done. One coworker told me he actually sells weed out of the store. While the manager just laughed it off. I guess since they smoke together, she doesn't mind. But can someone PLEASE take this seriously. The store is losing money and customers behind it. It's not a joke. The entire store sometimes smells like weed. And I hate it! I just think it's very unsanitary to be doing drugs while working with food. I won't be working here anymore. That's for sure! Since they can get away with this, I won't be apart of it.
